I'm still on a learning curve. I make a list. Cashier scans my app but it looks like all items are still there. I'm trying to figure out ecoupons.

updated app 2019 is garbage, to add more detail it is slow (even with my Snapdragon 845). secondly it is buggy, click on things and just get a blank white screen. 3rd it is unintuitive, i just want to browse the weekly flyer and add items to a shopping list, could do that simply with previous version. now you have to Wade through all the items a store carries, if you click traditional flyer view, it makes you download a PDF file (are you kidding me). shopping list is not stored locally.. why?

Very confusing app. E-coupons require you to open it up and select quantities from a few select varieties. Some items require you to open various screens to see if there is a required amount of items to be purchased. Total nonsense. Especially when the store is usually out of stock. Just put the items on sale in the store and eliminate e-coupons.

It was way better when they had coupons oriented horizontally, so you could see 8+ per screen. Now they're so large you only see 4 at a time and it takes FOREVER to scroll thru them. And it's not like the larger product images make them any clearer (in fact, the resolution is horribly pixelated). Plus the sorting/filtering should be improved. You should be able to sort by which coupons expire soonest, for example.

The new version has some technical hang up. The app opens but does not ever get past the "stop watch". The last version that seems to work is version 3.5.6 but that version appears to not allow one to sign into their account any longer as it says email/password invalid. Please fix the new version for use on ALL devices and loose the "look good, feel good' part of the app. Keep it basic and functional, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic when people need things to just simply work.

I think this app is badly designed--almost to the point of being useless. Price Chopper doesn't deliver where I live, so I can't use it for that. I can create a shopping list to use in store, but that's more trouble than it's worth. I created an account and attached out loyalty card to the account, but the scanners at the self checkout won't read the barcode. I have to find an attendant to either scan the barcode with their handheld scanner, or manually enter the card number. What I'd love to see is a scan and go function. Scan your items as you shop, go to the self checkout and scan a QR code to pay with a credit card already assigned to the account. Alas, it does not do this.

All I want to see is "on sale" items. But checking "on sale" does not filter to only "on sale" items....every "sale" item, of variations is listed in individually. Also some items show in the wrong dept. App needs to be simplified. It is easier and quicker to write out a list from the ad circular then trying to create a grocery list with the app.

The most important part of the app is the Advantage card. But it is only scannable with the cashier's hand-held scanner. It will not scan at the coupon kiosk. And more importantly or inconveniently, it WILL NOT scan at self-checkout. The attendant must scan it with their handheld scanner. Now I have to start carrying my Advantage card again.

there was an update to this app and since then it's horrible slow and stops often. meh. They also added a step where you can pick a specific type or flavor of anything on sale from a second list but often there isn't anything in that second list and that makes you unable to add the sale item to your list at all. Terrible update.

Very cumbersome to use. Items are not necessarily listed under the same department as they are in the store. Barcode scanning feature does not always work well, if at all. App was better BEFORE delivery & pick up services were added. Hope it works better on the employee side.

The app is awful... not user friendly, displays incorrect and misleading info, and actually makes shopping more difficult and inconvenient... and I didn't think that was possible. Older version worked well and was helpful, now... not so much. Shoprite app is far superior.

This app is horrible and I am extremely disappointed in how things works and function. The old app was much better designed. There is no way to access your Advantage Card for scanning in store just gives info g says to download app which I am in. Hard to look up the store flyer to plan a shopping list. Always has me listed in the wrong store despite my account address being correct. Hard to find and clip coupons. Feels like they just stuck the mobile website inside an app shell.

Very cumbersome to use. I just wanted to create a shopping list from the weekly flyer. Seems like it should be an option. If I click on a flyer item it takes me to the whole category. For example, sirloin steak is on sale. When I click on it it takes me to all meats and seafood. And that particular steak isn't even listed. As far as making a list, if you're not using pickup or delivery you need to create a list and then find it.

