PhotoDirector Photo Editor App

Even though I have a paid subscription, I can no longer access any of the premium features. This is the 2nd time this has happened when all my payments are current and up to date, but it won't allow me access. My payment isn't even due for another few days and it's saying they couldn't process it. I really dislike being scammed & not getting the features I've paid for. I've tried reinstalling, updating my payments (which were already fine) and sending emails. Still not able to use the app 😡😡

text box changes sizing.. Was trying to add dimensions to a drawing, and needed it fairly small. I finally was able to get it to its smallest dimension, but, if I needed to modify the text, the box automatically excitable to 4x size and whitish go back.. So frustrating.. Also, when using the erase tool, the item erased comes back.. No idea why... I'll be canceling my 7 day free trial if I can find where it's subscribed to! There is NO LINK IN MY ACCOUNT to my subscription... wonder why 🤔🤔🤔

Quickest most impressive fantastic colorful fun imaginative photo/ gif maker I'll use. Hands down. Been using them since simple dehaze days to the impressive assortment of options now at my finger tips. Seriously in 2 min, your friends text images can be flipped back at them with amazement. I absolutely love this app and have used it for quite a few years now.I always have phones with very high end cameras that actually wreck the way you look in mirror image,so I can create a true mirror with this app and keep it high quality .The editing tools are great and it has some wonderful free to use backgrounds and effects ..it's a definite 10/10 from me .

The app improves with each itteration, but still lacks many basic editing tools. Now the developers was to get everyone to pay 24 $/yr?! Good luck with that. A one time payment of 5 $ for lifetime updates is possible, but your software is not worth 24 $/yr. IT NEVER WILL BE!

Been using this app for years now. Can do a lot for free and its pretty good for phone photography editting. I like thay they added simple borders to the frames. Shape mask I always forget is an option to do because its not a button that says shape mask, its in the options for like Splash i think. But otherwise, all good.

Constantly crashes saying that it has a bug. *edit* I did everything that was suggested and yet it still crashes constantly. Would give 0 stars if I could because I'm apparently not the only person dealing with this problem.

The only feature I really cared about in this app was the cutout tool; unfortunately, it failed! I had spent a good hour meticulously cutting out a very detailed object in a photo and it looked perfect prior to saving. When I checked out my cutout with the transparent background in my photo gallery afterwards, I was in shock to see teal colored areas in parts of the picture near the edges that I had NOT put there. What a waste of time! 😭

I've used this app for years and have liked it overall, but something simple and basic like the text size only being able to shrink down to huge, from massive text is ridiculous. I have always been able to resize the text to very small. I even have direct comparisons showing how ridiculously large the smallest text is with the latest version, and a month ago I was able to resize it much smaller, as I always have. I don't mind getting upgraded tools, etc. but not breaking basic tools.

I've used this app for several years up until now! They keep changing all the rules for using certain editing tools like the removal. Be careful! You can only use it once whether you actually save the photo are not OMG

The app is what I needed for my work🎉🎉. But I would like to advise you to add a feature that would allow one to copy a thing from another photo either it being only the edges of the thing to be copied or the whole thing should be copied and be pasted somewhere e. g copying a stamp and paste it on another photo

It is good application with so many features I've been looking for. But one major problem is, every time i save the photo after editing it's graphics changes. It becomes a lil bit blurr..this happens every time and with all the persons who use this application. Kindly fix it.

The app used to be great but now you have to pay for almost every creative way of editing. That would be okay - if those things weren't previously free, and for the longest time too. They must have changed it recently. Really svcks to see all the things I enjoyed about the app being suddenly put behind a paywall.

The app is amazing. It has all the features that was needed. But major problem is that when I edit any pic and then save the app increases its size. Its mean before editing it was of 170MBs but after editing it becomes 290MBs. After 3rd editing it becomes 410MBs. But why? I am using Power Director for videos editing but it remains of 92.26MBs. But this app Photo Director is not as the Power Director. I request to the developer team to fix this problem immediately. Kindly do It in quick time.

I use this for everything!! It helps bring life back to photos that are taken on phones with the not so greatest camera quality. Would add more stars if I could, absolutely love this app

Used to be the best and I have been using in for quite few years but it has become hopeless and useless, frames, filters used to be awesome but now they're are cheap. Recommend not to use.

There are so many helpful tools to perfect photos. I am still learning how to use all of them. I cannot speak to the tools that enhance a person's looks, figure, face, etc . I only use the tools to remove objects, or a mess behind the person or subject I'm attempting to photograph. They DO offer feature enhancements, but since I have yet to utilize those tools I cannot speak to their quality.

I'm tired of my reviews getting deleted for giving one star. So again: You have to sign in to Google pay and set up to use for "FREE" trial. No thanks. NO I don't want to talk to support and NO it will never make sense to allow you into my money account for a FREE trial. Don't care how you sweet talk "NOBODY!" needs my or anyone else's credit card or Google account info for a "FREE" trial.

I'm listening to music via Spotify for example, i open your app, my music stops, because of your amateur coding i can't listen to music and open your useless app. It's not even the advertisements, I'm fine if my music got interrupted by ads, but I'm opening the app and i don't know which useless part of your coding tries to take control of music playback and ruin my experience Anyway, uninstalled

Sat, Mar 13, 2022 - Update. Thank you for your reply and advice. I think it was my phone's OS that was the problem, not the App, as I have a new phone now and it no longer crashes on me. Really pleased, as I do love your App!

I've been using this App for years. Easy to use and adds quality to your photos. Can also make projects fun and add some art as well.

Still can't access frames. Despite all of the comments to the contrary that the classic ones were now available to download, there is no 'frames feature room' and when I click on frames there's nothing to download but the new junk. It shouldn't be this hard.

It has incredible features and easy to use.It combined most tools needed to make photos shining.

Very good image editing app. Usually I use my computer to edit images, but this is perfect for my mobile.

Always pleased with this application. The only photo editor I have consistently used for close to 7+ years now. You will not be disappointed.

I enjoy using this app with the cutout features that make photoshop and video making fun with greenscreen. I recommend using powerdirector for mobile devices for added entertainment.

Good intro to photo editing for anyone daunted by the less consumer friendly options on Windows and Mac. One big option that many other photo editing apps are lacking is the ability to layer various pictures, and to edit those cut outs

This app billed itself for a full year without my permission during a week when it wasn't. I have the screenshots to prove that it wasn't used and that no batter usage was spent on Photo director. If I was going to purchase a photo app, I'd purchase Adobe which is what the gold standard of the Entertainment Industry. It's impossible to reach customer service at Photo director. I can't believe they just hacked me like this! No receipt of payment either! Just happened to be reading my statement!

It's brilliant fun, I'm going to buy the 12 months and unlock everything, then if I do a video I can add my own watermark, but having fun with pictures and finding new creative options, I love it.
