Add: now freezes my entire phone requiring a restart to get my phone to qork again!!!! Not ok!! 3/8/22: Completely unreliable app and absolutely frustrsting to use! It is rare that I can access email at all so communication to teachers is a miss. Login occasionally works and I hear from teachers that they too are experiencing downtime/interruptions. This app is important to keeping parents, students and schools connected and engaged. It needs work all the time.

Can't log in anymore. I used to use this app weekly but last year it just stopped working. It says it cannot connect, I have tried un-installing and reinstalling but still the same issue. I am so disappointed because this was great while it lasted.

This app is a total waste of my time. It takes me 10-15 times of trying to log on, to finally get into the app. Then once in, whenever I try to view anything, it immediately takes me back to the main page. I spend a solid 5 minutes just trying to view my kid's current grades in his classes. Total junk. Has been like this since the beginning of the 2021-2022 school year. Google Pixel 5, Android 12.

This app will not open. Please fix it, as a lot of parents depend on it. When I log in, the app says loading then disappears from the screen. This has been happening for weeks. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and that did not help.

Has been up until now report card won't load keeps saying corrupted or has been deleted. This is troublesome especially if my school district will be going to only digital reports cards using this system.. Please fix!!!! Have been using this for years no issues but now issues it also runs slower than normal but main concern right now is not being able to see my sons report card

I've used this mobile app successfully for the last three years. I am now unable to even log in. The site disappears as soon as I enter my password and log in. I am able to access my son's grades on my laptop through the LCPS ParentVu site only. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. No change. Very disappointed.

Definitely needs improvement. For one, it does not keep you logged in, which is frustrating. Everytime I go to the app I have to log in again. Second, when I go to send a message it just sits there in the compose screen and it's not clear if it was sent. Clicking cancel doesn't work either. I have to hit the back button on my phone and go to sent to see if it was sent. Third, it doesn't notify of new messages until hours later, whereas the website sends through email quicker. Please fix this.

I've used this app for several years now, and it has always been reliable, but recent changes have caused the app to fail. It opens like normal and allows me to put in my login information, but when I hit login, it spins for a minute then goes back to the login like nothing has happened. I have uninstalled twice and reinstalled. I verified my login information on the website. At this point, I'm at a loss as to what to do.

The app is helpful, but documents do not download, ever. This includes report cards.

Information display on schedule, grades, and assignment scores is useful. Switching between students is not available except at the begining menu. This means having to back out of grades to switch instead of updating the same screen for another student. Notifications are regularly duplicated so a grade update creates between 4 and 12 notifications on my phone. The app crashes when using the notification to open the app even through credentials are saved. Samsung S7 running android 8.0.

New for my school system (MCPS). On my Android phone if I send and email there is no text wrapping (so I just type off the edge of the screen if I dont hit Enter; and no horizontal scroll so i can't even see what text is out there. Everything is also way too small for my eyes and no way to adjust. It gets (back) 2 stars because they have THOUGHT of good features - if only they were useable. I would be shocked if this app was developed by professionals.

Fix your bugs before you release new functionality! You get an in app notice of an email and if you clip it the app crashes you have to open app and then open mail. Why send notifications? This is not a new issue, been like that on my Android since we had tobstart using it this school year. Also when sending an email it doesn't close email after send so you may end up sending it multiple times. No UI queue that it actually sent.

Parentvue does not work the best on Android phones you can't email and you can't really do much on this app. can't call your kids in for school on this app or anything because it's obviously doesn't seem like it's meant for Android

It used to work but when I try to login, the app closes. I've uninstalled/reinstalled, restarted my phone, and it still doesn't work.

App won't let me sign in. I click login, and I get a thinking circle, then the app boots me out. Hasn't work since last update

Can't see report card. School didn't even make me aware of needing it for report cards....not user friendly or any Explanation of how to navigate app. And again only downloaded for the report card and it won't download. Useless.

This app used to work great!! But, going on a few weeks now all it does is not even let you log on. Pay attention to all the reviews fix the problem!!

It is worse now..now I can't even get to my kids' info. I login and it closes the app. Please fix as I have two kids in high school and depend on this for alerts and grades. Same issue as Jon on here. Stuck in an endless loop of login, pick my student, back to login screen. Have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Contacted district. Nothing will make it work. It was working fine and I was getting alerts and everything during distance learning. Wish they would fix it.

This thing is awful. I get dozens of notifications for one message. Then I get notifications for messages that don't appear in the app. Anywhere. So apparently there is at least one message, presumably, but I can't access it. Plus, the app just exits at random times.

This app is awful. Can't sign in! Been months! Reset my password Still having issues. So frustrating!

Crashes repeatedly. Login and it logs me right back out. Lately it's been trash to operate.

I haven't been able to login for the past 3 months! It was easy to use, when it was accessible! It must have been the update that caused it to not allow me to connect to the school server. Or so it says! I added a second School District to the app and it finally let me log in! But it kept bouncing back and forth between districts and then again it would not allow me to login.

This is app is pretty terrible, it doesn't fit well on the screen, things overlap, buttons are halfway off the screen, the body in emails doesn't show up, the layout is terrible.. Not sure why my school district decided to use this but the old system (focus) was much better.. The web based version is no better.. The "myscoolbuks" app is just as bad.. maybe it's just the school systems choosing the cheapest developers but there surely has to be better designers out there

My experience with this app has been awful! I need to rely on this app for my kids grades and assignments but it constantly crashes. It also isn't good for older eyes as I can not see the tiny words and you can't zoom in. It's also hard to find where things are located. I would not recommend this app!

Overall the app isn't too bad. However, when you try to report an absence, it wants you to select a reason, but never gives you anything to select so you can't submit a report of absenteeism. Why have a spot for a reason with nothing to select except a small black box that does absolutely nothing?!

Used it all the time this whole past school year then mid 3rd quarter something changed, it will open and go to the student page but as soon as I start to go deeper it auto-crashes. Keeps crashing over and over, I have Uninstaller and reinstalled twice. Still crashing. Wish they would update and fix this.

This app has worked fine for years. After the last update it crashes EVERY time I try to open it. I have deleted the app and tried to reinstall it but get the same results. It is very frustrating because it was a handy way to check on my child's grades. I have an android phone btw.
