I have a samsung galaxy s10 phone. The app has been crashing since 9/25/2021. Sometimes I can't sign in. If I do sign in I can't complete the process of posting tickets for sale. The app stops working after I set a price. I contacted samsung the app developer and giants customer service. The problem has still not been fixed. I am still waiting for a resolution.
Would be a good app if you could ever watch the game. This is the only way to keep up with the giants and now this app hasn't even been broadcasting the game so what's the point of the app. We can look up stats on Google and highlights on plenty of other web pages. This app is garbage. Gonna trade in my blue for some green I guess.
Can't watch the live ceremonies (Strahan retirement, etc), it's just a black screen. Strangely when exiting the app you can hear the sound play in the background, but going back to the app it's just black screen/silence.
Great App, just would love for the interviews to be louder volume. Most times you cant hear the questions being asked........ Lately have been getting error message when opening app. Had to Uninstall a few times. 07/31/2020 01/20/2022 They seemed to have fixed the issue. Great App
Same problem identified by other users. For the last three or four days you open the app and it immediately closes itself. No one seems to be doing anything to fix it. Very discouraging especially with all the news breaking about the Giants these days.
Nothing is consistent. Can't find the simplest things such as scores during the game or updated plays. Streaming is horrible as well. Cuts off randomly. Here recently the stream started 15 minutes after the game. Luckily it was showing or I would've missed it.
Very easy to navigate. Coverage is pretty thorough. As a Giants fan I feel I'm very in tune with the team as a result of using this app. Photos, articles, interviews and podcasts are great!
One my favorite apps of all time. Helps me keep up with my home team. Does have a few bug issues, but definitely better than most teams' apps. Hopefully future versions will improve it to earn my 5/5.😉
Same as all others app keeps closing. Other NY sports team apps work just fine. And no one fixing it or telling fans they're addressing the issue is discouraging!

app crashes and freezes. It recently used 2 gigs of my data, in the background, in a single day. needless to say. deleted!
The latest release just keeps crashing on my p30 pro. Streaming has always been hit and miss for the bbkl show too. Now the whole app will only open via a notification and then it won't allow you to go to any other page in the app.
Videos have stopped working. I can no longer manage tickets either. I have signed out and back in, cleared data, and uninstalled and reinstalled twice.
There's no option to share!!! We need a feature that allows us to view the photos in landscape mode. We need more info on coaches, as well as the players. They have games too!
I am very confused. I have rated at 1 star would go lower if I could. Nothing ever works. Videos do not play. Audio doesn't play. Why do people rate this app with 4 or 5 stars and say the same thing as me. NOTHING WORK'S. PLEASE FIX THE APP OR GET RID OF IT
Don't bother. Use the other apps out there for Giants news. Can't believe that a organization that's got to be worth a billion dollars can't hire a competent company to create a functioning app for them. Have installed this app twice and both times it just quits working. Junk.
I don't get it. OBJ gets traded and it doesn't get reported on this app yet it's all over the news? This is supposed to provide the latest up to date activities of the Giants. It's like they don't want to report bad news. BS app... unless... biased. i think i will uninstall as i can get more up to date and accurate news from a variety of other sources.
Update with the latest version of this app the entire interface of the application has improved dramatically from failure ridden to very reliable. So I've changed my rating from one star to four
Annoying! Keeps crashing. I'm just trying to open the app and it crashes. I Uninstalled it and same issue and my phone is up to date. This is the 3rd different day it happened. Sad part is I've tried it on 3 different phones and it's the same experience. But when it works it's my favorite app to read up on my NEW YORK FOOTBALL GIANTS
