Its just opposite to its name....no cartoon filters....nothing related to cartoon actually. The app description doesn't match with the actual app. It does nothing as mentioned in the description. Its just a basic editing app with no feature of editing pictures into cartoon format.
Not good, misleading app. It does'nt cartoonize your picture it just edit and filter nothing more. Also ads are popping out Everytime you do something. A lot of annoying ads.
Terrible, absolutely terrible, it says it will turn your pictures into cartoons, it can't. Everytime I click something I have to watch an add,
Advertising photos are very misleading! Don't bother downloading as you can use your phones own editing effect and get the same results.
This app doesn't turn your photos into a cartoon. It's a junky app with a bunch a filters for your photos. Nothing special
Truly terrible. Any standard editing app can do pencil sketch conversion. This app is misleading and CANNOT convert to an animation or anime or cartoon.
It's a very bad app.😑😑😑 Whenever I click in a option and an add comes if I click "X" the add is gone and the option is not opening. 😒😒😒😒😤😤😤
Worst app,it's name addresses that it is a cartoon Photo Editor but wen installed turns out to be a normal photo editor with no effects n filters..
I hate this app!!😒 This app is WORST!! 🙄In the picture they are like it will change into cartoon.. But NAH...😒Nothing happen just need to PUT STIKERS ON THE PHOTO😶 Ahh...I hate this.🙄 I want that it will be like change your pic to CARTOON. Sorry but i have to give it one star!😔😔😔
It's not that good because it doesn't make it look like a actual cartoon but you can edit it yourself which is really good but I really want you to like fix it because you really need to like make it look like a cartoon I feel like doing it by yourself or if you're taking photos and putting it in cartoon more or affects mode and also I am going to give you four stars just because it's not making me look like a cartoon you really need to fix that or else there's not going to be no 5 stars
Such a waste of time it shows cartoon or anime Creater but their no filter like this it gives only four option those which we can even without downloading app like this...such a time waster app ..

It does not gives what they say in the description. Cartoon affect is not included in the app. Worst app, dont download it if you want cartoon affects
The app was stopping, DO NOT DOWLOAD this app, I can't do any cartoon photos, SO THIS APP WAS STOPPING ALL THE TIME, this app is not working. I advice do not download this app. Please
It's work for me you already no it will work for you is easier to follow not hard but to get the hang of that's practice make perfect.
Not good. One is shown on the display and the other is shown while playing. Don't install it guys😑not helpful................

It is horrible the cartoon effect wasn't even real this can't get a 5 star they should make it better and the pictures/examples of the app is not real
Terrible... You cannot share the pictures. It saves on the app an not on the phone.
Just filters and nothing at all to do with cartooning. Deleted it after failing to find ANYTHING REMOTELY TO DO WITH CARTOONING.
Not good at all. There is no such cartoon Photo effect in this app. I wish I can give no star to this app. But without giving a star my comment won't get sent.
Doesn't do what is advertised! And IMPOSSIBLE to use, there's an ad for EVERYTHING you touch!!!

The reason I installed it is because of the cartoon effect but it seems like it was a false advertisement I'm really disappointed

False advertising for the app, no cartoon effect, just a bunch of filters.
Absolutely TRASH, it won't even let me use the cartoon effect and when I try to add a filter an say done, it goes to the next page an it has a random filter on there that I didn't choose! If you want a app that turns your picture into cartoon, I don't recommend this one AT ALL.
