Literally the same surgery for two different heart diseases, you don't always need a heart transplant but not only that. The steps are unrealistic. I've seen about 20 open heart surgeries and mostly transplants and it's disappointing. I thought maybe this would be s game to help me learn how to do so until I can start med school next year to become a trauma surgeon but, I was very wrong. If anyone is trying to learn how because they aspire to become a surgeon, don't play this. And like others said, we know what to do there should be a way to remove the instructions. I didn't even need them the very first time but I couldn't find a setting to stop them. That, and the ads are insanely bad. Im sorry but this app is terrible. I tried to like it I really did.
Literally couldn't even begin playing. Every time I restarted it an ad would pop up to keep me from beginning. Whoever made this just needs to quit their job and try something else because obviously creating games isn't the job for you.
I hate it why does it have to lag and not let you do the surgery. I have played much better games than this crappy one

There were too many ads that didn't allow you to play the game. The game was very boring and it wasn't what I thought it was.
One of the worst games I've ever played. The music is dumb, there are so many ads, I couldn't even start playing. My advice to you if you are downloading this, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.
Downloaded it. Played for about 2mins already had 6 adds and pop ups and plus the game is to slow and not every realistic. I give you guys 1 🌟 just uninstall or don't even download it.

When u started doing the surgery an add came on and when I pressed the close button it just went black.
The game would actually be great if it wasnt for all the ads every 10 seconds a ad interrupts the game id rather not deal with it.

Way too many ads. It crashes on me after an ad came up. Also, it takes too long for you to be able to start doing actions, i don't need to see a picture of the tool I need to use for 10 seconds so that I can use it in about 2 seconds and then another picture of a different tool comes on and does the same thing, over and over again.
