Panera Bread

The app works - but PLEASE check your order when picking up. I am too trusting and just picked up and left (not before dropping an additional $25 on pastries for the crew). Got home and was missing an order. Ok, frustrating but this Panera is still open (closing in 40 minutes). So I'm calling ahead as I'm driving back in and NO ONE will pick up the phone. Tried 4x. Get there and wouldn't you know but they "just ran out" of what I was missing. Good thing I tipped on the order too, right?

Overall the app works great. Ordering is easy and it all the details are in the app to make your order for pickup. But i only have 3 stars because of Panera being misleading. They advertise the unlimited drink deal and after getting it, many of the drinks aren't on there. In fact, only one of the drinks i wanted was on there. Glad they had a free trial because it's definitely not worth the money.

Still one of the worst mobile ordering apps. It deletes my contact and payment information every time I close the app and logs me out. For each order, I make all my selections, then on the payment screen it just says processing. I let the app process for about 10 minutes before I closed it. Upon opening the app again, there were no menu items listed. Tried to uninstall and reinstall to no avail.

Pretty great, let's you customize. Only complaints are with the sip club coupon applying message that pops up (automatically which is nice) but it blocks the checkout button so you have to wait for it to disappear. Other issue is if the page doesn't load you can get in a spot where nothing will load at all and have to force close the app or order via browser.

They charge a "convenience fee" for conveniently not using their human resources when buying their product and a delivery fee, and now use door dash for delivery so, as says on the app now, higher menu prices are in effect. Will pay well over $60 for family dinner. May as well go to actual restaurant. And, ordering for pick up STILL charges a dollar more per menu item. So much for ordering from Panera.

So disappointing!I cant even login since the update! I thought maybe i entered the wrong password. Nope. Reset it and still nothing. Just keep getting an error message. It's definitely the app itself because i can log in online via web browser just fine! FIX YOUR APP PLEASE!!!

Love the app, but I placed an order for curbside pickup, and after I notified them I was there, I never received my order. I ended up having to go inside to retrieve it. It didn't really save me a whole lot of time, after I spent the extra time waiting in the car.

App works for the most part, but when the croutons are out of stock for the day the tomato soup is no longer available for order. Even of you attempt to remove the croutons the soup is still not available through the app. May want to check this with other items.

Very useful app. lets me order for pick up or delivery, I travel a lot so avoids me having to look around for nearby restaurants, as they deliver to my hotel room, or lobby, however I may specify in the instructuons.

It says that I have to connect to wifi because they are having issues, but when I connect to wifi still the same message appears. Months have passed since I first saw the message and still I see it every time I enter the app. I have no choice but to uninstall and pay in person. You cannot go around this. I think is a glitch that occurs if you connect to the app without internet first. When you connect afterwards the message stays forever.

I was so excited when I saw the drink deal panera was having, but I can't even get into my account to receive it. It was working fine yesterday, but now every time I try to log in it says "Oops, try again later" and now I can't even open the account that I'm paying for. I'm very disappointed in this app and panera.

Sign in never works. I've reset my password multiple times because it says it's wrong and then it just says oops there was an issue and I've haven't been able to sign in since I used this app the first time. If you're looking for convenient ordering try anywhere else.

I get the Oops something went wrong error. I have times when it says no connection. I no longer even try to start my order by clicking the sip club banner. It doesn't show all the choices. It actually leaves out the Columbian coffee as an order choice. When I do get my order in the shopping cart, I can't hit the complete button because the banner telling me the sip club was applied covers the continue button.

The application seems to work ok but I really don't like the design of it. I feel like it constantly brings up pop ups when I'm trying to look at things or everytime I hit a back arrow it's Warning this will not be added to the cart. Annoys me to use it

Most annoying app EVER. Constantly logs me out and won't let me log back in saying the password is wrong, yet I can login through the full website just fine. I've literally changed my password 20 times only to figure out its the app that is the problem, not the password.

This app would be way better if it could tell you how many people are in front of you when placing a rapid pick up order. It stated 5 to 10 minutes and countless times Ive waited over 20 minutes if it would let you know an estimated time or the number of people that are in queue then we could at least be given a heads up. It has gotten to the point of not wanting to order because of unpredictable wait times.

The app does not even let you sign in. Keep receiving messages of oops something went wrong. Never had this issue before. I have changed my password and signed into Facebook. Same issue when kicks you back to the app.

Quick and easy to navigate. Love that everything is highly customizable and the nutritional facts adjust with the changes.

I don't like that they give you rewards, but you can't choose so if there are things you don't eat or get... it doesn't matter the reward they give you is the reward you get like it or not. I don't know if any other app that does that. You should be able to pick the reward you earned with the money you spent. In addition some rewards are 3 visits some are 6 or more.... learn from every other app and fix this. Give us the choice of our "rewards"... Big flaw.

Same complaints as the others. App crashes constantly. Reset password is broken in the app, just sends you in a "send email" loop. Need to uninstall app to change password. Can't use app at all now because it just crashes.

Super easy way to order fresh, satisfying lunch, dinner and/or breakfast! I've always been very happy with anything that I've bought from Panera and can absolutely count on having that same experience with whatever, whenever, and wherever I am. I can count on bringing family, friends and co-workers to Panera or ordering in, and having them be a happy and satisfied as I am-every time!
