It was a good app to start with until they did away with the plenti points All Together and I didn't know that it had been discontinued and I only had only A very short time to use the points I had been saving up for an emergency. Well I had an emergency and I needed to use the points I had to get gas and I couldn't use them because it was a day after they cancelled them and didn't give me another chance to use it or anything else to compensate me for the points in anyway. It's No wonder why they did away with the program, when they won't even let you use the points you have earned when you need it the most.
PLENTI*** honestly- had this program from way back....... within the very beginning of it starting!!!!!!! The card +rewards &2 all stores involved- all amazing!!! Even how the card itself looks- is eye-catching *colorful *includes bright colors.. it gets a 5 star.. from me!!!!!!! Hopeful that there is some sort of-new addition!! Very soon*
What happend to Plenti.... Where has your app gone???? I cant even access the app. It always just delays and then shuts me out.... I loved this app and they had some great offers and deals!! The card is super cute and eye catching! Many have asked me about it, just because they saw my card.... But, I am going to have to delete it, if it continues to be un accessible.. Takes up to much space :(
When I worked at Exxon I used my card all the time. I loved points could be used on stuff other than gas. Usually I would save my points for days I didn't have enough or any money and use them to cover what I was short (caffeine addict).I also want to say to the ppl that complained about the app stuck on their phone that the only ppl who can get it off is android or whoever the manufacturer is. Another option is root your phone then you could delete all the preinstalled apps you wanted.
For some odd reason something keeps download unwanted apps on my phone and I absolutely hate it when this happens. It cost me storage space and sometimes a lot of money. Please stop download apps on my phone without my knowledge or permission. Thank you
I downloaded this when Plenti was a thing. Now it's not and I can't uninstall. Aside from not wanting to store an unusable app on my phone, I don't want to babysit this to make sure it doesn't undisable after forced system updates. Please fix.
I would give it zero stars if I could, because it can't be uninstalled. It comes with my phone. Thank you Google, American Express, AT&T, and Samsung. Without you guys I wouldn't know the meaning of a crapware concept.
I didn't install this app and don't want it. I don't do business with or through American Express. I DO want to uninstall it to use the storage space on MY phone (not AMEX's phone) the way I choose.
How do I uninstall this app? This program is no longer beneficial to me? Half the rewards arent even able to be used or stores don't participate anymore. This app is taking up unnecessary space on my phone and there is no way to uninstall...very frustrating

Well as I guess they are no longer in business I cannot give them a good rating. And I was SO looking forward to using this as it sounded FUN! I had sort of heard of them in passing before. But that was all. Too bad ....
I never installed this but it somehow made its way onto my phone. I do not do business with AMEX in the first place so I am not happy that it is installed without my explicit permission.
Currently 41mb of space on my phone and it's not even able to be used because the app is no longer Usable or available and can't be uninstalled.

Used to be great until it changed 2 yrs ago but I guess all GOOD things must pass. It used to make sense & save me a lot. Rite aid especially but it's all changed & barely worthwhile now. Seems this is the trend now with everything. They start out great and erode to useless or annoying then not worth the bother
