Worked fine, now it won't let you select an address. Completely useless. Uninstalled, cleared cache, force-stopped, etc.. refuses to work. Moved to a more reliable service.
Placed an order, only to have it cancelled due to no drivers. I understand this, but the fact that it will take 5-7 days to get my money back is absolutely unacceptable!!!!
I was unable to add the address of my college campus. I'm not sure if it is just because there are no drivers in range, but I'm low key disappointed.
I used to love this app but, it will no longer allow me to change or add a new address. I will update review once the app is fixed
App doesn't recognize any address that is typed. There is no way to get past that screen basically making the app useless.
I have ordered before and the service is available in my city however now the app is unable to find my address. Useless.
Can't even use the app. I try to enter my address and it says it can't be found. Deleting.
The app can't find my address and I live in the middle of a large city. It's not like I'm in the sticks...

Would not find my address when i tried to sign up. Useless to me.
Was great until it merged with grubhub. Grubhub is trash

When I first got the app it was great. Slowly the app has had so many customer support problems. I have been very patient and understanding but today was the last straw, I placed an order and was never notified that the order was canceled. I had to call the restaurant, after trying to get ahold of someone from customer support but no response. They said they told orderup and yet I was never notified. I'm done thinking they will get it together. Uninstalling.
Was given a order code advertisment left at my apartment door for new account. Installed, entered code, and error messages. Sorry no discount for you, we just tricked you to install the app. Waste of my time. Update: needed to force close app, reopen and reorder. But the initial experience was poor. Ordered food, now ill wait n see
I've given order up so many chances and this is ridiculous. I'm sick at home so I can't go get my own food but that would have been faster and better for my mental health. I watched my driver sit (at home I assume) halfway across town for 20 minutes before leaving to pick up my food. Total waited an hour. I put special instructions to come to the back door and he did not. In the past I've gotten delivery confirmation 15 minutes before anything showed up, leaving me to believe I paid for someone else to eat my food. I've also watched my driver pick up my food and drive 45 minutes away from my house before coming back. That time I waited 2 and a half hours. There is also no way to change your tip amount either so if your driver is rude and short with you, you can't get your tip money back. Just go get your own food. Their drivers are the worst. Waste of money. Waste of time.
Worthless. They joined GrubHub yet neither of them support the other. They bounce you between two customer service departments and don't transfer credits Even though they note your credentials transfer. App is not even a concern if the company is unbearable.
Add a driver rating feature and a tip after delivery option. The delivery times would be understandable if the drivers were actually stopping to get other food or dropping off orders but most of the time is spent taking the longest ways possible or accepting the order only to sit at home for 45 minutes. If it wasn't a constant problem then this app would be fantastic but until these people do what they're paid for correctly, it doesn't deserve a better rating
Was my app of choice for food delivery in my area, until recently. All restaraunts show up as unavailable at all times, and recently the restaraunt list wont even come up. Very disappointed, likely going over to their competitors now.
