One61 Watch

My husband gave me the fallout watch and I was so excited until I got logged out of the app for no reason and I can't log back in due to a "server error". Really disappointing, as I love the game and was looking forward to having some "vault tech gear" to show off. The watch is counting steps as I'm just sitting here doing nothing. Great 🙃 Devs, PLEASE fix the server error bug because clearly I'm not the only one having issues and this is a GIANT flaw to have. Otherwise, everything is great.

I got the Fallout watch right after its release. Love the watch, and the app needs a little work but isn't bad. I have not had ANY issues keeping the devices synced thus far. Unfortunately, there are 2 major reasons I'm giving them both 2 Stars. First and foremost, the watch has TERRIBLE battery life. So far the battery hasn't lasted more than 2.5/3 hours on a full charge, which turns it into a pretty expensive novelty item, and less of a practical, useful product. Second, when the watch and app are disconnected, there should be an option to turn the app off. It continues to stay active on the phone and continuously tries to pair back up with the watch, draining my phone's battery and making my bluetooth usage on other devices choppy. I'm sure the issue on the app can/will be patched later, but unfortunately there's nothing that can be done about the battery life of the watch, which is wildly disappointing because it is an amazing product while it's charge lasts.

There is nothing physically wrong with the watch, but using it is a pain. It's little things though, like being able to tell if a function is turned on or off, the weather app not conecting, etc...But there's a lot of little things. The watch is good quality and functions properly. The app that runs with it feels sparse in controls and there are a bunch of little nuances that make the phone app and watch use annoying. Good news is it's nothing that can't be fixed, and I think it will be.

Got the Fallout watch for Christmas. It worked well for the first couple of weeks. Got a firmware update a week or so ago that completely killed the battery life. I have been consistently getting 3.5 hours of use on a full charge. I've emailed support and was basically just told to update the watch software. It's already at the latest version (v3.9)! What good is a smart watch that only lasts 3.5 hours? Extremely disappointed with the watch and the support experience.

I really wanted to like this. The potential is there... However, I'm currently experiencing issues where the watch won't stay fully connected to Bluetooth, and it counts steps while I'm driving. Having talked with the support, I'm currently in a waiting pattern for future updates to address both issues. Hopefully those updates come sooner rather than later. Until then, back into the box this watch goes... [Note: Using the watch with a Google Pixel]

I waited several months before writing my review to give a fair chance. I bought the Wonder Woman watch , and it has been hit or miss on of it would even work from the time I took it out of the box. It is always disconnecting. I am unable to use most of the features apparently due to my service provider (we are limited in WY). Now my watch won't pair woth the app (uninstalled, reinstalled, all that good stuff). I have already had to reset it 3xs, and now the time is several hours off.

I received the WW watch as a Christmas present and now regret even mentioning I'd wanted one in the first place. I have emailed One61 3 times to no avail. I cannot get the app to connect with my watch. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times but that did not solve the connectivity issue. Having read other reviews, I see I'm not the only one experiencing problems. Terrible customer service or are they swamped with so many people reporting issues with their products? Terrible.

Would avoid the hardware that this software is designed for at all costs. Which is really unfortunate because of how excited I was to get my Fallout Smartwatch. Battery life was terrible and It froze right out of the box, bluetooth connectivity was spotty to non-existent and YES I updated the watch to the newest software update. Support won't get back to me after multiple emails, you're better off getting the Samsung watch with the fallout software. Overall terrible experience.

Watch looks nice (Fallout edition), but the only thing that actually works is step tracking. I have full bluetooth connection to new Galaxy line phone, which is listed as compatible, but no notifications no matter what I do. Emailed support over a week ago and still not a single response so they clearly don't care. Strongly DO NOT recommend, stay away! UPDATE: The response from developer to "email our support" is laughable, at best. I have multiple times and still not a single response.

First I couldn't get it to sync with my phone -- in any way. I was directed to uninstall the app, restart phone and reinstall app. Never could get it to sync to the phone. Now I can't get the watch to charge. Watch is dead and black. Charger shows a red light, blinking sometimes sold other times. The battery had completely died this last time before I tried to charge it. Before that I got it on the charger before it was completely dead. When the charger is unplugged, the LED is blue. Now I own a watch shaped brick. I cannot find anything relevant in the directions (which don't come in the box, I had to find a PDF online). Anytime you reach out on the contact page, it says it can take up to two business days for them to respond. Wouldn't be.a problem except they also say there's only 14 days to return it.

in order to conserve battery on the watch so that a. harge lasts more than 6 hours, it is necessary to disable Bluetooth. The app continues complaining a d runs the phone battery down even if bluetooth is also off on the phone. Moreover, thr app is always open and wont stay closed, rather it leaves the title bar and outline with a transparent background. Sleep tracking just ain doesn't work at all. Very disappointed with both the watch and the app.

literally just got my watch this morning. its ok, the app needs some work though. likes to either work or randomly disconnect which becomes a tidius inconvience. ive had the watch for a day but it just never stays connected i cant tell how much pratical use ill get out of it. i really hope i didnt just buy a 150 dollar paper weight. aesthetics look great, the fallout skin and graphics are fantastic. now if i could get it to stay connected

Worst App Ever, i bought a Batman Smartwatch and it won't sync to my phone, you have to connected through Bluetooth using this stupid app and it won't find it ever. You can connected through Bluetooth via phone direct but all the functions on the smartwatch won't work. Customer service won't help you at all, there only solution is just to reset the smartwatch.

