NCIS: Hidden Crimes

Frustrating to say the truth. Mostly because REPEATEDLY the time required to open evidence, or until I could bring a companion, etc., was suddenly increased by the hundreds of hours, one time, by 500hours. When playing the challenges, the screen freezes. It happens on every challenge. If it is a timed challenge, tapping again to try to unfreeze it remains frozen. Great puzzle solving games. Only trouble was getting to level 17 and all of a sudden things that took 1 to 8 hours to complete, began running up to 70 hours, and when they got down to under 10 hours, they reset to 70. Had to delete the game, and reload it and found myself back at level 1, and no way to restore my previous accomplishments. 😠 Tried contacting the company but have yet to hear back. I guess their support is no different than when Silent Hunter 3 and 4 came out for PC.

Good story line. Don't mind that u only get to play short amount of time because energy bar is small, but this has frequent glitches. For example; weekend specials, if u don't complete a challenge all in one go, it doesn't save progress and u have to start over. Latest glitch is: I logged in after not playing for 12 hours and I only have 2 energy points, my agents have 40 hours left, instead of 8 until I can open them, and the item that was analyzing has 38 hrs instead of the original 6.

This game starts strong. Good story lines and graphics. However, it takes sooooo long to save up enough coins and progress through the game. When i deleted the game I basically had to play each level about 10 times to get enough coins to interrogate 1 suspect. I got really bored. There are similar games out there that progress much better than this game.

I was really looking forward to this game. however it will not open, at all. As I work in Tech support, I've tried all kinds of troubleshooting but nothing helps. the game screen loads, but stays on the loading screen itself. freezes in the same exact spot everytime. Once, it even failed to load and shut itself down with an error saying it wouldn't load. Even uninstalling, reinstalling, and clearing cache data did nothing to solve the problem.

Playtime is quick. Running out of energy very quickly. It's a fun game but just dont like running out of energy after playing 15min or so. UPDATE. lowered to 3 stars. Not able to play for any length of time without spending $$$$. wont let me play when I get down to 30 coins. Cant zoom in to find objects. Many scenes very dark. EDIT: I ended up uninstalling kept getting messages game security to play was no longer verified. In turn it kept crashing.

Love the game! Only problem is that I can't get my saved progress on my new Android tablet. It's saved on Facebook, but it won't give me the option to log into Facebook. I really don't want to have to start over when my avatar is already ranked at nearly level forty. I worked on my profile for far too long to lose my progress.

Currently seeing a glitch, apparently, with my character here. Should have full energy, et cetera, but when I click to gather rewards from agents or landmarks/buildings, the time to being able to do so increases without good reason when the buildings are maxed or nearly maxed, for example. Am fairly advanced in the game, being to episode 20 or 21 now, at least. Hope you can figure out what might be causing me issues here and now, of course.

I really like the game, graphics, everything. However it is rather difficult to play on the same account using different devices as the game does not update your progress on both devices. To do that you have to log out and in again to continue playing so maybe some sort of an update progress button would be useful. Great game nevertheless.

it is a lot of fun, I enjoy the game for the entertainment. it is not challenging. sometimes it freezes and needs to be closed and restarted. sometimes the object being searched is not clear; for example the clue is file box, but what you are supposed to find is a binder.

This was my favorite game. I'm going to uninstall it though. I played for over a year and love it. Then randomly one day everything was enlarged which affected my ability to play. I uninstalled then reinstalled. I lost all of my progress, but it corrected the oversized screen for about two short weeks. 😫

Very irritated right now...... I had a very high score and the game stopped responding (haven't been able to properly progress). I was on chapter 25 or 26 or higher. Did have it connected through the Google play store. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game, now it has reset and all of my progress has been lost. Not very happy right now.

I just started the game. Looks great and I really want to play but it is obvious that I am not seeing the whole scene because the picture is too big.. so its impossible to fully play scenes. My phone screen is big and its a new phone so there is no reason this should be an issue. Also you cannot zoom in and out which makes it worse. Please fix these issues so I can actually play and enjoy the game!

It keeps telling I don't have enough energy when I do. If items are close together it takes the wrong one every time, the names for items are different depending on which scene you play and some names dont match items. It takes to long to reload everything and doesn't take long to use all of your resources

I love this game, but. The energy takes way too long to build up, this is really irritating when you start to enjoy what your doing and your energy is finished. I think you guys can make it "charge" faster. Like 1 minute or maybe 2, not 5 minutes that's a bit too long. Other than that is the game so fun to play. If you can fix that I think more people will play the game. Many people is complaining about this, I think you'll have to fix it. I really hope you're going to do something about this.

I only gave this game two stars because it is very slow and the directions are very poor but the graphics are decent. I am just very frustrated with all of these game developers that make it very difficult to play without making an in app purchase which to me is more like extortion. You can't get help from an agent if you don't have cash to buy them (pretty ridiculous) and the most you get in energy points is 60 which isn't very much and the amount you need to obtain a star is insane.

It's a very good game only annoying thing is Everytime under to go to different screen it has to load it don't take long just gets old fast. One more thing is it's too hard to earn drinks or food to get more energy unless you pay real money. you should get some for doing levels like if u get 25 stars or something like that. I

This game is practically unplayable. The developers have failed to update the app to support the new aspect ratio of most modern phones. As such, there is a huge black bar on the side of my screen. This black bar cuts off much off the actual game, including the settings button, making it impossible for me to even log in to my old account. This is unacceptable for a big developer such as Ubisoft. Until this is fixed, I cannot play this game at all, even if I wanted to.

Great game. Only drawbacks are waiting for energy recharge and game freeze the further you go, and the only other issue ive had is when the game doesnt recharge, i currently have to wait over 300 hours before i get building bonuses and for the agents to come back. That part is extremely annoying.

Was looking forward to trying this game, but the scenes are larger than my screen, and can't shrink them. Didn't even get passed the tutorials because I couldn't complete the "examine clue" section, which is the 3 tutorial, because I can't line up the pieces because of scene-screen ratio issue!

The graphics are good, but I did experience images were missing at times. Was frustrated when game suddenly stopped working and after rebooting all previous progress was lost. Did not want to start all over so Uninstaller the game. Developers should fix.

Starts off good, graphics are awesome, but part of the screen is cut off. Plus when I put together a piece of evidence the right way on my first assignment it just sat there doing nothing. I kept tapping the screen to get it to move and it did nothing. Useless

I love this app and game, I love ncis. The issue I'm having is I downloaded it on a different phone, my newer phone and I can't get my level to return. I have Google play checked and it's not working. And on my old phone everything is saying like 200+ hrs before things refresh, as well as not letting me get to support it just won't load. Any idea why and possible fixes this would be a 5 star.

This App is a disaster, The game itself is interesting but it only works when it feels like it. It loads then wont open and when it does open it is constantly shutting down. I am playing this on a Chromebook. Obviously it is not suitble for this device. I be interested to know what type of device the people who are successfully playing are using.
