The app looks great and is super user friendly....but will not sync to my phone. they are connected but calls and texts and "Find Phone" does not work at all. I have deleted and re-downloaded the app. apparently I am not the only person to have this issue. I would love to know how to sync the watch with my phone...otherwise, I could just go get a regular fitness tracker if the phone menu items are not going to work.

I just got it and I'm ready to send it back to the store. I thought it was me but I had my sis try it and she couldn't get anywhere with as well. I thought the time would change once it synced with the app but nothing is functioning properly. No calls are coming through, it doesn't even show that it's connected through the app even though they're connected by Bluetooth. Bad device?

I bought 2 of these, one for myself and one for my son, for Christmas. I've been trying to connect the watches to the device for over an hour and haven't made ANY progress. I've read all the suggestions about how to make it work, I've tried it from 2 different phones just in case, uninstalled the app and reinstalled, powered off both watches and then only powered one back on, and nothing.

I was gifted a Q7 smartwatch (not a Q7 sport smartwatch) for Christmas. I have tried to connect the watch using the only app available on the play store for the last two weeks with no success. To my dismay I learned yesterday that the new app is not compatible with the original Q7 smartwatch and the app that was, was unpublished in November. So unless this gets fixed I have a gift I can not use for anything other than a paperweight. Please address and fix this issue ASAP!!!!!

It worked for almost 1 year then stopped looking / connecting by wifi. Shame, I liked it. Will I recommend? Not if this connecting problem continues. 1 star maximum, at this time. Follow-up, its working! I'm so glad. Ive loved this watch and it does everything I need it too. And being visually impaired i really like how bright the face is, i just have to hold it close to my face. I really am happy with the quick response, well done!

I didn't have any issues connecting my phone and syncing my information, however the firmware would not update after several attempts. I have deleted and downloaded this app two times because some of the words of the sections on the homepage were overlapping. I still can't easily read the sections on the homepage. This app needs another update.

Pretty decent watch, my son helped me set it up. (infact he is writing this review) I get calls easily, but a problem comes with text messages. They simply don't show up on the watch, it is an option in the app and the watch shows phone calls just fine so it seems capable of showing texts. My watch is running on firmware 2.402 and I assume it is the latest as it won't let me update, I am sure the app is up to date and it has phone and sms permissions. Any help would be nice, thanks.

this is absolutely the most difficult smartwatch I have ever used in my entire life and I have probably used at least five different brands. The issue is connectivity and Bluetooth synchronization with the app. I have even watch tutorial videos on YouTube to correct this issue and I have not prevailed. I think the application needs to be revised and this issue needs to be fixed that would be really nice... 😔

After deleting app and reinstalling I finally got it to sync up. However my text messages do not go to my watch and the tutorial really was not helpful. I also have stuff activated in the app like wrist rotation and sms and calls but it doesn't work. I am now finding out that my phone is not locating the watch which means nothing in the app is syncing up. Thinking of sending this back. Emailed company. Im sorry to say I never received an email back 😔

Not real impressed with the Q7 Smart watch. The price is the only upside. Watch looses time several times a day, the step counter is not very accurate and the app keeps prompting that there is a firmware update but app will not download or update. I would not purchase again. I would spend the money for a more accurate and reliable one.

I am having the most horrible experience ever with app I have an android phone and I have called the app developers several times for my app issues but they seem to not figure it out. I just don't know what to do my issue is with my incoming calling and texting and my water intake counts it doesn't change to where I want my goal to be it's just stuck with how the app set it up very frustrating.

Got the watch for Christmas, loved it, worked great, no problems, then the app wanted a firmware update, now the watch shuts off and restarts multiple times daily, please fix this issue!, giving me the same response as everyone else isnt helpful! I already disconnected, reconnected, uninstalled, reinstalled, factory reset, and nothing helps!. It is not a connection issue it is a firmware issue

App keeps stopping. I can not even open the app. I can not access any of the features in the app. I have no issues with the watch. It's the app. It had been working fine for months... two days ago, my phone did the system Android 11 update and now the app will not even open. Help!

Would be nice if the watch would just read off my notification bar as the notifications appear instead of being tailored to 5 apps. I only use two of said apps (Facebook Messenger and Instagram), and the SMS text notifications don't work at all. The watch is pretty okay in terms of build quality, but is lackluster in terms of how the software delivers it'ls function.

The app itself looks easy enough, but trying to connect the watch is impossible. The watch has no buttons other than reset. And there are no instructions anywhere how to access the watch. So the app is useless without the watch to me. I do not recommend the Q7 SPORT SMARTWATCH. I hope the Q7 SMARTWATCH IS BETTER.

Was able to connect, but time on watch doesn't sync. It is currently 1 hour and a few minutes off. I forget tgis sometimes and i almost get into trouble at work since im a minor and have to punch out at certain times. Please fix this

This really isnt a bad app, now it's not considerately a good one either. It only allows a notification of things and no visible explanation how to maneuver this watch. I downloaded this app hoping it would have some clarification but it was to no avail. Not only does it provide no information on this watch, but I anticipated that the new firmware update could potentially help and even offer some more features. I was wrong, like most of these reviews, the firmware update doesnt download. 1 star

Working well so far except for photos - where it wouldn't sync, it was because I had downloaded the wrong app! Sorted it and happy with everything except when I use the phone as a camera remote, I can't find the pictures on my phone. But that isn't why I got the watch so not really fussed.

My daughter got this as a gift, but she doesn't have a phone, so she can't use it, Lol. I try to use it. It's pretty cool. The phone can only be a few feet away from the watch, which can be a little frustrating because of the constant notifications about the interrupted signal. Also, it keeps falling off my arm. The band is not held together well, so it falls off a lot. The watch does everything is supposed to do ... It is much easier to read than I thought it would be on that tiny screen.

Havent had many issues. Just wish it was a little more user friendly I guess? Like theres icons on the watch like "lost phone" and "turn off" but you cannot select them. And you also cant from the app. Also, for a fitness watch, I really wished it showed your pulse rate.

I got this as a present and i can not connect via bluetooth. It's ridiculous and frustrating. I've unpaired from every device, deleted the app and reinstalled it. I have a Samsung galaxy s8 plus, so it shouldn't have any problem connecting.

bought this stupid watch for 25$, figured it wasn't going to do all the stuff it said but really just needed a digital clock for my job and this was rechargeable and synced with phone. of course the steps are inaccurate (counts thousands of steps while sitting still) , the sleep is randomly added (literally didn't have it anywhere near me while i slept and magically got 5.5 hrs), and the notifications didn't work at all, but i had the time.... until i didn't 3 hours into work it disconnected
