My experience with Pyramid Solitaire Saga has been amazing, fun, & challenging. It's very relaxing and addictive. It's a must that I play this game at least 10 times or more a day. Maybe about 2 weeks ago I had problems with opening this game. I had to delete the game twice and download it again. It then started me back over from level 1 to the level I'm on now. Before the problem happened I believe I was on Level 700. I was kind of upset about it but I'm glad to be back playing. I 💖 the game
Great game, has been a problem since i left a 5 star review....wouldn't load at game 1159, i uninstalled it, reinstalled so I lost all the gifts and was brought back to the beginning game 1. Now I'm stalled with the same problem. Please fix this problem... ..impatience is not what is needed when playing a game. Just reinstalled the game, so far so good, i'll wait for awhile to see how far I get before it stalls again.
The game is fun & challenges your brain. But lately it's been resetting itself or just not loading then youhave to delete & reinstall. In that case you lose all of your boosters. That is very disappointing after you've played and saved boosters. King! Please remedy that!!! Very frustrating!!!
Would be 4 stars if the app was currently functional. I've already read where those who have un-installed & reinstalled the app have lost progress, boosters, etc., so I am not risking trying that route. Developers need to fix whatever bug is crashing the app, keeping us from being able to play.
4/5/22. Now it has, once again, crashed and will have to be wiped and reinstalled. I love this game, but I hate losing all progress periodically! Great game most of the time. Stuck on level 795. It just won't give me playable cards! Frustrating!
The potential that this game could have would be amazing if I wasn't on my 4th play through. Whenever you get so far it deletes progress and removes your power ups. There is literally no incentive to spend money on a game that proves time and time again it's instability. 1/10 would only recommend if you really don't want to get far.
I'm up to about level 3500 without spending any money but the game keeps crashing. I've had to delete the app then download it again to get it to work. I've done that 3 times up to now and each time I sign back in i lose all my rewards. It is so annoying and i don't know why it's started to do this
Used to be fun. Then stopped working. Would freeze. I uninstalled/reinstalled, now game works fine, but lost all my messages for life requests, and boosters. I am currently logged in correctly through Facebook, but, it is all gone. Justed vanished. There is no way to reach out to customer service. It's unfortunate, I really loved the game.
I've been playing for years and loved it because I knew I would eventually pass each level. Since Christmas it's got much harder and I've had to use bonuses to get through some of them. It's not fun and relaxing anymore.
05.14.22..lost all my boosters, and I dont understand the worth of the booster that shows the next card in the deck, not very logical... 2012 Review:Played game for almost 2 years, lost everything and had to reinstall game and start over...completely lost interest
There is a big problem with the game. I have had to delete and download the game 2 times in approximately one month, because the game kept crashing. When I log in again using my email address I lose all the rewards. It is disappointing because the game is great, but it is seriously let down by poor support when you ask a question. I've lost all my rewards again, same old problem. This time the game reset to level 1 on its own and all my rewards/boosters disappeared. Very frustrating!!!
Fun, challenging game!!! However, very disappointed when it "stops" and I have to reinstall. This results in the loss of all my boosters! Still love this game! However, the past week, I've lost all my Boosters at least 3 times. The game doesn't "stop" like it used to. The game just "resets" with no indication as to why!! Frustrating to lose my hard-earned Boosters! Continue to enjoy this game but so frustrating when I lose my Boosters without warning. I wish someone could explain why!!!!
This game is blood thristy for your money and it constantly freezes. You use to be able to pass the boards but now you can only pass them if you buy gold bars. There are too many boards that are impossible to pass without using or purchasing bars. When you reach an outstanding level, ( im on level 2067) there should be more breaks not spend more money.
I have gotten back missing levels but boosters did not restore. That said, I still love this game and hope the IT folks continue to strive for seamless play. I have lost collected boosters. I have lost levels that I'm pretty sure I hadn't played yet. I have uninstalled and reinstalled doesn't fix issue. I love this game and sure hope you can fix these issues. SO FRUSTATING. Will edit review after next update. Game has been fixed and continues to be one of my favorite games to play.
I have been playing Pyramid for a long time I believe off and on for 4 or 5 years and still enjoy. Sometimes I get bored with it especially if I get stuck on one level for too long or I've been p playing for months and then I'll quit playing until one day I see it again in an ad or Google play and I just gotta download it. So here I am playing it again. My BF always gets a kick out how far I've gotten compared to him.
Great game. Only issuie had was when I brought a new phone I lost all my bonus items. Eg jokers etc. Kept the level I was at tho so that was great. Love how we get automatic new levels weekly now too. Thanks. Edited. They stole all my bonus items again as they updated the site twice In the last 2 weeks. Very annoying.
GREAT GAME I've been playing this game a few years now. The load up and sending/receiving live's runs quite slow but the gameplay is perfect. I am quite far into this game and haven't spent any money for extras so it is doable. This is my go to game when unwinding at the end of the day :)
What has happened to this game. Been playing it for ages, but now it is clunky and slow. Freeze's halfway through and struggling to load. Developers have obviously updated but just made it unplayable.
I love game but this is 3rd time on level 700 and some. Won't load game. I don't have a choice but to uninstall again. It's not so fun when I can't play and then if I uninstall again then on level 1 again. I read other reviews and everyone has same issues. Why don't you fix it. Everyone will just want to get rid of it. What are you gonna do about it? Post this the post this isn't even high-lighted.
Challenging, love it, but so disappointed! I've been playing this game for years with no problems. A few days ago it crashed. I had to Uninstaller and reinstall it. I lost everything and had to start completely over. I am frustrated! I was way up there in the game.
Lost all of my boosters. I left a message with support. Never heard back. Here it is almost a month later & once again i lost all of my boosters that i accumlated. This is getting ridiculous. Someone needs to get their heads out of their asses & fix the issues.
Re- edit: I've been playing this game for years. A while ago, and for the second time, the game collapsed and forced me to uninstall and I lost all my boosters which took forever to collect. Now I open the game again (since last night) only to discover I lost all my boosters again. Plus the levels became super annoying. I either pass a level on my first try because it is too easy or stuck for weeks on levels that are too difficult. It's either too easy or too difficult and impossible to pass
Because your game continues to turn off at least once a week! And also Continuously takes me rewards away once a week after the game turns off itself! Then I have to uninstall the game and then reinstall the the game! At which time once again completely wiping out any and all of my rewards and lives and that! But I see when i do feel like purchasing gold bars! There is no problem then!
I've had been playing the game for years. It stopped and wouldn't load (last time this month of March 2022) and I had to Uninstall 2 times starting me back at the beginning of the game. I'm highly disappointed.
The game play is good but the app steals gold and rewards every time it updates or I get a new phone. I have lost a lot of earned rewards, some purchased, and for that I give it a one star rating
Every few months game has bugs and must be installed again. All is back to 0 except the levels. It's frustrating. And who ever use that thing for pointing which card to play?! No one ever. It's useless.
This game is fun but for some reason i always seem to lose all my booster and bonuses and they never give them back to me. I work hard for them and all they do is take them all away and then the support team gives u back like 1 times worth booster of what you had, very disappointed with them. Im at level 3987 and they took all my stuff away i have nothing..smfh
Lots of fun! This is my second time with the game. I went to the end last time, level 2000+. Can't wait to get back! Edit to add: This is my second current PSS, one on !y phone and this new one on a tablet. Level 2487 on the phone, so I've had it a while. Great game, engaging, fun, just hard enough to keep it interesting and maybe drive you a little crazy! I highly recommend this to anyone who likes Solitaire.
