Presto - It pays both ways

Was introduced by a friend to use it and try the grabbit feature but to my disappointment, the Grabbit feature doesn't even work at all. After clicking it, it will have a blank white screen and nothing loads. Have tried reinstalling the application and it is still the same. Please fix TQ

this is the worst app ever. cant open and the customer care says to download/update the app. which means i have to uninstall and reinstall. to open the app take a very long time and and to reinstall. maybe until next year we couldnt even open the app

Not user friendly. Interface so messy. A lot of improvements needed. Making payment is a hassle having to top up instead of direct payment.

Nice interface, multi functional, easy to use. This apps is really more than e wallet. I hope this apps can be the trend in the future as I don't see other apps offer the same as Presto. Keep it up

In food section, there is pork pictures, I was looking for Halal Food. I found it disturbing and there is no way to filter it out. Hope presto wallet can improve more.

Total rubbish. Slow. Bad UI resets every time you look at a product. And my order was cancelled with no notification and no refund to my wallet. 0/10

Shut down for bill payment facility without prior notice. It says it's temporary maintenance, bill payment facility will be back shortly, but I already waited for few weeks until now. Unprofessional app maintenance team.

Convenient to use and gives me a lot of option to shop and pay. Make life easier when making transactions like shopping. Thanks presto 😘😘😆

Bad app ever in smart wallet. After upgrade premium wallet also cannot make transactions more then 1k. Please test all n solve it b4 launch your app!

Downloaded the app but unable to register, mentioned invalid email address or mobile number but the email address and mobile number confirmed correct after checked, really disappointed

Why obsolete? How about my credit money there? Apparently it does not transfer my credit to my same acc in different apps!!!

All in one app. Really easy to use. Just hope PrestoPay will be more widely accepted to many merchant and this app will be perfect 👌

i tried to pay and it keep on say unexpecthing happen and required restart. You may ask your internal team to debug. Im not a beta tester

Complicated payment system and not convenient at all.

Launching the app is taking 20 seconds you would think it hangs. how to use it as a wallet for payment?

Cant add shipping address... With error stating that contact need at least 2 - 16 characters
