Awful app. If I could meet the person who created it, I would throw hands. It buffers in the middle of episodes and you have to restart the app for it to work again. Sometimes it will just stop working all together and say "Not available" when you click on any episode of anything and it won't help to restart it or uninstall and reinstall

Sooo many great shows! Only complaint I have is the buffering, and not being able to figure out if there's a way to turn closed captions on. Other than that great selection of shows. If I didn't have to work I'd be on the app 24/7 probably 😂

This app is the worst. No thank-you to the 3 free episodes as I am unable to view more than 5 minutes without buffering, then the show drops, won't allow me to restart without using another credit! What a complete joke! A HUGE waste of time!

I haven't been able to use this app at all. It keeps saying to contact you. A waste of time to keep doing this. I need help immediately. I wouldn't give it 1 star but I haven't a choice. In going to settings and the app, I'm unable250,000 to find the contact us, like I can't read

Interesting app; however, I do not like the conditions of the app. If it is free, why is it necessary to know who my television provider is. I guess the old saying goes in this instance, nothing is free--you pay on the front end or the back end--you will pay.

Revised from 5 to 1. I enjoy, rather I enjoyed the content. Unfortunately I too am getting the 3 loading dots now and nothing more. I tried going in to the app settings, deleting the cache and data, un-installing, re-installing, force closing, and restarting my phone to no avail. If there's a fix that I didn't list it'd sure be nice to recieve a reply telling myself and the many other users what it is.

This app frequently stalls, but ironically never during the ads. So then you have to reload app and watch 6 more ads just to hope it works going forward. It's ridiculous.

This app functions very well. It also contains alot of content that i am highly interested in. The only drawback is the fact that it is embedded with a ton of commercial breaks, a bare minimum of 9, within a single episode.. that seems a little overbearing. I highly recommend you minimize the commercials to appease your fans because it really seems to be more commercial breaks within the app than there would be on a regular broadcast. 3 stars is a fair rating based on what I've experienced.

This app skips half way of a show. Very hard to keep watching it when it continues to do it all the way to the end of a show. It happens on all shows I watch.

Mostly doesn't work. App opens but shows just sit and buffer. Never play. It's been off and on for months but now it's unusable on my phone

Uninstalling. This app hasn't worked for me for the last year. I have been updating it, hoping eventually it would work, and it still won't play anything.

I have to sign into my TV provider EVERY SINGLE TIME I open the app on my firetv stick. It is kinda infuriating. I love this app otherwise.

NBC and its affiliates need to upgrade their apps so they can stop freezing. You can't watch 5 minutes without it freezing.

I wish that Oxygen would offer some free content or a streaming service. I no longer have cable & would love to watch some of their shows.

**UPDATE!** 2/03 I would just like a response from the devs! I have emailed several times to no avail. I had ZERO issues with this app until I updated it several months back. Just did latest update in hopes that I'd finally have some success! Nothing but the dreaded three dots. Again and again. Devs, PLEASE look into!!! Oxygen WAS my everyday go-to! 😔 Super bummed!!! I have tried everything from clearing cache to uninstall and reinstall. A SOLUTION WOULD BE NICE!!

Love watching. Having some technical issues the last few times I've tried to watch some shows. The shows keep jumping and I'm missing parts of it. Plz try to fix this issue. Other than that, Love the oxygen app

Absolutely ridiculous. Doesn't matter what show I pick or when, I can never get past the 3 dots. I have even reinstalled, thinking that would fix it, but nope! So frustrating!

Horrible app. Can't watch any show at all on demand. Just shows the 3 loading dots and never loads. I've linked and unlinked my provider and uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and nothing will fix it.

Since the update the app does not work at all. I done deleted it and add it again and it still won't work fix please

I absolutely love this app , it's my favorite one to watch...only thing is I don't like that you have to wait a whole week for new shows to unlock I think it should be like Starz app and unlock the next day.But I give Oxygen 5 starz

Did my 7 yr old build this app? I tried to watch about 15 episodes of basically anything and only got ONE to work. Even the suggestion of how to report errors is useless. Wow, this is awful 😞.

Everytime I try to play a video, it stays on the loading screen. I've Uninstaller, reinstalled, and logged into my cable provider and still video won't show.

App is still wonky after all these years. Always having to close out and restart. Way too many ads. Can't go through phone and keep the video up like most apps. Ugh just not enjoyable to watch at all. I'm signed in with a provider why tf do I need that many ads for a 30 minute show. Turned it off after i saw all the ads and I couldn't keep the show up while I checked the weather real quick. Redundant shows anyway. OH & THERES NO DESCRIPTION FOR EPISODES. FUN!
