Response times too much.İ have stables network connection but the indicator is always waiting too much. Also some UI screens has complexity.
Impossible to change home address. Bank statement still shows no address :( It is required to go to a bank branch.
The worse Internet application. You literally can't do your money transactions which is the only reason I opened you physically need to go bank each time spend 5 hours there. Don't ever use this app.USELESS
The worst app ever. No wonder, Even the Banking Services aren't professional enough. There is a lot to learn from other Banks
Extremely complicated to use. The look is very neat but it is no functional. I have masters in finance and I barely can get my head around the application. So many steps and so many menues. Something that can be done with 3 clicks is done with 6 or 7 clicks assuming you do not lose your way. One word disappointing :((
Well, I think it's a good app. But will need some improvement by the developer. Especially when it comes to the English version of it. Unfortunately, not all the serivices and buttons inside the app in English so far. It will be a great help for all foreigners to have the full version in English.
user friendly, able to use in multiple languages. Very easy to navigate within the app tab bar on the left, when in need you can easily call customer service and they can finish what you started... Highly recommended.
1. To pay your bills you will need to switch to turkish because too many features is not supported in English! 2. You can only use it on one mobile!. 3. After they updated the app I am not able to send every transaction receipt to my email and I will have no option but to call the hotlines and ask them to send it to my email
The previous version was better and easier to use. All options were listed together on the left side. But now we have to click on more segments for simple transactions. QNB should offer us the pervious version as well.
Version 2.6.3 If you are a native Turkish speaker or have a good understanding of the Turkish language then this app does everything a Banking app should do, until you change the language to English where you are presented with very limited options. In this mode you can do things like transfer money between Banks/accounts and cards, check your account, buy/sell foreign currency and use Western Union. There is NO facility for paying any type of utility bill which I assume most people would consider to be the main use of a Banking app. Every function that you may consider using is available under the Turkish language section, but not if you select English as your language. I understand that this app is constantly being updated/reviewed so I am hoping that the developers eventually add the missing menu items to the English section which would then make it an app you could actually use to its full extent.

Difficult to use. Too much information are shown in there; but I can hardly find what I look for. It is a poorly designed application. Look and feel is better than the old app.
Cannot access app once downloaded. It does not accept sign in details. Have downloaded app on ipad and got straight in but a few of us cannot gain access on android phones.
Pay with NFC feature not working after Android 12 update, please fix!!!
Nice and useful app.
It is a good app, but i have got problem with it! The thing is I had it installed on my first phone, but now that I have a new one I cannot log into my account! Imagine that I have to go to the bank to tackle the issue, where none speaks English!!!
I was happy to get the new amazing update for this app 2 days back, but unfortunately it disappeared and return back to the old version again. What happen and is this temporary due to technical issue or you decided to keep the old version ?
My criticism isn't necessarily about the practicality or fluidity of the app but more of it's graphics and design in comparison with other banks. It looks like an alien threw up on my screen, I mean seriously you guys have all the money in the world and this is what you come up with?
It's very useful and smart things that it has. But maybe you can give more details for credit card usage. It's only a friendly suggestion. Keep it up!
it's a helpful app but the English version has less options to choose from. it can't even pay bills. fix that for us please
New update looks fancy and sleek but I even have couldn't sign to my account for hours unfortunately. This app doesn't have to look beautiful but it must be functioning.
Worst user experience, ui is complex compared to other bank apps. Cannot even find simple features in the app and need to call the callcenter.. So what is the point of mobile banking??
Many times I tried to download it but gives message that it cannot be downloaded. Wasting my valued time. Please pay attention to the issue
In the Turkish version, you can find the 'pay bills' option but it's nowhere to be found in the English version. Seriously?!

The app works fine as long as you can access your accounts. I am blocked since reinstalling the app and after calling and emailing over 30 times I still have not had a reply. Customer service at it's lowest level. No back up from humans renders the app useless and pointless !
