Pop-up ads 2-5 times every launch. Most try to be sneaky and make it seem like you can click for some spinner game etc only to find it's an offer to sell coins. I can see an ad once in awhile. Just not the first 2 minutes clicking X to close them. Game otherwise when in is good and real world rewards

Free rewards are great, but they take longer to get enough points to redeem for a reward now. The game used to be quite fair and pretty even with decent odds of winning, but recently it's become ridiculous. The number of times the dealer gets a face card, 10 or ace is a joke. Even if I'm dealt a 20 and the dealer draws a 3, more often than not, they will somehow get 21. I'd say I used to win equally to the dealer. In the last few months, I'm lucky to win 1 in 10. It's not much fun to play now

This is a great game but it froze up in few in few seconds then you have to log out to redo it Very disappointment app.

Lost over 2 million loyalty points I told them and they said cause I haven't logged in, in awhile and they sent a notice. Well I log in every day and logged in when I got the notice! I spent over $1000 when my vegas first came out and purchased some of those loyalty points! I want those points back or I want a refund for all I have put into this app since 2011! I would of gave 5 stars but it seems when you have enough points to take 2 cruises for free they red flag you and steal your points!

It was fun, until it locked up on me. Now completely unplayable. Tried rebooting phone numerous times...

Newest update is freezing app consistently after seconds being open or trying to click anything.

It's a fun blackjack game except you earn rewards points for free comps and coupons. If you play basic strategy you won't ever need to pay for chips. I've gotten 2 "free" (plus resort fee) nights at Bellagio, BOGO buffets and BOGO cocktails.

BEWARE! Watching ads to get coins, the video will freeze but the audio will still run in the background. This allows the ad to "finish" playing and devs get credit for it playing, but since the video has frozen, there's no way back to the game after the ad. No way to click back out either. So the person has to close out the entire app then reopen it to watch another ad (which freezes etc.) This is a way for devs to get credit for an ad view without needing to give out free coins. DISHONEST!

I always here people say these games are rigged. I play for fun and don't waste real money on these apps. But with this app it's blatantly obvious this game is rigged and wants you to put money into it. Everything you win on this app would cost the same if you just went on Groupon and bought the packages.

Used to enjoy myVEGAS Blackjack. Now it's rigged! The more your winning it quits giving you the loyalty points for extended periods of time. As well as the closer you're at to winning the next level the game make sure you lose your chips in order to get you buy more! I've been trying to install MyVEGAS Slots for the last few months, but each time it says it doesn't work for some reason? If you like wasting your money enjoy this game!

Was working fine for the first few weeks, now it freezes every time I try to collect the daily chips. Haven't been able to get past this step for the last 2 to 3 weeks.

App crashes every time you attempt to watch videos for extra chips (Android). Also win rate has gone in the tank with the dealer hitting on 20/21 about 40% of the time and the player constantly getting dealt 12-13-14 which is just statistically improbable. This games only remaining value is for the free loyalty rewards but since you can't even watch the ads without it freezing up anymore it's more or less useless.

Phone updated to android 12 and the app just stops working and just crashes...

It's a good practice for difficult blackjack but the cpu dealer can screw you over on losing on 6 straight losing of 21.i never heard of that 21 can come out on a dealer 6 times in a role.you guys have to fix that logic.but aside from that it a challenging platform

Don't bother playing...the odds are phenomenally stacked against you. No matter how you play, you'll eventually lose all of you chips. Also, DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS GAME. If you're going to play, only play with the free chips.

If you enjoy Vegas. Download this and play, rack up those points and collect those gold coins! It's worth it. Very fun and lowkey, highly addicting. But you can easily control yourself because there is a limit when it comes to the gold coins. The most important thing to remember is the goal. And your personal goal should be hunting down those gold coins. Because those are what will get you free rooms and complimentary rewards. Get started already!

Fix your worthless game it does nothing but play for a few seconds then freezes

Wish I could give 2.5 stars The game is so frustrating, you can never come out head. 5 blackjacks in a row and then I'll get one... Maybe. Pushes A LOT! Anytime dealer shows 8-10/face card, almost always turns a 10/face. All that to say I will only play when I get the daily bonus, so 20 minutes to get 2X points and enough coins to play and not lose it all in 20 minutes. 3 stars because, if you can legit not be frustrated and gain rewards, they do work. I use them often for food and drinks.

Since my last comment, the game has changed. While no longer blatantly obvious that it's programed to make the player lose significantly more then statistical probability, it is still very clear. Blackjack is a finite game. The probabilities do not change in the long run. Computers are also finite being incapable of achieving true randomness, just complex layers of algorithms. When the patterns are obvious, your game is not adequately programmed and is not enjoyabe to play. Balance it out!!

Great game. I've won so many things such as free rooms and shows at Vegas and San Diego. Totally worth investing your time into this game.

Fun to play but all the good rewards are sold out so what's the point?
