I am stuck in a password reset loop that is seriously pissing me off. I can't seem to find help resolving this issue. I didn't choose to use this app Carvana wanted me too. I will HIGHLY recommend not using it in the future and plan on uninstalling as soon as I can.
Required by my job to use. They refused to help me troubleshoot when my work equipment didn't connect IMMEDIATELY. They disconnected the second it didn't work. Very unprofessional. Forced to download this app to make it work.
Great service and pretty easy to use. Saved me a trip AND an overnight mail fee. I had two issues. Using my Samsung G10, the sound didn't come through in speaker mode. That made it tough to hear. Looks like others have commented about this so app developer should take action. Other issue was that I was using a witness...so when it said is there more than one signer, I said yes but that was wrong and necessitated starting over with a new agent. A note about that in the app would be helpful.
I never got to use this highly rated app. It uploaded fine to my cell phone but would not let me create an account and would not give me a reason why. I kept starting Over and over but the only response the app would continually give me was that something went wrong. It would not let me get past choosing the password which met the criteria. I had to move on and use another app. Vague and frustrating.
It was quick and easier than I expected. The notary was professional and friendly. Great experience
The process wasn't difficult. Unfortunately, my insurance company wouldn't accept it as valid. CHECK WITH WHOEVER IS ASKING FOR YOUR PAPERWORK TO BE NOTARIZED BEFORE USING. MAKE SURE THEY WILL ACCEPT IT. I only found out they wouldn't it AFTER I paid the $35.
$25 and up. After looking everywhere for the fee before downloading and installing the app, and once again when I opened it and linked it to my Google account, it wasn't until I uploaded my documents to them that a notice at the bottom of the app says that notorizations start at $25.
Camera does not work on pixel 6, it's black. We tried the trouble shooting, online rep disappeared. All this after waiting on hold for notary for ten+ minutes. The computer web cam version isn't much better. I'd use a different online notary completely if possible. We wasted 90 minutes without success so far.
Video kept crashing in the middle of the call. Also the "notaries" have no idea how to troubleshoot this app. If an issue arises they don't have a clue where to go from there. You can't move forward and they have pictures of all of your personal information now....very sus.
Stop this app sucks can't even hear the person on the other line the RAF doesn't do the volume very well keeps locking up you have to take the photos three or four times even when the person is on the phone
The actual notarization process was smooth, fast and easy. However, after paying the fee, I shared my documents and was told that they weren't opening. I shared them to myself and had the same issue. I reached out to their support to find out how to download a PDF of my documents. I was told that I needed to install and pay for Adobe Acrobat. I should be able to download my documents in PDF format. Even if I don't have a way to view them. Never again.
Notaries are GREAT! Very pleasant. The technology is awesome too however, my office program keeps saying "file format not supported" when I try to download from email after sending via notarize. The ONLY way i was able to get my document was to upload to the cloud then download to my device then upload to an email. Sooooo therr are definite IT gliches. Otherwise went smoothly with the notarization process.
Doesnt work. It would ask permission for video and mic, you select yes and then go through the steps then pops up the notary with no video(mutiple times). So i check everything on my end multiple times even uninstall and reinstall the app still the same issuse with the video and my camera, mic, and phone works great on every other app. Now it seems that ive tried too many time and its suspecting identity theft something asking for more proof! Would give it 0/0 star 😡
Bad experience. Their notaries don't seem very experienced. They also bail out if they see more than a few pages. If I need to do remote, then I'd rather just do it with a local notary via Zoom. Also more cheaper and easier to just go in person to a local office. App is also crazy to setup and unstable. Doesn't actually save if you use the camera. If you took a picture of multiple pages and press back, everything's gone. Just do in-person or mobile notary. Local is still better.
Horrible experience. The app completely crashed in the middle of a call. My identity was verified before and then I had to redo it and my identity was all of a sudden not verified. Although I had the same exact info input as the first time.
My overall experience with this app was stressful. The notarizing process was very quick and easy, 5 stars for that. My problem was when I logged in and clicked "sign document" I kept getting an error saying please try again. I was able to reach customer service (with a desktop computer, not the app) and they were quick to respond and helpful. After emailing back and forth a few times, they were unable to solve my issue. I was only able to get this to work through a desktop, NOT the app.
For once, something that was actually easier than it sounded. My notary was friendly, professional, efficient, and courteous. The app worked flawlessly. I was stressed out about the logistics and kept delaying doing it, but it was all for nothing. The process is much better than trying to locate and meet a local Notary. I would recommend it to anyone!!!!
The point of the review and signing process is being able to read the documents, which is nearly impossible because the type is too small, and when zooming in you have move the text left and right repeatedly to read it. The app doesn't respond to holding the phone sideways. I hope there is a PC web interface because this one sucks.
Was skeptical after reading some poor reviews but did it eventually and it worked out fine. I was connected quickly to a notary agent and the process went smoothly and didn't take too long. I did it with my mobile phone and it might've been a little faster on a pc. Payment was even less than I was expecting and reasonable. Would recommend based on my experience.
All I can say is wow, what a time to be alive. Beyond the app itself being really easy to navigate and convenient to use, the service is outstanding. No long waits, professional notaries (at least in my experience) and a near 24-hour service (which is really convenient when living in different time zones). I wish Google had the option for more stars, because this app would get it.
I was excited to find an app that would allow me to use a notary in the convenience of my own home. however, I quickly became disappointed when I could not upload a photo clearly through the apps camera. The app refused to focus correctly. I tried taking a photo manually with my phone's camera and it worked fine, so it was just the app that refused to work.
The process was super simple and straight forward. The signing was quick and the notary was very polite. I would definitely recommend this service and hope more companies start using it.
WOW!! I rarely review apps, but this is the first time I can remember having a great experience with a business transaction on the phone. This app has great software that makes this process SO easy. Fully automatic video call with a Notary a Public and she pulled up the document and edited it in real time on screen. Very quick and everything worked perfectly on my phone. Nancy (Notary) was extremely professional, very competent, and friendly. I'll always use this app for future docs - so easy!

Worst app ever. The technology doesn't work from a phone or computer and makes this the most frustrating experience I have ever had with any app.
The camera function in this app is a little finicky and I had an easier time with a third party camera scanner and then just uploading the document. That being said, this was exceptionally easy and convenient to use, and there was zero wait time. Significantly better than visiting a notary in person.
Garbage app. Avoid if there is another service. I was able to get the notary right away, but I couldn't share the document from the app itself. The help chat was no help - questions like, "do you have a pdf reader? Which one? That must be the problem" - it's 2021. I have five ways to open a pdf on my phone, but yeah, that's the problem. I ended up going on my desktop to share the document. Huge pain and time waster.
Helpful and easy to use. My only problem is that you have to close all other apps before starting a call or else the audio will not be received. I couldn't hear anything for 5 minutes before the notary on the other end suggested that I close everything and start again. Next time notify users beforehand to save time.
Pretty slick but app had audio issues for me. The initial process of confirming personal info and scanning IDs was very smooth. However, I found no plance in the app to switch audio to speakerphone since I had to give oath via video and agent has to watch my cheek while I listened to instructions. Media Source in Samsung S21 Ultra on Android 12 does not let you switch audio in apps. Had to go run and grab a BT headset to proceed.
I completed everything as asked and was left on the " when prompted, please allow access to the webcam " page for over 90 minutes with no response from anyone and obviously I was not able to have my paperwork notarized. My paperwork is related to gender transition and I have to assume no one wanted to help. Extremely useless and beyond disappointing, I am not sure how this app has such a good rating. Also going to assume this rating will just get pushed to the side.
