I truly use to absolutely love this game, to the point where I spent a decent amount of money on it. However there have been numerous times, every time I play that I literally have watched coins being taken, while playing a game, when I did not hit the spin button. Its usually where you keep rapidly re-spinning, it will then just take coins even when you stop to let a win get added, before you spin again, your coins go down. And numerous times my wins are not added even after restarting

I used to LOVE this app. Now, it's full of prompts that make it lag and cause accidental purchases. I didn't receive one of my purchases and it caused me to make a big purchase during the Win Zone a few times, due to lags and freezes. Very disappointed. Not worth spending on anymore, with these horrible changes and losing more than you win.

It's a fun game to play but I cannot access the rewards. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it does the same thing. I will be in the middle of a game and it will freeze on me and i lose out on the tokens ive spent ontop of the bonuses i would have gotten. It is taking away from my experience. I sent out an email to the developers and still haven't received anything.

So I have purchased a few coins. I find that it's the same pattern of buy some....win some....then it slowly just goes down no matter how conservative I get. I have tried a few strategies and nothing seems to ever build up. I know it's slots but there's no real payout. Seems like I can only play for about a day after a purchase before it's gone. I guess I just expect to win more often than I do. I wouldn't recommend this game--many others pay out at a better rate.

Its a back and a forth. While I'm super glad someone is working on the code and see some fixes. I have the most updated version and now every link ya send asks me to update and doesn't deliver the chips please fix. Much better in the zone not so buggy and doesn't swipe winnings as often if you hit the button too quickly to spin again still will but not as often. Ty Update I have. I updated game still can't open the links they lead 2 only a link 2 update the game or 2 download like new player.

Used to be a good game. Not so good now. Minimum bet to daily bonus ratio is horrible at high levels. Their bonus system can't do math, and even if you have multiple "spots" in many if them you only get a payout for the lowest valued spot, and not even to the full amount. Their features games like the sticker collection and such are nearly impossible to complete, and their "rewards" could be more regionally inclusive.

Very disappointed with this app. It's already VERY difficult to build coins as often as the game doesn't pay. But it's equally frustrating when you have all these bonus spots, spinning 10million a spin and the game glitches, and you are awarded some pennies. It's just not fair. And not right. Payouts should at least be equal to the money you guys take back in these empty spins.

This app tends to cheat you out of chips in order to try and make you spend money for more chips. I play for the reward point in the hopes i might makes use of them for a vacation. But it constantly gives me the absolute minimum the more i play, making my play time that much more minimal. Without a balance of win/loss ratios, it loses its alure really quickly.

I've been playing pop slots for years, I used to love it but lately it seems like the payouts are horrible, chips don't last long due to horrible payouts and wins. It's rare to get a decent win and once you do it's gone in minutes again. Due to this buying chips is just a waste of money. Game has turned into a complete let down.

Super fun. The mini games are great. Edit 4/6/2022: I have spent plenty of money on this game for chips as it is very fun to play. Over the last few weeks, however, a message will appear during the mini games and say there was a problem with the mini game. Then the mini game ends and goes back to the normal slot game. This results in me not be able to take advantage of winnings from games such as Cleopatra's Palace. Very upsetting especially after this last incident.

I have been playing this game for over 7 years. I have SO many points, which is my only "complaint"... I NEVER get to use them because I NEVER get myself to Las Vegas! I cashed in a few points, gave the reward to my co-worker & he was denied use of the voucher. Been playing this game for 2 years. This morning I'm suddenly logged out and will not allow me to log in. Said app not supporting my login. No way to contact them. This happened to my bf after 2 years of game play and he lost all his coins. Can only log in as a guest! Glad I never purchased any coins! They show a recent update with "fixes" but it totally crashed my game and the entire app no longer works.

Fun game, addicting and really fun to play with friends. But the spins have been failing, still taking millions of my coins and then kicks me out of the room. Fun game that passes the time and can earn real world rewards. I can't use them until i take a vacation and can only use a limited amount whenever that is able to happen. My previous complaint has been rectified and i look forward to continuing playing. My only new suggestion it's being able to transfer my account to Google play. This game has too much package loss to perform a forced update. Everyoñe doing it at once will only create a overload and make the servers overheat. Your techs should know this. Now there sitting there knowing theres nothing they can until the cool down. Advice would be make it optional. It will space it out and make it able to keep up with the demand

I used to love this game, now whatever chips you have they expect that much and then some when you go into the win zone games, over 3/4 straight lose. And if you do win be prepared to pay out for sure the next 3 games. I have never had chips left over when I play the win zone cause the prices go sky high when you have the $. What if I wanna go into the smaller amount games, oh yeah I dont have that option

This has got to be the biggest joke of a slot game ive ever played. Glitches at the most inopportune times. Like when i hit for free spins. It freezez, i go from 9 mil to 600,000???? Complete bull. The daily bonuses are too small and the machines are designed so you pretty much just lose everything and have to spend money.

I have been playing a year and at this point I will end up deleting this game. I gave too much money to play just for the next game to take it all back. The payout ratio is terrible. Daily coins gets you 2-5 spins and back to reloading I had 1 billion coins played the money bee event lost it all. How? Never even got a gold ticket for the foodie event and played 45 days streak.

It's a good game with lots of rewards and incentives to play. My complaint is when playing, it doesn't really feel like 50/50 odds to me. I know slot machines are supposed to be completely random but it feels like you definitely lose more than you win.

I like the game. But i won't spend real money on it. Reason is the payout isn't very good. I had 8billion chips and its gone in seconds and getting that back seems to take a long time. $99.99 for 2billion chips is ridiculous. Also getting gold cards is very difficult...how are you supposed to get these?

Fun at times. The bingo can be improved A LOT. Not showing an animation after each bingo may stop some of the lagging. Also stop making the price per spin higher as player's coins increase, at that point y'all are just trying to drain our coins to force a purchase.

Decreasing stars. Not enough payouts. I spend $6 on a coin package and only play for about 10 minutes if lucky. I can spend hours playing on other apps. Not worth it. I really enjoyed this game at the beginning. I have written support multiple times explaining the issue. I have had friends create an account and join the game. I have spent my own money on this game. I have logged on to get bonus coins and them not be added to my account. I have been kicked out of games and never got my bonus. I will no longer spend money on this game and don't care to play anymore. The support team never fixes the issues or helps in anyway. It's a shame because I would have continued to play and spend money, but not anymore.

I love this game its addictive though I must warn. I started playing at the perfect time, the beginning of the pandemic. The only thing I wish that would change is when someone wins prizes a tournament that they be given. I won a cruise in December 2021 after placing 1st on the losing team, and 3rd on losing team in the April 2022 tournament haven'gotten either. And ive reached out multiple times I feel like I'm being ignored now. But I love playing Pop Slots still. Please give me prizes
