Truly terrible app. been using it for years at this point and very few things have been fixed. the app still crashes on startup every time, forcing a log in upon closing and re-entering, the GPA segment straight up doesnt work (it's literally a blank screen) and the time between the web version and this version receiving updates for student grades is still incredibly staggered. Incredible how this has all stayed the same for nearly half a decade.

Worst app ever. Always crashes on startup. Have to reload the app every time to log in. Attachments can't be opened up. Now it doesn't even give the log in option no matter how many times I restart the app. It just gives a blank pop up, I assume error message, that only has a button that says OK. Doesn't even take me to the log in screen. May as well just log in thru computer.

The app works fairly well, but notifications no longer appear like they used to, even though I've instructed the app to allow them. It seems that every time a notification should come through, the app crashes. This seems to only be an issue on Android, as my daughter's iPhone doesn't seem to have this problem. I liked the notifications when they were working. Please fix this.

This is a very unstable application. It's really annoying and frustrating. Signs me out after a few days randomly, will always freeze on the loading screen when I try to open it, grades always glitch out and show incorrect numbers, can't even view messages and it's just overall super buggy, can't believe I was forced to use this for almost 4 years now. How can the devs release an application so unstable? Fix your app, it's been the exact same for years, the updates don't fix or change anything.

Atrocious, but better than it was. It used to be completely unusable (as in literally it often wouldn't work at all), but over the years, they've improved it to only be painfully buggy and unpleasant, so, kudos? Things like having to force quit it and restart it every time I open it (on 3 different phones, google and Samsung), having a terrible user interface, etc. all add to the experience. You won't have any choice about using it, but if you do, avoid it.

Love that schools are using this app so you can be on top of your child's grades. I love the app, however, the issues I do have with it may be from the way the teachers post on their end. Not sure..but, would love to see the marking periods separated when using the phone to view. When using a computer or laptop everything is perfectly displayed and easy to understand. You can navigate easily and all the info you need is there.

Who is paying you for a terrible app? Can't send messages to the teachers, keeps saying "oops, something went wrong. Add at least one recipient". I have 2 recipients, but your dumb app doesn't recognize that. Grades are not reflected correctly as per the actual pupil path website. It's been years, please get it together and fix the bugs. But I guess you don't need to fix anything because you have a nice contract with the DOE and the performance of the app is irrelevant.

A horrid experience, most times the app isn't working, and everytime it does work, the information included is outdated. Even when you use this online with their website. Their service is terrible! It may work for some of the time on their website, but it can be filled with outdated info as well, making it useless to even check on sometimes. I hope schools find another grading program.

The few times the app decides to work are the few times I find my experience using it good. It's so unreliable that its lost its value as a tool and is now a novelty of failure among me and the people I know who use it. Pupil path signs me out every time I close the app and even though I save my password through the button that lets you do that it never saves and instead I simply copy/paste. Alot of the time the grades that are put in are inaccurate and honestly, as is I don't recommend it.

More trouble than it's worth! Very unstable and outdated; crashes constantly. Does NOT show Email attachments sent by school staff. Notifications may work for the first few hours of using the application. Never opens easily, initially; must close app after a "session" error before it will open. WHY ARE SCHOOLS STILL USING THIS TRASH???

It's nice that Pupilpath even has a mobile app, but this has been far too buggy for me. It logs me out everytime I open the app, never seems to consistently receive mail, grades are usually delayed, and it doesn't properly break down my grades. I'm sick and tired of this terrible app, and the lack of support it seems to have compared to the website. You're better off using the website than this hot pile of garbage.

This app is awful! It doesn't have the option to stay signed in and when I close leave the app I'm automatically signed out and it makes me reset my password every damn time I try to get back into it. I wish it was easier to use, these glitches within it are driving me nuts!

The program was buggy as heck, but For the past few days the program does not open at all, it just shows upside down bug and just restarts. Fix it or scrap it. I would gladly pay few dollars if you can make a stable version.

I have been required to use pupil path for 4 years and this thing is the worst app I've ever used. Constantly not letting me log in, forcing me to reset the app 2 times before I can actually get in. Not to mention when I use it, the app freezes and then crashes. Horrible app. Never liked it. It's not user friendly and has only brought me frustration from just trying to check my grades.

Eveytime I get a grade, my phone logs me out of the app, so my phone would open pupil path when I get a notification and then log me out the instant it reaches the home screen. It just creates a confusing situation whenever I open my phone, to see a login screen for an app I didn't open. I disabled its notifications because of this. This happened on both my old and new phone, so it must be an app issue, devs should fix this. I also rate it low for my grades ;)

Since the last pupilpath upgrade the App stopped working correctly. I need to reinstall the app to work for a short period of time then it stops working again. The notifications don't work anymore. Very frustrating!!

Pros: Able to check my grades, contact teachers, have access to my transcript. Con: There's no options for remembering your login information. As a result, everytime I open the app, I have to sign in. It's super annoying.

It's pretty bad. Whenever I try to log in it doesn't work at all like password is incorrect email address is invalid and it brings to me to a black screen with an OK button I press it and it just glitches out I restart the app and the same thing happens

The app is keeps stop working without any reasons and even I turned on the notification alert but never received notification on the phone. Also, I saved ID and Password but every times when I checked app had to put ID and Password every each times. That so annoying.

Notifications are completely hopeless. I keep turning them on and I never get them. Also, the app can often take several minutes to load. If you have to use your phone to check pupilpath, I recommend using the online version, not this trash.

The app is generally fine, I've been having this issue with the date thing, like its stuck and I can't see any of my recent assignments, and the date are all wrong. Emails can also be a bit glitchy.

This app is full of problems. When I get a notification lately, it says, Error. When I go to look over my child's grades, it just keeps, loading, and loading, & loading. Very frustrating!

I just started to use the app. Apparently every time I log in, it leads me to the student picker. I click the back button and I get kicked out of the app. What happened to my grades? It might be that I'm on a new school now but up until now, the website has been working great. The app however... I'm not so sure. I loved the system before though. Hope this can get fixed soon. ☹️

This app use to be very helpful when I first begun using it, however as time progressed the app started to glitch. Every time a teacher would post a grade instead of me getting an alert like I use to get, the app opens saying an error occurred asking me to restart the app. I deleted it and reinstalled it several times. When the app works it is a awesome bridge between the parent and the school. PUPILPATH PLEASE FIX THE GLITCHES SO I CAN FIX MY RATINGS! :)

One of the worst apps I have ever used. Makes you think you are entering your password incorrectly (yet the password will work on a computer), signs out when you click on your child's profile, waste of space on your device. If you have to use this because of your child's school, use their website because this app is nonfunctional. After 2 years, this app still doesn't function!

great app functions very smoothly. However every time I want to check it I have to put in my username and password, this is something that I wasnt experiencing before and is very annoying. I dont know anybody else that suffers this problem. and llease the in the review pictures please put better grades on that girl she looks mad stupid.
