Most recent update has caused issues. I get a notification that a grade has changed, but it doesn't show in the app. All the recent grades posted are from a month or two ago. I have cleared my data and cache and it only works the 1 time after doing it. Otherwise it needs to be done every single time, and still doesn't update the grades correctly.

Last Update - Epic Failure! So many other reviews state the same thing but yet no changes! Haven't seen real-time data in weeks! The app was working great until someone decided to update it. If they can't fix the issue, they should go back to the previous version. I get notifications but can't even see the grades since the first part of March. Surely they know the app doesn't work. Please fix it soon!

Loved the app until the new update. I never get any real time data anymore. Grades don't change, assignments don't show up, attendance doesn't show up. I get notifications but when I open the app nothing has changed. It has been ever since the latest update. I contacted their customer service and they blew me off telling me to contact the school. Then I started reading reviews and saw tons of people with the same issue. So frustrating being ignored.

Terrible, I liked this app for a little while until I noticed a bunch of problems. First, most of the times the grades given to me aren't even accurate. Second, the app takes tons of time to just load. And Third, some of the icons dissappear and take away the ability to tap on them to check my grades. I do hope this app gets better since I don't want to keep pulling out my school laptop to check my grades.

When it actually works, it's great. But most of the time it just makes me want to tear my hair out. It NEVER updates. Sometimes I can fix that by Uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but that process is annoyingly complicated and only fixes the issue half the time.

App was really good 3 years ago and went downhill after that. They basically do it for the school so if an issue you have to deal with the school in hopes they will tell the developers to fix anything. Now I have to sign in every time I use it. Why? It's grades, not top secret information. So tedious & annoying. And now it doesn't give me this trimester's grades. This year it never gave me any notifications. IPhone works fine but not android.

App isn't up to date. Get notifications saying a grade has changed but it doesn't update. I have to log out and back in EVERY SINGLE TIME. This is extremely annoying. It is missing assignments that show up on the desktop version. The last update fubared everything up. Please fix!

Worked fine until recently. Stepson is on trimester system, but the app never registered his new trimester classes. No update available, but when I Uninstalled & reinstalled the app, suddenly the courses and grades were there. After about one week, nothing seems to be changing. Being the non-custodial parents in another state, this WAS the only way we could consistently keep up with his schooling, and now we feel completely out of the loop. Whatever "upgrades" happened recently need to reverse!

I've had this app for about 6 years and it worked gret for the first 3 then it stopped letting me in altogether. it is to a point i may have to start all the way over with a new acct again after 6 years. ive tried to reset my password multiple times and still nothing has changed. i now have to call the school for information that i could easily get from the app. i really hope this gets fixed soon before i have to start over from square one.

I absolutely hate this app. If my kids school didn't insist on using it I wouldn't have it. It never really updated before, I always have to manually refresh and then it took 2-5 minutes before updating. Now all of a sudden I'll get a notification of a grade change but when I go into the app it won't even manually refresh. Honestly it's useless.

Pretty Anoying To Deal With. It always claims I have no internet even when I do. So usually I can't log in. Besides that there is also glitches and crashes inside of the app. Grades have been unpredictable in the app it says I have a grade when in reality I'm not even close to that grade. Though the website for powerschool is great but I can't use it on the mobile phone anyways.

You would think a system that students like me are required to use would actually work reliably. It does not, it constantly breaks, struggled to update grading information or attendance information. Recent update made it so now I cannot even open it ._.

I hate this app. When I get a notification and I open the app it does not automatically update. When I manually update it seems to take forever to update. Recently it hasn't been updating at all unless I uninstall and reinstall it. It is very frustrating! If my kids' school didn't use this program I would not use it.

Well you have updated the app but now I get notifications that grades changed but yet if you go into the app it will not update, you have to log out and then back in to get updated grades. Please fix the issue. So far I give Power School an F. All the same reviews and yet no programer can fix this issue I think maybe you need to look at some new hires.

The last update has made this entire app useless. Will get notifications of grade changes, tardy to class etc but the app doesn't reflect the notification. I refresh over and over, go out and back in. The only thing that works is signing out and back in which is extremely frustrating!

Does not sync, locks me out of the account, and constantly says incorrect username/ password. I can log in fine through the online website but the app is worthless. When it was working, it was convenient and made it easy to keep up with grades... but now it is just aggravating.

Currently a worthless app, inaccurate data displays. Horrible means to view progress and status of current grade year, really disappointing and de-motivating to individuals using this information to view and manage their their progress. Any school using this should stop immediately and find a better resource for this important information to be shared.

There is something happening that needs to be fixed. The app will not update after a teacher inputs a grade. I see the change in the notification but when i go into the app to see the change it won't update. I literally have to Uninstall and reinstall in order to see the change

After the update my grades have not been able to refresh. I get the notifications about what my grades are but none of the information is resetting. I already uninstalled the app and restarted my phone but it's still broken. Please fix this, I need to be able to check my grades and assignments!

I've had mixed experiences with this app,when I first downloaded it I was getting hourly updates of my grade,attendance and my upcoming assignments,in the past few years I've gotten absolutely no notifications and have constantly had trouble getting into the app and had to change my password over 6 times.

The app simply dosen't work. I've tried everything I can but I can't use it, everytime I solve a problem and gain access yo the app a new one appears, it was very useful to check my grade but at the state the app is currently in it is unusable.

Worthless. The app offers half of the functionality of the full site, yet you go to login at the site and they don't even use the same login credentials as the app. Try to change the password, but it will NOT email me. What a joke.

It used to work perfectly, great app. But the last month, it sends me notifications but will not update the information on the app itself. So at this point the app is useless. I've reinstalled it 3 times. Each time it updates but only when initially re-installed.

The app is amazing to use and works really well. I like that it sends a notification when your grade changes. The only thing is that it only shows your GPA for the first quarter even if you're in a different quarter. Other than that its really nice to use.
