OfficeSuite + PDF Editor

Absolutely the worst service. They just charged me $50 for an entire year subscription when I missed canceling the trial. I previously used this service before getting Microsoft. I took the trial as I needed to update something quick for a client. I would have never used this again. I have never seen a company go from a trial to a YEARLY subscription. If it was $5 for a month, never would have complained. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

This came preinstalled on my phone but I rarely use it. Tonight when accessing a pdf it opened up and offered a cheap subscription offer. I didn't want the offer but accidentally clicked on subscribe when trying to exit. There was no "do you really want to subscribe" option just an immediate charge to my credit card by setting up a subscription via Playstore. This is just theft in my book. There seems to be no way to get my money back.

Great developer feedback. After having initial issues on edited files reopening the original file, I started using File Commander to access my documents. I don't know why some files didn't change after I saved it. When I used Office Suites the original file would inconsistently reopen. After this occurring several times, I used File Commander to open the files. I deleted the original document so as not to confuse myself. Since I started using File Commander, I have had no issues.

Work with documents very frequently. Also work with the spreadsheets a lot. The spreadsheets can frequently be very frustrating and a huge pain in the @$$, but useful. I'm always exporting documents to PDF. UPDATE: To make using the letter document easier and faster for me, I've created templates for each of the versions I use most often.

I have only written one document using the OfficeSuite app and it worked as expected. I am used to Microsoft Word and the entire Office suite, but that software is not compatible with my Google Chromebook. OfficeSuite is a suitable substitute at an affordable price, although not as powerful. If you are looking for an app for the purpuse of writing documents, OfficeSuite should meet your needs nicely.

Unable to sync or connect to server after recent update. Uninstalled and reinstalled did not fix the problem. Somehow, this got fixed the following day. Has been working fine since then.

Most useless doc reader app I've come across tries to force you to pay. Unusable as full screen adds come up constantly that cannot be closed then you have to go out of app and back in to read document because ad stays there nomatter what I press.

An app called Open ODF has suddenly appeared and I'm unable to open Office unless I subscribe to it..how can I delete, as it suggests, by going to subscriptions, as it says I have none, and it's not showing in Playstore, the other option, please? I can't find an order number, and the page has disappeared..?? The ODF app has disappeared..as silently as it slunk in..🤷‍♀️

Was working great. But since my 12 months free subscription ran out. I've been trying to upgrade, and it keeps telling me there is an error. This is the only app I've been able to view documents from iphone/ipad to my Android phone.

Poor customer experience. I don't want to see ads after I've already paid for the pro upgrade, and yet, I'm bombarded to get a subscription I don't want every time I use the app. Also, when I opened a pdf, recently, I couldn't just save it. I had to use another app entirely to do this basic function. I'll be looking for a suitable replacement and switching asap. Cross post from pro version.

Ad after ad after ad. I am happy to accept ads on a free product, and do, but there are so many ads in this app it is not a nice experience to use, on every screen, when navigating between documents, before you can even get to your document it is too much. Thankfully I have managed to change my default pdf viewer and can get rid of this one!

Great app and easy to work with. Only frustration is it saves files to mobidrive instead of files folder. which makes it difficult accessing the file when not connected to internet . Also that it doesn't come with fonts, you have to purchase separate. It will be easy if you iclude cost for fonts on the price of the app to do one transaction.

Never using this app again. Charges you for everything. This app (not the computer version) shouldn't be freemium, it should be similar to the desktop version. Not to mention that I got an Ad for Facebook, which is a huge threat to privacy!!!

Having used Microsoft Office for years and getting a new Acer Chrome laptop with only this option for word, sheets and PDF, this is way, way worse. For example it took me several days to find a way to simply add a customized column of numbers. Instead of just using my mouse to highlight the numbers I want to add, I have to go to the "View" tab and then click on select to be able to do the highlighting. Then I have to go the the Home tab to select the Add button. So disappointed

It's good. I don't have to carry my laptop everywhere to make docx documents for office, personal, etc. I am relieved now when's there's any urgency of making documents for office when I'm on marketing tour. Good work on this app. Keep updating. Thanks. Roy.

Gain users and publicity, and then really stick it to them? that's fantastic!!! Can't even create a document unless I... hahaha, pay a monthly hahaha, feeeee,hahaha! I'm a smart phone user not a business man. Not sure how long it's been like this, I DONT USE IT THAT MUCH! So, I guess it doesn't work. Uninstalling over dealing with stupidity. NEXT!!!

it works fairly well; however, help/instruction function is wholly inadequate (actually lousy). I need to assign "print area" to a spread sheet and can find no instruction.

Like so many Android apps, this doesn't work well with Chromebook. The system menu fonts are unreadable (size of poppy seeds). The app constantly generates Chrome OS message "App is not Responding .. Close or Wait". There are gobs of constant ads, especially to upgrade. And too-many-to-list more problems. Unlike Windows and Apple Worlds, Chrome World overflows with hinky apps (like this) that are deficient, clunky, broken and unworkable.

I have bought a package for my laptop and phone but am annoyed that I have to pay £7.99 a month extra for fonts, some that should be standard ones included! I won't be buying this again :0(

Terrible user experience. Tons and tons of ads in the free version. Useless. Uninstall...

I tried to install this app. My phone crashed and ironically I had to update the phone through Google and got most of my contacts back. I do think that the Google play app is "managed" by a bunch of scammers. I couldn't do my "free trial" that I signed up for. So I canceled everything. But of course they didn't They emailed me and said I had to cancel my email account.what? So now I have a big mess to clean up. They should let you put zero for a score.

Crashes. Can't open doc. Can't save doc. Don't know what happened. Same on tablet and phone. Samsung. Tried un installing and re install. Used to work great.. From 5 to 1 one star

This is possibly the worst app experience I have ever encountered. Whenever I try to download a document, it states the file is corrupt. I have tried to end my free trial, and delete my account, there is no where to do this in the app or on the website. There is zero tech support, no where to contact customer service, or a place to enter a tech support ticket. Unfortunately I will have to pay $29.95 indefinetly because I cannot delete my accoutn. DO NOT USE THIS APP

Need refund asap have been charged £35.49 + £13.49 for a subscription my son has taken out on my account. Cant afford, dont need want my money back. Will delete this after resolved the issue.

The experience is good but I'm having an issue with converting pdf files always I get a blue lines that it takes a part of the file away so it doesn't show to the recipient thanks help me

There are plenty of free office apps and this isn't one of them. It will install on your device but not do anything unless you give your credit card for a 7 day trial. It's not cheap plus their are add-ons you have to also purchase to make it practical. If your goal is to make them rich, just save time and send them a gold bar.

Holds your phone ransom! Tried uninstalling and now I can't reset my default apps for viewing and opening files on my phone. Attempting to open a file gives a popup prompt to redownload the officesuite app. Despite uninstalling, it still leaves nasty bits behind to keep their boot in the door. STAY AWAY!

I am using OfficeSuite Pro version to edit my documents. The Free version has limits on its editing capabilities and has ads. OfficeSuite Pro is user friendly, with capabilities and fonts like Microsoft Office but in the case of the Pro version, cheaper. It uses less cache and RAM than other Office suites while doing the same tasks.

Well OK, after a year of having it on my phone I've used d app several times & finally giving it a rating. It's really hard & complicated bringing d likes of Microsoft Word program & features to a small device screen. Congrats!
