This app works terribly. First it tells me that I can't use the radio feature because I'm not in the "local area". I live 5 miles from Heinz field, I think I'm in the local area. Then when I can finally get on, the radio broadcast only plays for two minutes before it shuts down and I have to refresh and pick local wdve broadcast and start the dance all over again. Just let it play over iheart radio like the penguins, that never shuts down.

This app usually works very well. I tried to use it today and got a notification that I had to update it. Well it keeps downloading to 100%, but when it comes time to install, it stops and downloads again. It's happened 4 times in a row before I gave up. I guess I can't use this app until another update is done to fix the bugs that were introduced in this update.

The Steelers App isn't close to as good & friendly as the previous versions. The old Steelers Nation App was great. I used it every day the last few years. I barely used it at all this year. For whatever reason, the app doesn't work with all smart phones, it doesn't work with mine. I'm unable to upload any pics. So I haven't shared a single Steelers story. I wrote 3-4 each year and uploaded pictures 2 to 3 times a week. This year, zero. And the app isn't compatible with my Chromebook.

The app is ok, for what I use it for. No tv, so any news I get, I get here and SNU. I HATE that it has access to dang near everything on my phone. Why does it -or those who run it- need to have access to my phone, my wifi, my USB info, and the ability to mess with/delete whatever. If I had the ability to watch the Steelers games somewhere else, I'd most likely ditch the app.

The audio cuts out constantly, dropping after a few minutes to even several times in a minute span. A year later the audio still drops. The latest update removed the ability to watch the game. Not being able to hear or watch is a real disappointment when the game is blacked out in my area.

I normally give yinz 5 stars but 4 sum reason im not getting all of my points when I answer my pick & win questions correctly. Instead of giving me my 4 points I only received 2 points & I answered all 4 correctly. I went from 3rd place down to 156th place in a matter of minutes. Help

Update: just tried installing the newest version (3.9.4). STILL won't work on my Android. Going to just uninstall it and leave it at that. I have contacted the developer several times .... no response. Not worth the hassle anymore. Doesn't appear rhat it's going to be fixed. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this app to anyone.

The only app I am aware of to get Steelers games. I first quarter of live video for the Broncos game at Heinz Field. During the 2nd quarter I lost video. I tuned into the audio only stream. It was spotty going in and out causing me to constantly press the audio button to restore the audio. Otherwise, it would be a super App.

The game center is always 2-3 plays behind the live game. Also for the last two weeks the link for the radio broadcast has not been available. For fans outside of the region this is really frustrating. General team content is okay but not very impressive.

Loved it for years until I tried to comment on something said by Peter Schager at the NFL combine on the Liberty quarterback. He said hand size matters when throwing a football in cold weather. I'm 68,played, coached or watched pro football all my life. And I can honestly say,playing with, and watching some of the greatest athletes ever to play pro football in the projects I grew up in. Pete Schaeger probably NEVER played a down of football. Nobody would pick him. He knows nothing about heart.

Would not recommend this app. Nothing but problems. The last few years when I used the website from my home computer to navigate, I did not have any issues. Sorry to say this mobile app is nothing but issues. Would like to see the old option of access to the site through my computer without having to use the app.

No longer getting notifications since early in the 2019 season. Had this app for years on Galaxy 4, 6 & now 9. Loved it, worked great. Not now. Uninstalled, reinstalled multiple times. Even had the Steeler marketing department check my settings - everything is set correctly. No response from support. Penguin app works as it should but not this one. Please respond and/or fix this app! Update: Draft weekend 2020 & thank heavens for Bleacher Rpt as no notifications from the Steeler app.

This is by far one of the worst apps I have ever had to use. There are too many points of failure and it is very buggy. Two enumerate: 1) Multiple Session Expired boxes 2) Typically need to open and re login to the ticketmaster app too access tickets 3) Transfer via mobile does not appear to work. I have had to cancel the transfer and then attempt via email 4) When I used to use an older unlocked bootloader phone Gpay doesn't work 5) On new phone, new version of Gpay appears incompatible

App finally crashed . Cant download new one. Will miss out on points before Sunday's game. Tech emailed me to say no problem on their end. I miss the old steelersnationunite page. I glad it did not mess up when i went for monday night football then i would have to login to the site i bought my ticket. Thats all I have to say.

App won't load. SNU isn't what it used to be. They keep pushing everyone to get the app and the app doesn't even work. I'm missing out on contests and promotions. I've uninstalled and reinstalled app twice and still no fix. Hope this gets addressed ASAP!

Can't create a new profile says I already have an account. Can't login as it gives me an error that my account has been deleted or locked. I even uninstalled and then re installed the app. I cannot login or use the app at all. I have used it for the past few years with no problems at all. Please fix!

The app keeps saying I have no internet connection when I clearly do. I'm connected to my home wifi and every other app and internet service works fine therefore I can not access the app nor view my tickets. I'm glad I'm finding out the app is garbage at home instead of while I'm standing in line trying to enter the stadium.

Videos: ads play fine (who cares), videos stop the app. I can read articles but vids will not play. It's been this entire season so far this app hasn't worked right. WTH? Love the Black & Gold, starting to hate this app. Almost useless. Please fix already! Android, Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Just updated 12-21- 2019 and no change; video prob remains. PLEASE fix! I want to see the vids of my only favorite team. I'm a life-long fan at age 65!

This app has become a massive bugfest, cant watch video because captions cover the entire screen. Customer support is a non-responsive black hole. Now Steeler's Nation Radio is broken. Up till now, SNR made it worth keeping but now there is nothing to justify the 80 megs or so that it occupies on my phone, so Im deleting it until someone else says that it's fixed.
