I have no problems at all with the gameplay, but I've got to ask, whenever there's an update in the game and it's about getting done, why do i get an error notification and it starts updating all over again? And when it starts all over again, it'll take up to 8x the initial amount of data needed. You've got to fix this. This happens every single time I'm tasked to update the game. At least be transparent with the actual amount of data needed. I can't keep wasting data ffs.

Really good game in general with not too unfriendly experience for newbies, reasonably levelled spawn of bots and resources, with the cars spawning at balanced distances. When one of my teammates griefed our car, there was another one close by, so that I could save my teammate later. Running successfully since the game was developed, but still the game has some bug features that still makes the players uncomfortable. 1. When a player is disconnected and connected again while in a match, he'll not be able to here the conversation between teammates. 2. When the enemies are near, the game get lagged and really it's choppy. 3. Sometimes there is a glitch, that the player disappears and only some part of the player can be seen. Same in the lobby also. Please fix it🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Hello developers! Just wanted to say this is an amazing game and the graphics are so good for a mobile game. I have noticed a little bug, when I play one match and return to the lobby the audio kind of glitches out, this really doesn't effect gameplay it's just a bit anoying. But overall this is an amazing game to play when you're bored. Thanks for making a great game 👍!

It is overall a good game and is very fun, especialy if you play with friends, although, in the metro royale mode, which is my favourite mode, it takes away all the items you have with you if you leave the match before its over. this isnt a bad thing, although it also takes away everything if your wifi disconnects, which is very unfair, because you have no influence on your wifi and how strong your connection is. it especialy ruins the experience if you have realy rare items with you.

Used to play this all the time in 9th grade, almost 4 years ago! It was so fun! Got bored and decided to download it again. It's like I never left! Loads of improvements, lots of free rewards, and if you have a stable connection and a decent phone, you'll have no lag problems! Just downloaded all the maps, exited to try them! I hope the HD sound quality gives better audio visualization, it's a bit hard descerning player positions. And hopefully the graphics can reach 90 FPS! 10/10

Game is very good. After the update the game is not as smooth as it was with the previous version. Not sure what has changed, however my game play is much slower. Buttons stick or do not get tapped, game play lags sometimes, enemies just pop out of nowhere, ghost drops with me, etc. Great update but some bugs that need to be fixed.

Terrible game. I used to love this game but I had to delete because it took to much space. I was finally able to re-download it l. I couldn't sign in to my old account so I had to make a new one. I didn't really mind until it takes 10 minutes just to load up the starting screen. Every time I try to play anything whether third person or first person, solo, duos, or squads it always lags of someone is around me. It will be fine but if someone would walk in the same building as me, it would lag.

Asking for about an year for help in solving lag issue and the only time when the gameplay was ok didn't last more than 2 weeks and that was about 2 months ago. After that it started to lag again and become unplayable sometimes. I have screen records in which it can be seen how i hit enemy 7-9 bullets to die. I changed everything on my side. ( phone, internet, settings) nothing worked. And when i ask for help in customer support i get the same automated answear which doesn't do any improvement.

Pretty fun game, used to play it a lot until I decided to uninstall it, but I reinstalled it and it runs pretty good, I haven't had any contraction issues so far but the biggest problem for me is the waiting times to actually get into a match, it'll say that it'll take like 4 minutes then I'd be waiting for 6 and still I'd be in my lobby room waiting for a match to start which gets annoying very fast, if you guys fix that then I'll change my review to a 5

I'm not having the best of time in these game off late. My network will be quite alright but then just out of the blue you see the notification that you're offline. During a match, I end up having a very high ping that lasts 2 seconds right after I see an enemy. This is therefore not fun for me. You set up the server lock but that has not helped at all, try adding more servers to help cater for the multitude of players you lock in a single server. Maybe then will your game go back to being fun.

The game is awesome. I playing this game for 2 year but the problem that I have the same phone with medium quality ,so it getting too much lag update after update . Unfortunately, when I land in some place where too much people land I can't move single step,so the only chance that I have is to land corners of the map,and I can't take anymore cause it's boring. It make me hate the game day after day.

Metro Royale absolutely full of bugs. Just lost two detectors in the underground because nothing in my inventory showed up so couldn't lockbox it, and had a cheater hiding in the wall so couldn't shoot them but they could shoot me. No point playing when the devs clearly don't care about the game, bugs or cheaters. Disappointing as it's a great mode.

I have been playing this game for 4 years and have aquired a certain level, a several hundred kills and certain stats, and all of a sudden everything is reset to zero, and for over two weeks I have been sending a report to try to resolve and can not even get a response. I'm guessing anyone can put this much into they're profile just to lose it all.

This was a great shooter game while it lasted, but now I get crashes trying to open the game now, says there is an error and can't update or load resources or something like that. I restarted my phone many times but still does not work. I'll go back to a 4 star if this can be fixed.

On some devices (mine is Xiaomi 11T pro) the firing sounds are too loud. If I want to hear the footsteps then the gunshots become very loud when I increase the volume to the point where my ears hurt. If there was a separate setting in the SFX for lowering the gunshot sounds then me and I think a lot of other players would be very grateful. We need help from pubg team to solve this solution. Thank you.

Game is awesome, visual graphics are good, (UE) user experience is not bad but what I do t understand is why the game server isn't available to connect when it goes under a heavy ping! Also game play isn't smooth because of server compared to other PVP games. My suggestion is you should make the game automatically offer an option to choose a different server if the current server can't initiate a Challenge Handshake Authentication.

New update, new bugs. I met a camper that doesn't want to move or push. Me and that camper waited till the Last Zone. When I prepared the First Aid Kit, it immediately switched to Bandage option as I turned on the healing prompt. But the healing Prompt shouldn't work that way. That's what made me lose to classic matches. Not 1v1. Bad Game!! 👎👎👎👎👎

Dear developer, The update is quite impressive but kill prompt is quite annoying. I think it's quite difficult for us to make a difference between an enemy knocked us message and our team knocked an enemy message. It's been difficult for us to see it (because its transparent and the nametag are the same), since we keep left our teammates left knocked in the battlefields. We have to keep eye on the teammates health and it's sometimes distracting while fight the other team. Sincerely, uFry.
