Convenient and effective I used this app for three months between Dec 2020-Feb 2021 and I could've hardly asked for a better outcome. I landed good leads, and have secured myself a great job. The job recommendations are on-point, it is incredibly easy to apply for most of those. Only issue is you can have only one CV added at a time, which can be an inconvenience if applying in diverse fields. You'll have to re-upload often. Edit: the new settings UI is dreadful. Time-consuming and unintuitive

Needs so much of improvement. I cannot add even my qualifications or skills correctly in the app. I have multiple bachelor degree in multiple specialization. And there is no provision to add more than one bachelor degree. I cannot mention extra skills as there is no specific space for it. The interface is so cluttered. There are more useless recommendations than useful stuffs.

The app logs me out every time I close it. Every time I open the app I have to enter the username and password which is annoying. Imagine opening the app 10 times a day and have to login every single time. Please fix it. Also the new interface is bad to say the least, I wish I could switch to the old one. Update: Reinstalled the app but the issue is not resolved. And due to getting logged out frequently, I do not receive the job notifications also.

I have been using Naukri from almost 2014 and never had any issues with it.. But from past 2 weeks I am not able to open and job page or profiles and not even able to view inbox or update my profile..All I get to see is some error message or page not found..I tried reaching toll free number but no use. I couldn't find any option to send a feedback related to this issue.Chat service its only to find jobs, I think there should also be an option where we can address the issues that we face in app.

This app is good but recommended jobs are not having filter option which previousoy was there. In preferences only 3 jobroles, 3 cities can be chosen which is quite very low i guess. I think all the main facilities are given to paid users only. Please provide more options and onboard more clients.

It's very useful app for people who are either looking job as fresher or looking for a job change. Just one suggestion.. Recommended jobs are not proper. We may need to add a filter of technology stack as well to improve recommended job list.

I used this app last month with one month subscription but i didn't get expected response from naukri and without intimating they have deducted one month subscription amount again. That is the big blender i can see in naukri.... So please cautious when u planned to purchase services..... So I'm totally disappointed with the service... Kne more thing is i have cancelled my subscription 1 week ago but still i didn't get any information about cancelation...

Please don't subscribe any packages, once you purchase every month same amount will be debit automatically from your account. If you cancle also it will be debit. Please try to avoid purchasing. Customer support also will not be able to refund your amount, think before you purchase or subscribe I recommend don't purchase and try to avoid

Even after uploading resume it shows as missing resume.so my activities as 90% instead of 100%.because of this I couldn't receive any interview call from the date of applied and still now.. kindly fix this bug.. Almost I lost my two valuable days.. Frustrated 🥴

Hi Team Resumes update is not working properly. I have updated and attached the resume but it is still asking to attach the resume. Seem it is not working properly and due to this my profile did not get 100% verified.please improve this.

Worst app... I upload my Resume but still not giving the 10% profile completion. I tried so many times in so many ways, but is useless. Not expected from apps like naukri. This is the major defect.

Dear Team, I have updated the App and clicked on Preview also but still I am unable to download the resume. I checked file size as well everything is fine except downloading the file from App.

I availed the paid service then it simply marked as active without marking the profile as Featured. Very worst experience to even after paying for the service. There is no much use in contacting the Helpdesk. They simply say they will resolve but my service days are counting but not getting the service is a bigger issue. I have even dropped mail to Service Head but they don't take it seriously and replies back after asking for 10+ updates. Earlier purchase was good. But this time very bad

After updating the resume it still shows the older one and even after 100s of try it shows the same. And apart from this whenever I search for particular job it doesn't display the actual job instead it shows related to it not specific about. This app need much fixures.

I have been using this app whenever I wanted to search for good job offers. However its been few months that the mobile application wont let me log in by any means. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple yimes and have also tested the app on my cousins and friends mobile yet it wont let me login. It keeps displaying the following message "An error has occurred, please try again later". When I login to the naukri portal via a laptop / desktop with my login credentials it works. Reply

This App has made real difference in my life for searching jobs from well known companies & firms. No other app is close to it in finding jobs as per needs of employer & employee. Just 1 issue I need to highlight is about job security, which is quite low comparing to other method of general references (friend or colleague) we use for employement.

This is the worst app. After update its like useless trash. Always showing jobs which are completely useless for me and even after hiding it almost 3 times it is showing on my top recommendation. I literally fed up with this app that's why i reduced my rating from 4 star to 1 star For your kind information my profile is 100% completed & i have also created a custom job alert by selecting required keywords

Really automated machine learning algorithms used in backend and artificial intelligence helps the app look more efficient which completely increases happiness in the user experience. Quick app for the job searchers.

Waste application for job search, even though you have created a right profile of your experience, you will be getting irrelevant jobs in mail and also while searching. There won't be calls from recruiters, and most of the applications which applied for will be seen as "application sent", there wont't be any update from recruiters end. Now Naukri team will be going to delete my review, since they don't want others to read this

Very effective. I have got 3 jobs from this connection. Nothing to pay. App is also good. But, result after applying filter needs perfection.

Deleted my review hence rewriting it. They harass you by calling back to back as soon as you click to check about their paid services. Promising you about l so called "expert" support and job calls. And after subscription there is no difference between free and paid. I get job mails with 90% irrelevant jobs. No improvement on my profile. And now they delete the review. They say the service is activated but there is no difference. Not expected this from so claimed "no.1 job site"

Worst updates. App asked me how do you feel. I said bad, it asked me to enter feedback which was optional. Yet it is required, pathetic. UX is worst than ever. I verified my mobile number. Went to same screen and again sent me OTP. And what the duck with settings? Through chat bot? It wants me to add skills, screen disappeared after one skill added. Worst Worst....

I think the developers behind this app is going insane! I believe with each update, the app need to deliver better enhancement, performance and user interface experience! Instead with each updates , this app is getting worst to worst! I was completely relying on Naukri for my job hunts, since few updates, I have started to rely on other job seeker apps and portals! When i click on different tabs, few are getting loaded, others are not! Doesn't even deserve a single ⭐! WORST WORST WORST

The worst job finding App that I have ever used. Their algorithm is slow and sloppy. Doesn't help you with your desired job, and if you complain they ask for money to get a generalized algorithm again. So, please understand, even if you pay money, it doesn't help you. I would recommend other sites like Indeed or IIM Jobs. Don't go to this site or App ever

Not a recommended app or site if you are looking for premium service or paid service.Naukri people force candidate to enroll to paid service and promise they will highlight the resume and make sure interview calls would be received.But this is UTTER BOGUS. What u really get is irrelevant job calls one or two in month. I had opted for high premium service but never received any suitable call.Best place is Linkedin or Indeed where your resume will be shortlist even without any premium services..

Few bugs and crashes were there initially but recently it seems, they have improved the GUI post competition in the market and now, it is easy and good utility to search and apply... good work info edge. Thanks

Filtering of job is not effective in the new app compared older. Key word searching is not good. I'm searching particular keyword but showing other job not relavent to keyword. Please resolve the issue.
