What a mess App doesn't work! I had so many emails with various people there trying to resolve the issues I was having and nothing was ever resolved. Why? Because when they updated the stupid app, it didn't come with the option to allow location services to be "Allowed All The Time" only with the option "only when using the app", THAT, my friends is why the app doesn't work and sends u back to the homepage, makes u log in again and again and just loops for all eternity into hells inner circle

They're most definitely much better apps you can gamble on then this one don't waste your time or your money.. for how much money I've spent in the past 2 months playing on the Pennsylvania lottery app it's crazy to think that I literally like never win the odds must be terrible on there or something the games are quite fun but who has fun losing money all the time.. not me uninstalling this app immediately

Terrible App. Not only does it freeze and glitch all the time. By using the App, you actually LOWER your overall odds of winning. Tickets purchased through the App have the ticket numbers hidden, so if there are any second-chance drawings, you cannot enter them using the tickets you bought. One more way for PA to screw you out of another nickel. Oh, and if you have a VPN for work or internet security, they will block and cancel your account. Fraud, waste, and abuse should investigate this clown show.

Keeps kicking me off my VIP ILottery and when i do quick picks and hit buy half the time it doesnt process and tells me to check my email to see if my purchase has processed If i dont screenshot i lose that quick pick forever. Ive lost money due to these changes on the treasurehunt i had a quickpick that would have hit for $51,000.00 and money due to the pick 4 being taken off the website. Liked being able to play any and all games from home now id rather purchase at the store. Major bumer...

I used to love this app. Now it hardly loads i never had any problems with it before if it wasn't broke you didn't need to fix it. The ticket scanner used to work fine and now it doesn't work. And the thing is I just had to download a new version when the old version was just fine. Not very happy

Online Casino style games: Absolutely the worst. Each game averages about 86 % Return to Player about 6-9% below an average casino payout. The games recalculate after every spin. So they're determining the payouts after every spin. This app allows a few wins and starts to take the money back. Non regulated by the gaming commission so who holds them accountable. Payouts are well below the industry norms. Be careful with this app. Non regulated by the gaming commission.

The old app (installed manually by downloading the .apk) worked fine, but this version has been nothing but trouble - I haven't been able to buy tickets even once yet (though it had no problem taking my money, of course!)

It was way awesome the very short time tou could buy pick 1 2 2 4 5 off the app.. I spent $$$$ on pick 3 everyday, but they took them all off (strange). I don't buy them from store, those tickets suck to full out.. BRING BACK PICK 3!!!!.plz

Nothing but problems! No longer able to purchase tickets! Stuck in an endless loop of you must download the app, which I've already done a million times now! How many ppl have to report the same issue before you actually do something to fix it?

Worst payment processing casino EVER. one time it takes a day for a grand and then it takes 9 days for $40 bucks. NINE DAYS AFTER ACCOUNT IS VERIFIED? It shouldn't take over 24 hours. But they do it by hand...sounds like a great system I think you need an update

It takes them 1 min to pull the money out of your account to play but when you win its says 3 to 5 business to recieve your winnings its been over 10 days now called and the answer i recieved was due to the national employee shortage they are behind whats the national shortage have to do with the pa lottery i think it should be considered false advertising since they are not doing it within 3 to 5 days if not should be noted that it will take weeks for your winnings to be paid out .

The worst! There's always technical errors and even if you redownload the app it still kept showing. What a waste

Worst app ever wouldn't play it again if they was giving out free money ...they should stick to lottery tickets stop trying to copy casinos yours are no where close to to a casino ....app sucks no stars if I could ( -⭐⭐⭐⭐) Negative 5 stars app is poop!

Terrible app! Nothing but problems. So frustrating, it's unbelievable they wouldn't put more effort in to making it a better app.

One minute I'm able to play online next minute it's freezing up or redirecting me to Uninstall and download the same app get it together it'shighly frustrating

Lottery man good to me I've been a blessing that I'll be hitting off and on a whole lot and I like to continue using the app to check my lottery to be able to put things together numbers and continue playing hopefully that I may have to get another phone so I can be able to continue with my app hopefully I'll find a way that I can continue with my app thank you lottery family

It will let me deposit money to play but will not let me make any withdraws, it won't except any information for withdraws. what's the point but to take my money and not let me take it if i win so its just pointless, unless you want to pay real money to continuously play. There's no contact support in the app either so you're just on your own. I don't recommend this to anyone. If your gonna play go to the store and get your tickets there.

Horrible design. I refuse to believe any UI /UX testing was done. If it was, it was probably by Comrade Wolf

I have a Samsung Galaxy s7 and this app will not download. I had no problems with the old version. The "new and improved" might be new but definitely not improved.

Geo location has been changed to allow access. Still can't play with this new app

It's hard to find what tickets still have second chance drawings and how to find out either way.

Frustrating!! To recieve winnings you need to upload your id-credit cards -bank account/routing number-wait days till they conferm it n allow you access. Can't upload through phone computer needed. To deposit money use your card put $ in they accept that right away!!When you withdraw your $ its a different story. Personal info is stored permanently! Just do what everyone else is doing go play the PENNSYLVANIA SKILLS machines more $ to win owners always pay out right away no taxes😏unlike lottery

Come on guys, it's 2021, time to fix this already! Constant freezes or a complete failure to load at all! I can't tell you how many times I need to close and reopen.. just to have it do it again. Even lack of updating numbers. (not to mention the amount of times I needed to reinstall the app completely) Might I add, this has done it now with two decent phones.

Used to be an awesome app... I used it just to double-check my scratchers to make sure I didn't miss anything and accidentally throw away a winner. Now the ticket scanner doesn't work at all. Over the past six or so months, I've opened the app occasionally just to try the ticket checker and it's been this way the entire time. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Doesn't work. There's no "box" to put the barcode inside. My sister has an iPhone and it works perfectly, but my previous phone and my current phone Galaxy S22 Ultra (which is the top of the line android phone on the market) and it still does not scan. I can enter the tickets manually but the point of this app is to be able to quickly and easily scan the tickets. I would rate zero stars if it was an option.

App is ok but ilottery is terrible. Too many glitches and customer service/tech support is terrible and slow as well.

Horrible trying tto get app to work after update. Now it says host error on draw games purchases.

this is app is completely garbage and the state has never ever tried to fix or inprove anything i guss they cant afford it boycotting pa lottery until they fix the app
