Where to start App: just hangs for a long time. Need to kill the app several times to open properly. This is to get the digital card. Lounge access: impossible to get access to the lounge. In most of the lounges (both in US and international) you are treated as a 2nd class citizen if you just have this pass and not a business class ticket. All the time you get a std. answer of " there is a wait of at least 30-45 mins, leave a number and we will text you", but you will NEVER get a call.
'Club Aspire' at Heathrow tends to be overcrowded, with long waiting lines to even get in. Once in, tables aren't cleaned frequently. This means the lounge tends to be pretty dirty. At JFK, Alaska Lounge closes at 8 p.m. This means the lounge is unavailable for the most important overnight flights out of JFK, to London. In summary, Priority Pass does not currently provide anywhere near the exclusive service it advertises and sells itself as. It's not worth it.
An app that doesn't do much. No digital card, times of lounges are not correct. Customer Service never responded. A bit of a waste of space. 1 star for the pretty pictures. Update: Thanks for the IT response in Play store. My response: 7 emails to your customer service, ZERO responses.
Trying to navigate to get the digital pass but to no avail. Went to the lounge and the staff have to ask for my physical card. What went wrong with the app? I have the latest version for info.
I mostly fly from Heathrow and Brussels. The lounges I used in both airports have not renewed their agreement with Priority Pass. I only found this out after paid for unlimited visits. Quite a waste of money as Priority Pass gets more and more useless
Love this card!! The variety of lounge access is truly awesome, I haven't been on an international travel flight where I could use the benefits of this card in the airport while waiting for my flight.
Easy to use and keep up to date. My only complaint is that the app is very slow to launch (30 - 45 seconds, which is far longer than any other app I've ever used)
Terrible password recovery experience, they never sent the email yet if I try to activate my account with the email they have, I cannot due to the email having been previously used.
Very very slow to open , so slow that make the app useless I did what the developer ask me to do that was to clean up the cache and still is very slow to open
Edit. +1 for fixing. Yet I cannot do online registration for my new account. Currently waiting for customer service to help out -- Old review The app doesn't provide the recent information on lounge opening hours (which the epidemic has obviously impacted).
Useless app. Takes up to 5 minutes to start up, does not have the Digital Card like the Apple version. Just carry the card and prepare for some of the worst food and service in the airport hospitality business.
I like the program is good for the money. If you travel a lot I highly recommend it. But is time for them to upgrade the food menu at the lounges.
Can't even activate your account in the app. Repeatedly filled in all the info and every time nothing happens upon clicking Activate Account. Useless. And what's worse, there's no way to get support.
Repeatedly attempted to create an account after receiving email welcome letter and the app refuses to allow me to create an account. So each time I check into an airport, I have to go through an unnecessary experience of finding the necessary information while I watch my fellow travelers continue with no issues.
If you fly out of LAX often, find another membership. Unfortunately, Priority Pass currently has no partnerships with full airport lounges there so your benefits are very limited moreso if you're flying out internationally. With their existing partnerships, only 2-3 slots are allotted for Priority Pass members regardless of occupancy and LAX is a pretty high traffic airport so you can do the math.
Incredibly slow to start up (as others have complained in the past); obviously some poor coding. Same s-l-o-w issues with website; must be running it on a Commodore64. Website can use pass# or username whereas app can only accept username. Time to get everyone on the same page, folks. I would change my username to the pass# but that's not permitted. Pain in the a-- but does have some benefits if you can find an open lounge somewhere.
Unfortunately unable to use as the lounges are always closed. To me at this rate it has been absolutely useless. I'm sure if the lounges actually opened it would be nice.
App that is completely unresponsive. Cannot log in with membership number, cannot request a lost password. Couldn't get pass the first screen.
Not working properly, when trying to log in all I get is a "something when wrong" message when username and password are enter correctly (it tells me my accounts details are incorrect when I enter a wrong password or username)
Regularly freezes at startup. Now I'm told my physical Priority Pass card is being replaced by a QR code based one in the app, however it is nowhere to be found in there.
Don't know whats wrong with this. In my 6-7 years of holding card I was allowed to access lounge only once. Every time I go the card doesn't work. This time they told me to activate through this app but app doesn't allow me to create or activate an account. Moreover I am not receiving mails to check my details etc.
Many technical issues navigating and could not use lounges when travel in Europe unable to find them.
It's an easy app to navigate and quite useful. Prior to the world wide pandemic, I was a frequent user of the American Airline's Admirals club. Now I can, again, spoil myself rotten using my new Priority Pass membership to the fullest extent.
After registering, My account number doesn't show up on the app?! How will you confirm customer ID when you get to the lounge??!! Please fix this.
Benefit is generally useless. There's a 45 minute to an hour wait to just get in at any lounge.
Can't even set it up, just keeps asking me to register and then when I log in asks me to register again as I have no Account. On an endless loop
App is OK. Benefits are so so overall. Lounge access is very limited, and often crowded.
Worthless app. Never works, password recovery options are broken, the developers know NOTHING of user experience. I have never been able to access it, have created additional profiles to test, and I am simply not able to even use it. And I have two membership cards. Deleting once again.
