Panel App - Prizes & Rewards

Good at record keeping, but I'm not getting anything listed in the sweepstakes or prize redemption lists. So, I've accumulated over 30,000 points and have nothing to spent them on. Very disappointing. Following my initial review I was contacted to reach out to Foursquare for assistance. It seems I don't have to as the app has "magically" (I don't remember it being updated) healed itself and is now working properly. I used it to claim a prize so I've adjusted my rating accordingly.

The app usually gives you points for going places. I used to check every weekend how many points i earned and i usually earned 100 or more. Now when i check it remains the same over and over again. The only thing giving points is the new check-ins. Did they changed it so that you have to earn points through check ins? Looks like this app is no longer worth it, i remember the old days of panel app and it slimple, clean and appealing UI. The prize for guaranteed prices was fair. Not its double.

I made it to 30,000 points and now the app won't load the prizes. I can still take surveys, check in, and view my profile. But all the prize sections, my goal section, it's all blank. The app is up to date and was working just fine right up until I earned my 30,000 points. This is problematic.

Doesn't work anymore and freezes. Now as of 5/14/22 the app is not working still. Now I get lots of white space and nothing is appearing. Please fix the app so I can claim rewards. Lots of people are having issues. Thanks.

Edit: previously app went blank but now it is fixed. I am thinking that it was a glitch when the app went blank. But the app really does pay. I had previously gotten gift cards from the app and I am working on getting more. Thank you for fixing the the app, developers. 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've been using this app for years and managed to get one bigger gift card out of it. But there have been two times I just stopped receiving points completely, no matter how many days I check it. I was helped the first time, the other year or so. But it's been maybe two weeks or more this time and nobody is getting back to my emails at all. I'm going to uninstall because there's no point in opening the app anymore.

I have used this app for several years and was very happy with it until recently. I ordered a guaranteed prize on December 22, 2021 and never received it. I have submitted 2 tickets in regards to it, one at almost 3 weeks after redemption and 1 after a month. I still have has no response. It seems like the app has gone downhill since the name change. I will update and edit this review as needed.

I accumulated 30,000 in a matter of a year maybe less. I redeemed my points for an amazon gift card that never received. This happened in december 2021. I tried so many times to contact customer support but all i got was a one sentence reply. That someone will look into my problem. Then a few days after the reply was that my request was canceled. I have not gotten the points back or the gift card. Update: I was contacted and issue was solved. I got my gc.

Check ins are fine and taking surveys but when wanting to redeem, the page is blank it only shows "All, Sweepstakes, and Prizes" but everything else is blank so you can't see what to redeem.

Used this app for years. Finally cashed out for $25 amazon card. Still waiting on it. Been over a month and I have contacted support to be avail. Still waiting. I don't think I'll ever receive it. 😕 Tried what you said and reached out. Still no response.

I have used this app for years when it was called panel app. Was always satisfied until recently. My account was hacked and my rewards stolen. I contacted them but never received any response and never got my points back. I finally got an email saying my support ticket was closed but still no points refund. It takes awhile to save points and now I have to start over. I won't be using this app again.

Bought a new phone and can no longer collect points. Created new account and same thing. Contacted support 3 times and haven't heard anything for days in between. Now, nothing.

Update: I have now received my $25 gift card. Thank you. This used to be a great app. However, I redeemed points for a $25 gift card in October and have yet to receive it. I received an email stating I should receive it two weeks later but still have not, despite reaching out multiple times. When I contact them, I get a "duplicate" email back from them and they state they are going to close my request! Very disappointing.

UPDATE: Completely shocked! After 15 weeks, I received my gift card on 12/21/21. I'm adding a star because I'm grateful that's over, but I have no desire to do it again. That was ridiculous. Good luck if you decide to chance it. I redeemed 30,000 points for a $25 Amazon card on 9/10/21 ("Guaranteed prize," NOT sweepstakes). Every inquiry results in a "duplicate request" notification. Nothing has been fixed or improved. I am about to give up, which apparently is their plan anyway.

It was great at first but after awhile did not receive guaranteed rewards. I had to Uninstall several times to get credits and now won't work. I am really disappointed in app I guess it's time to give it up.

Can't get my rewards! I redeemed point on December 15 2021 for a $25 Amazon card. I've emailed them several times with a screen shot of my redemption but they keep sending me info on a visa card I received in 2020, which had been used and expired. I'm not sure what other way to go about getting my reward? Im getting frustrated and exhausted, waisted a lot of my time, it should not be this difficult!

Tried to cash out a $5 Amazon Gift Card on 12/29 and never received it. Reached out to their support team on 1/16 and was told I'd hear back within 72 hours and never did. Now the gift card has completely disappeared from my profile and those points are gone. It's not worth the hassle of fighting with their team. There are better apps that pay more.

Surveys are simple and often fun. It's relatively easy to earn points. But cashing out is the worst. Payments don't come and messages to support go unanswered. They first five dollars took weeks. The last one I earned never got sent and messages have been unanswered. There are better apps that are more attentive. Look elsewhere.
