I absolutely love this place. I love the fact that I have gotten comp rooms and pretty much stay there free only paying for resort fees. the first time you stay it's a little frustrating trying to figure it out, but once you do, it's a blast.
I was supposed to have $100 in free slot play with my stay offer, and in 2 different stays, 2 different properties, I did not receive it. I gambled and lost, which wouldn't have been so bad had I enjoyed some free play. I tried to go to the rewards center to get fixed, but the lines are ridiculous with not enough employees. The mail offers are not dependable. Room was nice. Plenty of food options. Isaiah the bellman was a joy. Probably will not return though.
I normally love this app, but the last 2 weeks it has been kicking me out of the app! I push on the app button, it looks like it's loading then it just jumps back to the app so it kicks me out of it! I need you to fix that because I have a reservation in July at the Paris hotel in Las Vegas and I will want to see my reservations. Please and thank you.
I cannot get into the app. It keeps telling me incorrect user name or password. This has been going on for months. I've changed the password several times to no avail. I've complained about this before and was told the developer would contact me and correct the problem. Still waiting!
Terrible app! Reservations are not available for any property on any date I choose in any state anywhere, just some ominous error saying no offers, choose different dates. Was then told by Cust Service rep to uninstall and reinstall the app (which I've done 3x) and now the Reservation button doesn't work at all Everytime I've tried to use. User experience is really inconsistent/poor.
I downloaded this yesterday in hopes of booking a hotel for this weekend but it keeps saying my email address is invalid when I try creating an account. I've tried both my Gmail and Hotmail. Can this be fixed so I can book a hotel asap.
Great place to have a lot of fun but I am a diamond elite member and they only really recognize 7 star when I think diamond should be in the same line as 7 star. I also feel for what you spend you should get better free play.
I like this app for the fact you can enter sweepstakes and see up coming promotions! although I miss the vouchers they used to give me for 20$ free play, I used to check the app everyday when they gave me those. since they don't no more and they don't do as many sweepstakes entry promotions I hardly get on the app anymore.
The update on this app is horrible. I can't see my rewards points or my tier credits. The words rewards credit is covering the numbers. If this is the way it stays then I'm deleting it what is the point if I can't see the numbers.
the app makes it so easy to access rewards youve earned. I have taken advantage if the free trips and such that I get as a diamond elite. My wife likes to travel, and this makes it nice to visit places and sight see. We even used our trip to Vegas to get married. Caesars has helped us see what the United States has to offer.
App is great...when it works. First day it worked fine. Second day the app kept closing before it could even load the main page. Finally started to work again.. Giving it a 4 because when it does work, it's easy to use and find everything I need.
they were sending me free play for the horseshoe bossier then they quit. nobody seems to be able to find out why they guit. I get it for places I don't go.
App works as promised. I use it all the time. Especially for offers and to talk to my host. Only recommendation would be that local reward credits appear here for transfer between local and national reward credits.

They DON'T allow you to check-in they the app like you can with MGM properties!! Also when calling in for support you get a person who doesn't speak English nor can understand what you are asking for!!
People are nice and friendly. Love the live band they had on December 11 near the Misty Bar was great. All staff members are very friendly and helpful. The only negatives are I wish the shower water was hotter in Tower 4 The Cherokee 2. show free updated movies that you don't have to pay for, other than that the rooms are very nice and clean.
App keeps stopping and I need to uninstall and reinstall. Ever since the new update. Super annoying! App is great when it works.
most of the staff were great except for Zack the floor manager. His main goal is to seek out people who are having too much fun then tell the entire bar staff to cut their whole group off and to drink water for the rest of the night. Completely ruins the vibe of spending money and enjoying our stay at the hotel.
I love this app! So easy to book rooms, access account info, and way more.
Wonderful app! Provides my rewards, points, and teir level right away. I also have the MGM app and think it's the worst compared to what Caesar's has to offer. Thank you so much for offering an app that the people are wanting and looking for at this time!!!
Great app for gaining knowledge. I learned about a lot of events, shows, dining, etc., that I probably would not have heard about otherwise. The Caesars Sportsbook app is great, too.
I earned diamond plus after a few months on the app. The communication level and lack of doing the right thing is beyond horrible. I cant even book a regular priced room on the app because im "over comped". Im promised through my tier a guranteed room in vegas and best possible rate plus 15% off. I cant even get that every date under my account is sold out. Ive talked to agents, host, tech support no help except "rates are bases on play" dont offee me a free room every 5k points if its an issue.
It worked when I downloaded it. Now it crashes. This inconsistent performance is why I delete the app on a regular basis.
I like the new look, but I wish you would put back where we could go back in and cancel our room reservations if we need to instead of us now having to call and wait on the line for help...it was much easier when we could cancel thru the app.
