Great overall it's really easy and convenient for the go you don't have to wait until all the pictures print out if u were to go to the store. You can jus order on the app and they are ready within 1hr and you can pay in the store
I was a little worried when I installed whether this was legit, but it is. The app is super easy to use except for one thing: when you enter your name and phone, the form looks like you can't enter anything. The prompts don't disappear and the prompts stay grayed out, no matter how many times you tap. Just start typing and you'll see your info entered.
I've used this app for YEARS and never experienced a problem up until recently, it wouldnt let me process my payment or whatever, after days of trying to figure out what i was doing wrong.. turns out i just needed to update the app 🤦🏼♀️😂 I really do love this app though pictures are great quality and i get them fast, I love printing pictures off my phone so i can delete them off my phone and not fill up my storage. 5/5 ⭐ HIGHLY recommended
Very easy, variety photo options & sizes. Convenient, I never have issues. Reminders of process of my order. I really enjoy this app.
Fast service. Was a small wait but no big deal. And was able to do a little shipping since I was there.
Wait time for pick up won't load, meaning the order can't be completed. This leaves waiting weeks longer and paying more for shipping options - unacceptable. I have updated the app, have tried several times after closing and reopening the app. I've used WiFi and data to connect. App is trash, won't complete the order. Waste of time, which is a shame, because Walgreens was my go to photo place until this.
For some strange this app just stopped working. I've been trying to place an order to have pictures delivered to my home for the last 30 minutes, but every time i push 'Submit Order' button it says... "Unable To Process Payment"[An Error Occurred While Processing Your Payment]. I tried 3 other cards and i keep getting the same result. I've placed numerous orders in the past without any problems, and yes all my cards are up to date and active. I really hope they resolve this problem.
It is so convenient to click on photos to order on your phone and just go pick them up! The quality of the photos is great! 😊

There doesn't seem to be a way to access my photo folders. Instead I have to scroll through ALL my pics, which is a hassle. Also, you do not have the option to zoom out a wide photo into a 4x6 box. I don't mind the white borders on the sides, I would rather have all my image showing then have a full frame print. Lastly, the app is only partners with one company in the entire area, so it's Walgreens or nothing.
Much easier to use this app than Walgreens photo. With Walgreens app only 4 pictures were "processed" in 45m. The next morning instead of being almost complete I had to start the process over. With it being such a large order it was going to take at least a day to upload the pictures (without closing the app). No one has time for that. With this app all I had to do was hit select and order! 2 minute start to finish
My experience was excellent. All my pictures that I had printed were exactly the quality of the phone picture itself, so if you have a bad picture on your phone it will be bad when you print it. Bit if it's good quality, it will turn out as such. I love thos app. Haven't used it in a while. Need to again soon. If your nostalgic and like actual printed copies to place in an album, then this is a magnificent application
First time ever sending pictures to a store for printing. It was soooo easy to use. The only issue I had is when I was checking out, it stated I had four pictures but I only submitted three. I went back and quickly realised that each time I pressed a different size to view the picture, it would add it to my cart. Easy fix ... went back to my cart and all I had to do was scroll down and press the delete option. I pick up my prints later today. I can't wait to see the results.
Easy to use. I used both in store and on line Both were quick and easy to use. I did have a question when using in store and the person helping actually knew the answer to my question. the person helping me when i picked up my pictures was very friendly and informative. you could definitely teach Walmart a thing or two. I would have liked to been able to get wallet size prints, but the over pictures I got turned out great.
This was awesome! So easy. I used this app to get pics for a scrap book for a Christmas present. I also had magnets printed. I loved how affordable it is! They were also done within like 20 minutes max. Unreal! I do wish I could pay ahead with my debit card. It would nice to just pick them up. I also wish I could get even smaller sizes without getting wallet prints with the multiples. Great customer service! Walgreen's employees are always nice and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.
Overall, this is a decent app. However, It is difficult to navigate through pictures because to get back to the top at any point you have to scroll back to it which could cause pictures to be selected that you don't want. This could be easily alleviated with either a scroll bar or a "top" button.
Great app, never been so easy to gets pictures. Go through your pictures and select whatever you want a print of, change sizes and adjust quantities and the prices are there to see and it gives you an ongoing total so you know how much you're spending. Awesome, dont know of anyway it could be improved- except maybe if it gave you the pictures for free haha.
Like other reviewers, I've had problems with aligning within the "frame" provided to center the picture. I've tried different picture sizes other than the standard 4x6 to get a picture that doesn't have the first or last letter in a word cut off. If I order the 4x4 size sometimes they're cut to size other times I get them on a 4x6, untrimmed so I have to trim to size. My suggestion is to change the provided frame to be square without the indentations on the top, bottom and sides.
The design of the app is great, but I've tried to print an order 3 times and keep getting an error message. Tried following instructions to reach out to "rose" for support but haven't gotten any response after several days. Too bad, I really liked everything about it and just need the order to actually go through. Was really excited for the coupon codes too since it was a large order.
This app is simple to use, and the photos were ready earlier than expected. The Walgreens staff wasn't as helpful (they put my photos in the wrong bin, then tried to say I either didn't submit the order or I had ordered from the wrong store), but that is NOT a reflection of this app. I will definitely use this again if I need to print photos at my local Walgreens.
Very, very, very frustrating!!!! Go through Walmart, you can use any place you have pictures and can customize pictures in a collage so, so, so much easier!!! I've never been so disappointed in a store photo online or in person photo experience in my whole life!!!
Excellent! I didn't expect much in these days. Every business find excuses not to do something they supposed to "due to COVID 19". With Photo-Print was different. I made an order with 3 clicks and 20 min later I got a notification that my order ready to pick up. Excellent, again! Keep going! Don't loose it!
is honestly just the simplest, quickest, most convenient way to go for me and my busy life.
I used to love this app and started using it regularly. Recently, though, the orientation is wrong in almost all of my pictures. I click to change the orientation, but when I scroll down to the next picture the orientation switches back every time. SO FRUSTRATING. I can't figure out what I am doing wrong.
I would personally love to rate this higher but it doesn't allow you to search within folders so I have to go through EVERY picture in my gallery to find what I'm looking for. Not good for me trying to make a scrapbook of the past year.
