I really like the content and rationale. The only thing i dont like is having to start over each time. I don't have long slots of time to study, so i feel like ive done 50 questions over & over & will never do the rest. Ive tried the bookmark...does not work for me
It's 5 stars when it comes to the amount of questions (about 4000) and the rationales are good, BUT YOU CAN'T SAVE YOUR SPOT. Once you exit, you have to either skip to your spot one by one and have them all marked wrong or sit there and do all 400-600 something questions in one sitting. It's frustrating that they left out this simple yet most important feature. Still an ok app for 2.99
I paid almost 300 for the Hurst review! 2 days a person comes to "review"and a book! this app is way better, get the paid version even more awesome 4000 questions,blew my mind. Well worth the money!💡Do yourself a favor and study with this app and PASS!

Love this App but I don't know show to bookmark a page to come back to the test for later so I have to start all over each time my screen times out on my phone. Other than that I love the questions and rationales!
I haven't taken the NCLEX yet, but for practicing NCLEX-style questions on the fly during nursing school, this app is wonderful. The questions are great and the price is right. I've recommended it to everybody who asks.
I used this app as a primary study source 2 hours a day for a month before I took my NCLEX exam and passed it. Questions are very much like the NCLEX, enough so that as soon as I realize that during my NCLEX my stress and anxiety level dropped by about half. Highly recommend!

Most of the apps, even some books, have less than useful rationales and require you to do research to see reasoning for the answers. This app gives you great, descriptive rationales. Also the amount of questions is very impressive for a free app. For now my only issue is that some of the "select all that apply" questions have the wrong answer choice format. Some of the answers are set up like the "put steps in order" answers
After reviewing some of the questions, I found some discrepancies with onset and duration for some of the insulins. For instance, all my resources (saunders, online) say that NPH has an onset of 1-2 hours (60-120min) not 30-60 mins. I wish I could flag questions more easily for review. The categories aren't very clear: musculo was more about Psych, Neuro=Pedia, etc. Still, this is rather close to the actual vagueness of NCLEX and real world nursing.
I would've purchased this App but after reviewing the comments by the vendor, I decided I'd rather spend my money else where.
They could do better, I hear Stanfords app out does this one. Guess you get what you pay for. Not worth the 5.00 I spent!
This app is great practice for NCLEX. The best I've seen so far.
I am able to use this when I am on break at work and at night before bed. It reinforces what I learned. Many apps don't have a maternity/OB section so I am glad that this one does. I wish that it tracked my progress though so that I could review.
