Once - Handpicked matches

Bugs, bugs, bugs. Starting from the registration process, where the app crashes constantly, followed by dysfunctional display of images you should rate and the inability to change your language. Also matching you with profiles that are hundreds of km away. Really not user friendly, though the idea of the app is nice.

Needs improvements. Feels like a money making venture without much thought to offering a good product. The concept is a bit flawed and to see anyone who matches with you outside of the one a day you need to pay £15 p/m. Also as someone else has mentioned all the matches seem to be in France when based in the UK. Advice: reduce subscription fee, try harder to increase number of users in UK and don't be so greedy.

3 months in: I like the idea of this app, but it's not working at all... Spent 110€ and the only people that show any interest in my profile are scammers. Also 90% of the female profiles are way above average looking. Seems unlikely... Even with VIP status you still have to dish out additional money just to start chatting with a person that already sent you a like and if they ghost you instantly your money is still gone. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this app to anyone.

Terrible app. You get one proposed person a day. I paid for premium and was meant to get a few more, but usually it's still just one. They usually don't match with you, who knows if they even see your profile. Then, there's other ways to send/receive likes... But to send or accept these, you need to pay (extra! Not included in the monthly subscription). Crucially, you can't see how far they are before paying! So they could be 500 miles away. Just not enough people on here, poor app.

I liked the spirit of current app. It's recieving a particular amount of information about your personality to find your perfect soulmate for an income, but transactional barriers they've set are seemed to be merciless nor fair, you'be to pay for a in-app value in shape of kinda coins to open access somehow communicate with your crush FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME THEN YOU'VE TO PAY MORE. Trust me guys, you've more odds to get your soulmate in real life than using this app.

If you're a girl it's pretty good. Not much spam and so far my dates were pretty nice. Wish the app wouldn't waste my time with people that live over 300miles away. I think when you re a girl they should let you pick guys in the area or at least same country.

In the past month I've been given the same woman 9 times. Subtly different name, subtly different age, different profile, same images. Far too many bots on this. Avoid Edit - if all these things are in place, explain being matched with the same person 9 times using what a simple reverse search will tell you is a stolen pic

Pure scam! You get chat requests from time to time that you have to for to respond to. This account will either be deleted even if you respond without 2 seconds or won't ever respond. My guess is that once has made this bots themselves to get you to pay money for hope because the free matches NEVER match back. Pure scam, should never have paid money for it

I made a profile and it was working but now I can't sign in from Facebook it just reloads the log in page. Also the contact page just shows the drop down then doesn't do anything. This is on my laptop and phone. Help please.

Really sketchy App! There are mainly two options how they try to steal your money: VIP Sub. & Crowns. I've paid for VIP and thought, that if I buy the subscription, I get access to all functions but no. You still have to pay crowns when it actually matches you with someone. So in my eyes, the Subscription is a pure blender. The real deal is over the "in-game" currency called Crowns. You ALWAYS have to pay with Crowns if it matches you. Only exception is if someone directly sends you a request..

Developer deleted my review apparently for pointing the truth: the app is full of scammers. There, I said it again. In fact I shall add more: the ratings are high because the devs keep deleting low ratings and reviews like this. I get zero matches on big name apps, but on this app I got 5 texts in 2 days, all of them trying to move the conversation to telegram or whatsapp. What's weird is that some of the replies look like they are bots or the scammers do not even understand English. Go figure.

This response is only half true. Since u need to spend to "respond". During that u dont gain the option to like the person. And it doest change the fact u can only be based on looks. I give this response an F

Nope. For an app that advertises only one match a day I received 30 requests from bots/scammers within the first day. The matches are totally random, you are not even allowed to select from a pool of profiles unless you pay. I got matched with someone 20 years older. Info in my profile disappeared and I had to rewrite them continuously. At the end I couldn't even deactivate my account and cancel myself from the platform ("deactivate my account" didn't work). To avoid.

Well, where to start? The first thing this app does when you've set up your profile is ask you to pay. I actually did so but hate myself for it as paying doesn't unlock any features, at least not as far as I can tell. You still need to buy 'credits' to send messages or interact with other users at all. The paid subscription achieves zero. Then there are the profiles. All the photos on it look like they were taken with a 1990s digital camera. You know those weird Russian wedding photos? That. 🤢

It's a good app, but like every other app, to get more of something, you need to pay a subscription, or but credits. I have been using the app for nearly 2 months and only have matched with one person, and she was far away, so I think the matches need improving.but overall it's different and gives you a match a day, and you can only text if you match which is a good thing, instead of sometimes unecessary texting.

The app seems to work ok. But the interface is not intuitive. Lots of features everywhere, when really all that matters are the daily suggestions. I also don't like the rating system. I feel like I'm judging a bunch of people for no reason. The app promises opportunities of connections, but you're rating people based on 1 pic only and no context? Also, the user base feels rather small, but I have no way to tell for sure. It's just, my first suggestion was 170km away. And I live in a big city.

Neat idea. App doesn't take up much time nor is it too distracting since you get 1 match per day (more of you pay). Though I am disappointed that they seem to have taken away the option to get credits (crowns) by watching ads. Now the only option is to pay per credit if you want to "send a gift" or chat with someone who likes you. Such a shame, was great that I didn't have to spend money previously.

I payed for 30 crowns in the apps but never received them and never got an answer from the support ticket I wrote.
