WORST.APP.EVER!! I have a Samsung galaxy s20+5g that connects to even the cheapest, crappiest devices. Inside this app however, it won't even sync the device. Connected once and made the date and time correct, now just keeps saying disconnected and won't even find it on the search inside app. Even though my phones Bluetooth is connected to it. Crappiest app EVER!
So far it's good. I am using a DGTec Smartwatch and I want notifications from Messenger to go through it. But the app seems not have that option. Can you please fix this so I can use the watch for other purposes than reading time and looking up the weather? I tried the smart life app but I can't connect on that app
* The app won't give me the option to connect to Google Fit. * When I first wake up, the steps numbers are already started, even though I keep my watch off overnight. * When I try to get it to read sports/exercise, it doesn't register anything, other than the steps. * When I tried to contact Atlius for assistance they don't have a email address etc. to send feedback to. NOTE: Don't waste your money on this product. Yes, it's low budget, but its inaccurate and getting help is impossible.
Purchased the product from Costco. Bluetooth kept dropping of with linked watch after every 2-3 hours even though body is having moments during this time. Would be helpful if this gets fixed.
How can I manually resync the app with the watch, in case I set a new alarm? It seems the app doesn't synchronize with the watch after I modify something in the app. LE: It looses the connection many times. Sometimes it needs a phone reebot or else the manual function "Connect the smart watch" results in error. The light doesn't switch off automatically, you have to press the light button again to switch it off (this is stupid).
With Goodmans Smart Watch model 364134. The app does not appear to capture or show all the data collected on the watch. Suggests it is not synchronising properly, or app is flawed as it does not correctly report all data received, or, indeed both. Trying to update the firmware also seems to be a challenge. Have gone through install and set up very carefully 3 times! Watch is nice, but Orunning app is useless as it stands.
This app keeps on crashing and disconnecting from my watch. Then it takes forever to try and connect it again. Can someone assist? I sent a mail but no reply. Still no positive reply almost 2 months later. What a total rubbish app and really bad support. Keep on telling me the same thing over and over: connect from the app. And my reply is always the same: I am doing that but your app does not want to connect. I'm ever sorry I spent money buying the watch in the first place. Still not working!!!
In theory, the app looks great. In execution, it fails dismally. After long days of exercise, my watch records my steps satisfactorily ... but come evening ... all elements reset to zero. I would like to have seen my exercise progress over the days, weeks and months. I wonder if there is a better more stable app that will work with my watch better?
Dont waste your time and money on this watch and app. Total waste of time unless you only want to see the time. Otherwise its useless
I'm trying to figure out if problems are with my Trax Base GPS Watch or the app itself. So far this week I use lost three running activities. The watch itself freezes after every run and I can't save my activities. And when the watch didn't freeze, the app loses synchronization. I also noticed how ridiculously the memory on the watch is. Could this be upgraded to a larger capacity?
What a huge waste of time of an app. Works. Randomly disconnects. Reset. Switch watch off then back on. Uninstall app then reinstall. Lose all data. Works for another few days. Repeat the procedure. Now the third time it has happened and nothing works now. Will not connect at all. How useless is this watch without the app. Fix the problems. I have the latest version now, which does not work. Go back to the one that does work please
App keeps stopping running since phone updated to android 12
Absolute garbage. My watch disconnects from the app at least once a month, and the only way to get the app to read it again is to uninstall and reinstall the app, only to have it happen again in 2 weeks. This, of course, erases the history of my activities. I've just given up on reading my watch at all. I'll never buy a watch that uses this again.
Terrible app. Continually crashes, doesn't sync properly with my DGTEC smart watch, doesn't save information when it does stay open, every message comes through twice, I could go on! Defeats the purpose of buying a GPS enabled smart watch if you can't use the information to record your efforts.
I purchased the DGTEC DG1315SW for myself and was told this app was meant for the smart watch. The app doesn't store the data collected from the watch and im unable to use some of the features the watch provides because of the apps inability to connect to it properly. The app has potential but needs to be updated to collect and store all the data from the watch. Update: only sleep data has been recorded.
Last update: faces are too small in preview, just icons. Must be loaded to see details. Can not find the old digital faces! Clasic watch designs are horrible! No backup or sync function, history of activities lost when reinstalling the app because no user account! GoogleFit button not working, heart rate not sync in GoogleFit, why the button?! Graphs too small, hard to see, NO ZOOM function to see a specific time. Smartwatch MYRYA loosing BT connecti every day must reboot watch to sync. Bad app!
I had trouble connecting the DGTEC smartwatch initially to the phone via Bluetooth, then it worked for one day and has not connected again, no matter what I do. I have just deleted the app to try reinstalling it but if that doesn't work, I will look for another, better app to use.
App is okish, its like someone didnt finish it. The watch (Goodmans Smart) is ok, I guess. But the watch only shows Farenheit and Kilometres, the settings section of the App massively let's it down, in fact it's pretty abysmal setting weather, awful. Setting pretty much anything painful. Firmwear update, but its evidently secret cus it just keeps coming up or begging for more permissions. Not being able to set it to Miles on watch and Celcius is frankly ruining it big time. Best avoid.
Really easy to navigate through the app, the connection to the watch is perfect and quick. I think it would be awesome if there were a few more watch face options, or maybe we can download our own? Anyway I am very satisfied with the app and the watch, if you experience problems it's most likely something happening with your phone, not the app.
