NDTV News - India

When you are sending news notification, please ensure that users are taken directly to the news acticle instead of going to the page where other news articles are mentioned and i have to search for the one i had clicked on. Once I click on a notification and am taken to the article, I'm already using your app and if I am interested in anything else, i can continue to browse through other articles.

Overall good perhaps the best among Indian TV news apps. . Some of the writeups lack clarity and are non-communicative.example: the one on stagflation today. Tempted to compare it with the BBC apps. Why don't you have an NDTV style guide for the editors?

When I click on the notification it takes me to the home page but the news article does not open directly from the notification. This is the issue after the latest update please fix it.

Such an amazing ad's app. You forget in a minute or two that you were trying to read news. So many ad's that it's almost a joke for a news app, it's like Facebook/Instagram. Keep scrolling In hope to actually see the content that you were expecting. And no I am NOT give you $$$ for a ad free experience... NDTV is approximately worth around $24.52 million so yea keep it up guys we love your ad's app!!! 4 star's for now... The day it all turns into ad's 5 star's guarantee

I tried many news apps. But found ndtv to be the best. News is not too lengthy,, it's clear. Quick, readable and much more.

Too many ads. However adding a private DNS blocked all the ads. But this app has the most number of ads than real news contest.

I downloaded this app to read news. This app displays 80% of it's content on Bollywood stars: their food, clothes vacation etc. This app is very obsessed with where Bollywood stars are going on a holiday and what they wear.

This app provides news in its purest form. Just news no agenda: the only news channel which is defining the meaning of news in current times.

It is a good app to see the latest news but the problem is that I do not get any notifications of news but my notifications are onn

Great App , Even for iPad it's Nice !! But Need to Put A Separate Section on India's Development Especially Infrastructure & Social Development !!

Actual news content is very less.It contains only celebrity news.They are interested in reporting actor/actress routines, diets and hobbies only.The whole app was like a wedding photographer during a celebrity marriage.

Fix you app. It doesn't open smoothly..takes whole day...it's been a year or two I'm facing this..

NDTV LIVE TV video quality really bad. Live streaming halts and repeat frequently. Very poor resolution.

News quality is good but too much ad . Boring , uncomfortable ad . Please reduce ad.

Lately I find stories on Film and cricket dominate the app. Time to Uninstaller fast approaching if news don't get priority.

I thought I was reading quality journalism without any bias. But after reading your coverage to defend a rioter is too much. Hope there was an option to lodge complaint against your propaganda fuelled biased journalism. How do you even sleep at night with no moral?

Poorly designed without keeping UX in mind. It drains the phone battery. Scroll down in the sports page and it scrolls up. Advertisements hamper reading articles. Redundant javascript libraries and frameworks used. Everything is jumbled up. The NDTV website is even worse. It hangs the browser. This is what happens when complexity is preferred over simplicity by overconfident good for nothing developers to please technically inept stakeholders.

Excellent, very comprehensive and unbiased news coverage. Well structured presentation of news in the app. The latest update has introduced a bug where the app was crashing on opening any article. I mailed the development team and within an hour the issue was resolved server side and the app is working fine now. Very impressive customer service.

It doesn't open the story from the notification that I click on (instead opens entirely different story, probably the one that I had last read on the app). Every single time. This issue has been going on since forever. Please fix, it gets very irritating. Apart from the app issues, quality journalism and quality content.

Ever since the last update, the text color in each news notification is white against a white background. Which basically means the text is invisible in every single notification, although when the notification is expanded, the image in that notification is clearly visible. Fix it soon, please. The app is useless to me without working notifications. Quality and choice of news articles that I am notified about had already been very bad. Might just get rid of the app altogether now.

My only bad feeling about this add is the vulgar bra and bikini ads images which it shows while I am reading news.

Reserving 1 star as still there's room for improvement otherwise it's really a very impressively created application.

Can you please add the world section in the side bar as well because I have to scroll a lot on the top bar to reach the world section.

Too much of adds in app, they covers more than news in app.

This app sucks. Frequent outright crashes through versions over the years; one of the jankiest video players ever, with slow buffering and an inability to maintain correct aspect ratio, it fails to keep the device awake atm., seeking with the bar is a nightmare, too many problems to enumerate. This is unfortunate, because, as bad as this app is, NDTV is amongst the better news houses.

Worst app in the world, with full tower all the news app are opening except this NDTV News and the battary consumption is high too.

Biased news sometimes. Can't shed the so called 'secular' mindset

Got ads more than news. Newspaper is better than downloading this app.

Notification leads to homepage and not to the notified news. Annoying

I have been following the NDTV since long and I have great faith for their journalism.