The most recent so called 'update' is terrible. Not only is it MUCH harder to navigate the app, it makes searching for coupons [pretty much the sole reason I use it] a major, highly inconvenient, chore. Best part of this new "experience"...it completely deleted my account and forced me to reregister...so much for all my saved coupons and history. Two thumbs way WAY down folks!

Aesthetically it looks ok. The use of the app is choppy. The coupon search is very poor. The weekly sales/flyer view is also extremely poor. There is no way to see a PDF of the weekly add (use to) and now you have to scroll through the different departments. Just a poor design IMO, other local stores have much better apps and websites.

This app has less features than similar apps by local competitors like Hannaford or ShopRite and the user interface gets worse with each update. Trying to contact someone about errors on the app is a waste of time. They responded to me by saying there was no problem, yet I still can't view the print version of the weekly flyer on Saturdays for some reason...

After clipping the coupons I want and shopping for them when I scan them at the register they DO NOT show up. I DO NOT GET the coupon amount taken off. The store employees tried but couldn't help. Calling customer service was WORSE. Snotty, rude and unable to understand what the issue was!!! No help . Had to search online to find out that I was right, my card is too old. Need to get new acct. #

New App has MAJOR issues. I could list a bunch, but let's start with the profile and notification links directing to a 404 Not Found page. Being able to use settings seems pretty basic to me and this app doesn't even do that. I use it because I have no choice.

I did love this app but now you've updated it, there is nothing but issues. I go to clip coupons and it says there are none so I sign out and they are all there so i click to clip it sign back in and they are all gone again. The other day I got it to work until I got to the store and only one of the coupons came up the others wouldn't and all of them disappeared from my account until much later in the day. And cashier was super unhelpful, she wouldn't honor them.

This app went down hill when it " updated" Looking for coupons is tedious and you often can't tell when the item is until diving into the details of that particular coupon. I know less people get the paper, so print coupons might be less speaking to the company, but the flier not having many coupons and this cumbersome app may mean I'll shop at Hannaford more often.

This APP does not work efficiently,or not at all,especially after updates and while I am shopping. The app insists my email, and/or password are not correct or AlREADY USED. Hello, it's ME-MY email/password AND clubcard number! Can't clip e-coupons.Trying to switch from "list view" to "print view" is anoying even on the website. Customer service is even baffled when I call to resolve issues. Can't even pull up my shopping list! Many family members and friends have stopped shopping here because of these reasons. Competitors are getting more of your previous loyal shoppers.So sad.

I hate to complain. But, I just have to let you know that this app is just not user friendly. Clipping coupons is hard and that's if it lets you. Also, making a grocery list from the sales ad is a nightmare. I read thru the other reviews and everything they mention are true. Thank you.

update totally ruined this app coupled with the overhauled website, I would have to guess that they enlisted a new company to rewrite both. This new co really didnt take a good look at the key features of the existing ones. Both also broke my logins. Swing and a miss PC!

This app has been an absolute headache to use. Its not user friendly at all. Its slow and messy. Avoid and use the old fashioned flyer. The digital coupons that you clip don't work half the time when you scan your card at checkout.

So frustrating! Tried to order groceries for pickup. Found and reserved a time slot and then started to shop. 15 minutes and my time slot expired. I had to go and reserve it again this happened 3 times! On the fourth time my time slot was gone and there wasn't another available for several days. I get that this is a crazy time but I didn't even have time to complete my shopping before my reserved time slot was gone. I went on Hannaford to go. They allowed 2 hours for me to shop got everything.

Old app worked for me. Did not know a new app installed with the new program. This us when the troubles began. Doesn't allow me to scan card with my phone, doesn't show my points. I can agree with the frustrations everyone is posting. I feel the store should have some ownership of this to make customers feel that they care and are upset. I spoke with Customer Service, they did not use the app and were of no use. I went to a table that was set up to promote the new program and they could not help.
