This app is AWESOME. Asks for so little, gives so much. NO ADS, minimal permissions, bucket loads of functionality. Easy to use, highly configurable. All for the low, low price of FREE. God bless the developer.
It's an ok app... Sometimes it does not scan properly or doesn't send me to the correct website, however, after a few scans it ends up working. Not sure if it is the app or my phone's compatibility. I am using a Galaxy S10+...
One of the two apps that succesfully decoded a light code on a dark background with relatively low contrast and in relatively dim light. I tried several apps, even ones with good ratings (over 4.5) thatfailed miserably. EXCELLENT app !!!
Simple. Reliable. Reads a variety of formats in light levels from bright daylight to a dim room. I've been using it for a long time, easily the best bar/qr code reader I've used.
Fails to find smaller tags within a scene. Case: Tag is too small to fill the rectangle. You can't go any closer (autofocus goes crazy) and there's no in-app zoom, for neither live nor stored images.
for sure, the best and completed QR-barcode out there. the only one with encryption features. the only one with customization color. very fast and accurate .
uninstalled it and am still getting random add pop ups and notifications. not sure what setting this app changes but it added something that causes add and notifications to pop up even after uninstalling the main app. shady buisness practice
I downloaded this after finding a recommendation on a site because my back camera is broken with only my front camera being functional and I need to set up my whatsapp web. It scanned the code alright. But wasn't opening my whatsapp or prompting in that direction. Didn't work for what I wanted.
Works well. I downloaded several scanner apps to try to set up my smartwatch and this is the only app that scanned the thing from my watch and helped get me set up.
Fast. No ads that i can see. No bs. Just works. Asks for very little permissions which is great!
Very practical and down to earth app. You can scan or access your scanning history. My privacy is assured too.
PIXEL PHONE has a Bluetooth scanner that picks up you're phone with no network access or Wi-Fi access, and all QR scanners are scared to take a picture of the code, for it will let you know you have no privacy rights. what so ever!!!!! I bet your application is a hookes pookes.. d
This is the best one for me. Although modern phone camera apps already include QR decoding, this app has handy tools like create your own QR codes. Plus, it asks for no permissions other than strictly necessary
Extra text added to links. Zoomed in far too close and gave no hints that it was looking or had found anything.
Great app, and doesn't ask for unnecessary permissions. But sharing via file upload doesn't work (always get error 404 when follow the link)
Really a Tops App! Wishlist: generate QR codes from the [local] contacts on my phone, allowing me to select which field(s) to include. (hint: I avoid having my contacts in the cloud.)
This app has stopped working, only a black screen is seen instead of a bar code. Cannot use it now :(
Camera never focus. Other apps are able to do it but this one simply can't get a new phone to focus (says it's for older versions of android)

This is the easiest scanner to use and not so many ads. You guys just need a very beautiful logo. A clear and smart logo.
After trying lots of other apps this one works on my old tablet and has NO ADS plus side is it works on both cams so far so good 😷👍
It doesn't allow scanning URLs into incognito mode. So web pages linked from a QR code still get cookie access and can track you
By far the best scanner I have tried. I just want to go around and scan every thing in my house just to see what happens.
An amazing QR code + Barcode reader. It allows you to make your own QR codes and it doesn't pry for personal info. Would recommend even if your phone has QR built in.

Brilliant for making qr codes for luggage and personal belongings AND for marketing my products. VERY USEFUL. Most people now know about QR Codes thanks to Covid so QR codes can now become an effective marketing tool fo businesses. Thanks to the developers. :-)
Great app, probably the best I have found for QR codes but no longer plots a waze link.
After several install/remove frustrations checking some other apps I have found this one to be THE BEST. It's absolutely dominant over all other apps in this category. Stable, reliable and feature rich. I was giving my best to find a glitch or to get false reading: different device rotation and/or camera angle, poor light contrast... nothing seems to help - works flawlessly! 😁 Definitely my first and only choice of QRCode/Barcode scanning app.
