I had a terrible experience buying to advertise a product I wanted to sell. Bottom line. I bought a package and didn't get the notification from the app. Then I had to buy it again and the post was published 15 days after I bought it. Been dealing with getting my money back but the Colombian customer service has been terrible giving a lot of excuses of giving my money back even though I sent them initially everything they asked for. It's been more than a month... tiring process..

The app / service is very useful. I only give it 4 stars because there's nothing I can do for the app itself to notify me when me messages come in. I have to rely on email notifications or checking the app constantly.

You people had to mess up this app. I want to put my house for sale and ot directs me somewhere else. IT WAS SIMPLE BEFORE!

My ad was cancelled and the app won't tell me why. The notifications are broken, I keep getting duplicated notifications.

It is an application with a bad development towards the end user, having to clear cache to see the chats, it is the most inefficient that I have seen this type of applications, and it is seen that there are no improvements in that. Terrible application, even if it is free, very bad image in functionality. The worst app.

Yesterday I bought a package for my ad to have more exposure, however the ad wasn't published and the payment was fully processed. Today, I've tried writing a complaint asking for a reimbursement because I'm not receiving the service for which I paid for, the app doesnt let me submit my complaint, it only shows security tests asking me to select the buses, bicycles and crosswalks. It's soooo frustrating! Don't recommend buying packages from this app! Unless you want to lose your money...

Total garbage app. As everyone is stating now it displays "something went wrong. try again" message and it is impossible to see an ad. The company should invest in a decent app. Moreover, there are a lot of replies from the "support team" telling us (the users) to contact them instead of them contacting us and looking into their own app...unbelievable

The app was really great and useful, I used it a lot of times for my businesses, but I can't use it anymore because it was disable for my country, Bolivia. I'd be trully glad if the app could be re-released in my country, I liked the app a lot...

is a good app if you want to buy or sell items. the big problem that I saw is when u wanna buy a ad u don't see a easy way to buy the basic o the premium one. Second problem. when the ad is over u can't recive msn of the people that is interested in the product. change that Plz. hope someone reads this.

Good enough. The interface and choices are a bit dated. So you will find a choice of phone brands which will feature Nokia and Sony, but not XIAOMI which affects bookmarks and other options. Xiaomi is bundled as "other" as a selling choice.

I think it is a great app, it's improved a lot and I really liked that they added the views and likes in the ads. May be it can have reviews for the seller or for the listed products.

Serious problem. Every time you choose an ad image, it says "Something went wrong". Poor development team... Edit: super lame response from the "OLX team". Just like when your ISP asks you to "restart your router" to fix a generalized outage.

When the ad expires, it is hard to republish. Mercado Libre is much easier to republish all the ads. Really upset with your customer service and the fact that even though I edit the ad, it is refused

I am having the same issue, after paying for my add, a decide to edit, since then I could not post any more i did all the changes they requested and nothing happened refused, refused no matter what, the old app was better, costumer service has not knowledge of what they argue regarding why they refuse your add..2 stars..

Very easy to find what you need. Filters are EXC. Easy to place your pictures to sell something. Good comunication with possible buyers. I recomend this app.

I'm in South Africa the app keep saying is no longer operating in SA and is showing some other languages

Chat section is not working at all. After reading buyers messages, reply option is not reflecting and it looks app is heavy or not functional well. Even old version was very good as compare to this one.

Dont you find absurd that you can only search for products in a 22 miles near instead of letting us select the whole country to search for the items? If that Option is available, why is it so difficult to access to it?. If it is not present, why are you so d0mb?🙄🙄🤦

It's the best app to sale!

Too many ads and the interface is not appealing, sometimes the app crashes or it does not work, it was better the way it was.

I'll give you 3 stars because there's a lot of things that's need to be upgraded, things like the messages section, I mean, I have 0 notification when I'm in another app, I only know that I have pending chats if I open the app, and that screw some business... fix that and I'll give you 4 or 5 stars

Normal. App is the same as web interface, dont receive any notifications to my moto g6 plus. is something wrong? the web interface is full of bugs too!

I dont have multiple accounts but it keeps telling me that, it won't let post anything unless I pay... that's not nice. I even used a new account and I had the same problem, Can't post my house, Can't post my car unless I pay, FREE APP? I FEEL I have been lied to.

Used to really enjoy this app. Now everytime I search it says "something went wrong" and there is a message at the top that says "my connection is unstable."

Very enjoyable, they improved the app a lot!! Some things to fix such as the message but overall is pretty good.

It was working until less than 2 weeks ago and now nothing will load... when I try to use the search bar, it'll say my Internet connection is wrong, so yeah useless. Edit: esta app vale 3 mil atados de gabardina
