I loved this app for a while but lately it's letting me down. Set parking duration button hangs inactive for minutes when I'm trying to park, and recently choose 12 hours, paid 12 hour rate, and got ticket when parking deactivated after 2 hours.
Great App to use when you're in a hurry Uptown, smiple App to navigate through and setup to use. So many great features on App that makes parking Uptown so much easier and convenient...
Frustrating app. mobile only parking is limiting and inconvenient for service/company vehicles. Wish Charlotte would stop trying to be fancy, all it does is mess everything up.
Never have a problem accessing parking. This saves me time and I don't have to worry about finding change at the meters.
Its a great app. I just dont like the idea that you have to physically move your car after 2 hours. Not practical

I can't create an account!!! I've tried several times with different passwords and non of them are accepted. I'm not sure what else to do.
App is not consistent and reliable. Occassionally it will not allow you to complete transactions via app.
Works most times. Better on spaces with 4 digits. 3-digit spaces don't work well.
This is elitist BS to have to have a smartphone, wifi/data time, a credit card to park in uptown Charlotte. Not to mention a babysitter while I get this 2.12 charge to happen. Shame on you

Cant delete card info. I feel like its Holding my info hostage!
I think it is ridiculous that Charlotte's parking meters do not accept cards or coins. So in order to park your car, you need to have a phone, know your app store password, have the space to download the app, create an account, work through the navigate to your location, must have a Visa or Mastercard (and give that info to Park It), and then pay a fee on top of it all? Yea, that's WAY better than putting money in the meter right beside my car (sarcasm). Thanks for wasting 15 minutes of my day.
