Not happen unable to get reports or test results short reports because it will not open them
If you're going to make an app at least make it functional; thank you for putting in effort for making it in the first place but really? The emails that I delete re appear after being sent another, information is limited and the information we need is not even on the app. Also, why do we have to log in again to view our grades? It's extremely tedious I don't see a point in it. And when I try to change my pfp it reverts back to my ugly school picture. At least listen to our criticism if anything
this app is unfriendly and uninformative. for important items things need to be on the front page, or an obvious link to go too. it was like pulling teeth with this app. I end up having to go to the school website to get the info I need.
Sucks! Used to be better. Used to send out notifications of grades eaach day. Used to see kid's info/grades/classes, now have to log-in. Overall a mess!
Everyone is happy and the kids seem to really enjoy their classes. Also the kids are doing great wearing mask's and staying distanced from each other!!
Why? Every year I have to reload my child's information? VERY IRRITATING AND TIME CONSUMING! I dont have time to spend half a day doing that.
The app send to work fine, but the schools aren't reliable about updating for school closures

It's helpful but certain things in the app need some work. First, after signing into app, we should not have to separately sign into the "grades"tab. Secondly, there should be an option to delete multiply notifications, at one time. Every time the app updates and I have to login again, all the emails I have previously deleted reappear. It is time consuming and annoying to delete every notification when there are a 100+ to go through.
What's the point of logging into the app then having to log in again to access things like grades. If you are going to put an app out, then it should be a one-stop-shop. Disappointing UPDATE: Additionally this app reports all calendar activities in GMT time (+5hrs), that's really helpful!
I have no option for staying logged in. It is a waste of time repeatedly logging in on my phone.
This app is vary useful although there could be a few changes, like having to sign in to "grades" after already signing in.
The app is great and easy to navigate, but having to sign in all the time for grades is annoying. Maybe a "keep me signed in" button would be nice
Because of this i can't play on my ps4 but otherwise it's good.
This would be better with stay signed in option and if all high school activities were represented in addition to athletics.

Some nice features but cafeteria balance and address are wrong. Just got a message that balance is 0 when there is still over 16$.
I love this app because it has the lunch menus for kids!
Wish I could get downloads to work on any of my android devices. I can only get them when I use a PC.
The app is designed to keep the parents in the dark. My login information disappears constantly. The google login does not work. Its a perpetual disappointment. The old version was easy to use. This version has classes showing up that my child is not currently in. Requires Considerable left-rght scrolling, old app did not.
