Today, the app hangs up after I sit through the ad, with message "Working on the details" but the circular feature isn't going around. App is hung up, had to reset app. Then same thing happened several more times. Didn't get it to work again. It looks like I was in the transition to normal Collect operations (1M). It sure took a long time to get there though.

It was slow in the beginning, picked up the pace & winnings, then the bets were more than the winnings. I have to admit that the graphics are uniquely wonderful and different. A lot of thought went into the creation of this game. Now if the winnings would loosen up, this would be a favorite game...that time is not now.

Though the app is fun to play and the rewards do seem somewhat legit, god forbid you have an issue with the rewards. I've been trying to reach the support team for the hotel, app, and partner company but there is no answer or they just kick the can to the other teams. I suggest you double and triple check your reward use status with the hotel front desk before arriving for your stay. I was met with a missing night from my reward redemption... 2 weeks later and I'm still trying to solve this...

I love playing! I have been playing for a few months. I enjoy the new games that pop up. If I had one complaint it is that there have been as many as 3 purchase pop ups back to back. They can be annoying. Overall I love the app and prizes. 3/20/2022 I do have another concern. I stopped playing for a few months and when I logged back on it all my points were missing. Over 100,000 of my rewards were gone. There is no customer service to help me get them back.

I've been playing for almost 5 years and saved up over 800,000 points and got to level 2000+. One day out of nowhere i go to enter the site it says "your connection can't be completed at this time,push ok and try again". I do that and its a never ending thing that's lasted over 3weeks now. I delete the app then restore it and it works fine, as soon as i sign into my account it brings me to that same note telling me about my connection. You're punishing me for playing free! This isn't right!

I used to LOVE this game.. I was addicted to it. But I got a new phone a few months back, and after installing this game app again, it seems to be quite different now. Granted it doesn't seem to be as much of a memory hog (it severely slowed down my phone before), but it's also really glitchy too! Half the portrait style games are stretched and skewed..barely playable! It crashes.. Worst of all, it no longer counts reward points during active game play -my fav feature- Stuck on 4300 *forever*!!

Edited 5/18/22: I love the spin challenges but don't ask players to bet 16.2 million chips and only give them about 3 million in winnings. It might take days to recuperate that loss. I get that this is training wheels for the real thing, but it's also supposed to be fun. Losing lots of chips on a phone game isn't fun. Original review from 2021: Great entertainment, even if you were just doing it for fun - but the added bonus of points to use in Vegas is icing on the cake.

I really like playing, and I also have been lucky enough to utilize the rewards for a free room at the ARIA. However, last night I purchased chips and never received them. The money left my bank account, but the chips never landed in myVegas account. It said there was an error. Now, today, I am unable to load the app completely. I'm not even able to contact support again regarding my purchase.

Would love to give it 5 stars because I enjoyed playing the games but I am so mad to learn that if you don't log in within a month, you lose ALL your rewards points! I had FINALLY reached a million points and could have got some wicked comps in Vegas but after playing for years the earn those points, they are gone. For this reason, I will not be playing an longer and will uninstall immediately. So annoyed.

Rewards are limited now. Before, you were able to see what days were available to use any rewards you planned to redeem. Now, you have to purchase the offers in order to see what days the offer is available. It was easier the way they had it beforehand that way one could plan ahead better and not be stuck with a reward that wouldn't be used. Also, you can only play for a little bit before the rewards points are blocked, then you have to wait the next day to play. It's not what it was before.

the games are good and if you find the good ones they hit jackpots often. The only bad thing about this app is the loading time... too many ads you can't skip and it takes 5 minutes before you can actually play the slots. 5 stars if you remove the ads or give us a skip option.

Pop up heavy. Constantly crashes so you have to start at home page with pop ups. Misleading double ads with multiple timers before being able to exit or being required to click to exit ad. Frequently says that something happened and rewards will be in inbox but nothing there. Can't redeem some rewards unless you call. Generally glitch filled game. Wouldn't recommend to pay for beta game. Game is rigged to over show ads to get paid on that end for views through deception and users on chips

Annoying ads make the game not worth playing. By the time I get through the ads at the beginning I lose all want to play the game. Skipping ads quicker would make me want to play and maybe even spend money. If you like 3 min of ads at the beginning of your start-up this game is for you.

If you want an app just to play slots it would be fun however if youre actually wanting to use your reward points i wouldnt waste your time. Most of the rewards are always marked as sold out. No matter how often i check back i cant book anything. I was able to use my points to book a roller coaster ride but then when i go to book the date it gives zero date options? Its now become more annoying then fun :(

I've been playing MyVegas slots for about 4 or 5 years now and I have accumulated almost 6 billion points on this game. You have forced me to upgrade 4 or 5 times stating that you have a new version of the game which is a total lie. Not once have I seen a new version or even a different version of what I've been playing all these years. If you don't let me access my game eventually I will delete it and find a new company and game to play.

all games are the same when it comes to bad rolls and even worse payout when you finally manage a win. What's worse is how they ALL meander and waste time with fanfare on payouts significantly under bet, or when you manage to trigger a rare event that ultimately decides that it's not paying out. Like, WHY make a big deal over something that has such high rates of losing? All this discouragement yet you're begged to buy coins every time you hit the home screen. EVERY. TIME.

The app is great aside from one thing. There has to be a more subtle way to advertise your deals, when you push the idea of putting real money into a game or app, you just pass people off thus making them not want to pay or play. Just an idea.

Since I have downloaded the game onto my tablet versus my cell phone I have not been able to play it at all for the last 3 days it just gets stuck. On the opening screen and tells me warming up slots!! And stays on this screen ever since the new update.

Waste of time, video pop ups to gain extra coins have been removed. The chances of winning have been reduced so you end up losing all your coins very Veryan quickly. The rewards are almost impossible to ever claim......what is the actual point of this app? 18/4 what a joke of of a (bog standard Kop out) response......grow up and respond directly and sort your app out.

I use to love playing this game. I achieved the Emerald VIP level on 3/17 after purchasing extra points for $1.99. Only had it for a day or two. Logged on to play this evening, and my status dropped to Opal. I had over 800+ points to 1600 and now I'm at zero. The system needs to be fixed.

I can't redeem rewards for Aria. Anyone I know is having the same trouble. I would like to purchase the Exclusive Rates but get an error message saying I cannot have more than one complimentary room reward. This isn't a premium reward (I only purchased one of those anyway) and myVegas has confirmed that I can use the Exclusive Rates with a comp night. Please fix this!

Since the new update it says cannot connect to servers. Every other myVegas game is playing fine except this one. I havent been able to play since. If uninstall and reinstall it will load fine. I connect to facebook then it will try to reload and cannot connect. Did this 3 times. About to give up.

Game is the definition of a cash grab. The payouts are just as bad as real Vegas. spent $7 on in-game currency and lost every single spin till it was gone. And if I did win a spin, it wasn't even close to what I spent on the spin in the first place. it's not fun if you can't play it for longer than 5 minutes without paying for it

I have been playing this game since 2018 I am on level 221 I've never used any of my rewards and all of a sudden they just disappeared. I got an email to review these articles that are no help the game is connected to my Facebook account I don't understand how my rewards just disappeared.