One61 has shut down. Anything that the watch depended on the app for no longer works. About the only useful thing from that was phone notifications and phone finder. That's gone now. But, without the app the watch can still track steps with some statistics (Crime Fighting), the Patrol Reminder, Sleep Goal, communicate with voice assistant, sync your contacts, make/receive phone calls with use of a speaker and mic to communicate, control your music player and camera, an alarm clock, a calendar (watch only), and a stopwatch/timer. Since One61 has bowed-out it would be SO NICE if they would have left the watch compatible with Wear OS or Watch OS. I have tried several times to get Watch OS to connect to this watch but it never works. I'm giving this one star because when One61 was still functioning the app and watch had persistent connectivity issues (with BLE) and now that they're gone there's no hope of receiving phone notifications (except incoming calls) and it doesn't look like the watch is compatible with any other apps.

I got the WW watch and set it up, but as soon as I got the watch to sync, the app kicked me out and now everytime I try to log in I get a server error msg. I have uninstalled app, turned off phone, restarted phone, download app sequence 4 or 5 times to no avail. So disappointed, especially after having to wait over 3 months from when my husband ordered the watch for me. I really hope they get this app situation resolved soon.

Hello, HELP! I'm trying to use the One61 app for my smartwatch but when I try to sign in it says Server Error...the only way to get in is to create a new account but once you get out the app...or it closes on its own..I have to sign-up again every few minutes to use it soo no data. Is there a fix??? It looks like someone else complained of the same problem??? Please advise.

Got the Flash watch for Christmas. It worked well enough, just not great. Today, I forgot my watch at home while I went to work and now I cannot get anything to reconnect. I tried to contact costumer service and all I got was an email that repeats the website "fixes". Nothing is working and I'm beginning to get more than a little angry. I reinstalled the app, I reset the watch, I restarted my phone. This is nonsense!

I recieved the fallout watch as a gift. it has not worked properly once. I contacted support about the battery life, and the inability to updatet the watch firmware. Support got back to me and was going to issue a replacement. Then they stopped answering me. Terrible experience so far.

Doesn't properly connect with my Batman watch so I can't even use the features on the watch.. not sure if it's the watch that's defective or what. However, this app keeps running in the background and using up my battery. I'd force close it and within seconds it loads itself back up. wth? I'm forced to uninstall the app. 😕

I bought the Batman watch and I gotta say I am very disappointed. I had high expectations with this watch, especially because it's 2020, the speaker sucks so bad, it is way to low and you can't hear anything unless you put the phone right on your ear and still you barely hear anything. it does let you read your messages which is ok but no way to send messages? I mean honestly there are $30 smartwatches that have better performance than this overpriced watch. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

My step data seems to be syncing with the app just fine, but my sleep data is completely borked. According to the app, I only slept ten minutes last night, while my watch more accurately indicates 7h45m. So, as far as I'm concerned only half the app works.

Useless, nothing but issues since purchase. First watch just stopped working and refused to charge after 2 months, replaced by the company for warranty and after a few months the second watch no longer had audio among a few other issues. Tried to ignore it but now it's an expensive brick due to the app. As of right now as soon as the watch synchronizes to my phone the app crashes immediately, making this watch and it's service useless and unusable. Lesson learned, it's not a true smart watch.

The app sucks and constantly crashes or disconnect and reconnects to the watch. The speaker and vibration is non-existent. No ring or notification for calls or text. It only got two stars because its a wonder woman watch and I can still use it as a novelty item.

on the google pixel 3, the fallout smartwatch wont connect at all through the app. Bluetooth has picked up the watch but the app wont pair with it. watch is updated to 3.4 and i have reached out to customer support for now. will update depending on how they respond.

TRASH! Don't let the awesome Batman or other fun watches fool you. Unfortunately, the company has yet to perfect the app AND watch, so there's a trillion glitches. I wanted to loved this watch so bad. I tried to love this watch so bad. Every time I emailed the support desk with questions, they always beat around the bush. And they have YET to tell me how to go about returning the piece of junk. Not worth your money at all. Spread the word.

Oh I wish I had read these reviews before ordering the watch. I'm having every issue that I have read in the reviews, and I've only had the watch two days. It constantly disconnects, it doesn't display heart rate in real time from the watch face, step tracker doesn't work, weather doesn't work, notifications don't work, battery life is not 18-24 hours its 3 or 4 hours, at this point the only thing that does work is the time. Yes I contacted customer support already, but theres no excuse for this

Got the Fallout watch. Didn't like it (horrid battery life even after changing the settings) and e-mailed to return it after 4 days. It will be a full month tomorrow (March 11th) and I still haven't heard back with instructions on how to return the watch. I even e-mailed a second time before my 14 day window to return was up. What I got was an reply saying the refund team will contact me soon. Well they still haven't. Not great service matches their not so great watch. Would NOT recommend.

The app is a nightmare to get the watch connected to and poorly designed. The device itself is also a wreck only working intermittently and dying every few days. Stay away and save yourself time, money, and stress.

Simply does not work. Bought this watch over a year ago and have given ample opportunities since Jan 2019. Even in a new area, with a new phone and new cell service this watch still never works. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. $170 wasted. Do not buy this product. Will not stay connected. Does NOT have texts or calls through watch. Battery drains so quickly on watch I cant even get through a morning at work. Such a bummer. :(

Terrible app for watches. I have a brand new Samsung galaxy s9 plus. I never have problems except for this app. The watch itself is cool but if I could get a full refund I would. The app constantly crashes.
