Very buggy. Be prepared to pull your hair out. My main gripe is that when creating an invoice the details/message will not carry over onto the next invoice which means manually typing your BACS details every time a new invoice is created. This is even though there is a check box that says "save for future invoices". Also when scanning receipts they don't show up in the app or website to review them. The only way to access is from the notifications bar at top on phone. In app shows "pending".

Used for 3 years and had to reconnect my bank accounts and it says they connected but no transactions show, I've been through support and tried to connect through pc to no evail. Plus to just make things even better I've lost all previous tax year accounts. I've been paying for a service that's just screwed me over. Just hope that I get an update soon and it all gets fixed 😂. Looking at other reviews I don't expect anything to work, yes I've logged in through pc, yes all access is allowed.

Hit and miss.... had a few issues, as have others, and on line help is not great. I now have an issue with transactions not updating in the app. I've been advised it may be because I use Android? Really! More Android devices on the planet than ios so this should not be an issue. I have followed advice and still won't work. Will be changing to Xero accounting software soon.

Update: Still didn't work. I was with Quickbook Customer Service representative for over 2 hours this morning. And they can't figure out what's the issue and they can't solve it. I can log into my account now, but I couldn't find my subscription under my account with the same email address which the Quickbook charges me, and I even have the receipt they sent over every month, but I just don't get the subscription under my account??? Quickbook doesn't even know where the subscription money went, so they can't refund to me. It is so confusing, I will continue make phone call until I get the refund. And I advise not to purchase through google store if you already have the account with quickbook before. It is better to log into the quickbook account and purchase from there. Terrible apps. I have the similar experience as some of the users below. I installed the app on my phone in Feb, and signed up for the subscription. However, I have not been able to use the apps since, and I have tried multiply times signing in from phone and desktop, and I failed every time. The website and app keeps asked me to subscribe, which I did since the beginning, and they have been successfully charged my suscipbtion every month for the last 2 months. And I have never been able to use it at once. I have pause the payment, and will ask refund for the subsciption I have never received.

It's a pretty comprehensive and easy to use application up until you connect a bank account to your QuickBooks account, it'll move over ALL your transactions and automatically attach scanned receipts to transactions but it will delete those receipts if you disconnect your account and they'll be lost for good, I'm currently missing 2/3 of my expense receipts and haven't had any luck getting them back

The app is lacking in many ways. Although I have linked two accounts it doesn't show all transactions and there are constantly issues with connecting to my accounts. It doesn't show gas or hotel receipts but it shows a receipt from Einstein Bagel. The app is also not compatible with CashApp, Venmo or Square which is a major inconvenience for me. Customer service is also lacking.

Useless for my purposes. Once an invoice has been paid, quickbooks still takes 7 or more days to process and deposit payment. Antiquated. Behind the times. If everyone else can offer an instant option, why can't you? Zero Stars

The app has glitches 😒 in the beginning was working alright. Now if I start a trip it doesn't record the trip. If I have to add it manually it doesn't feel my actual position. So I'm disappointed. If not fixed I'll change app soon

I subscribed with Intuit some time ago, got a new phone, now suddenly I cannot log into my account. I read within the app where to click to update my account information, only to find out I don't need to update my account information. So why am I not able to log into my Intuit account? I'll called Intuit and was told to call Google. This is confusing and frustrating.

Generally ok but for me when I have to reauthorise the connection to my bank it throws an error. It's so frustrating. I don't have time to mess around doing this and that, emptying the cache and whatever, it should just work.

So I paid $119.99 for a yearly subscription that would be $159.99 the following year. I contacted QuickBooks to see why I couldn't separate my businesses they told me I could only do one business on there and if I wanted to do multiple businesses I had to do the regular QuickBooks, and they couldn't switch the pay because it was via Google Play. After that Google Play and QuickBooks have been giving me the run around and no refund yet. From this point on no more third-parties for me.

I enjoyed the app, But every yr the last 3 yrs the app would stop working. The sad part for three yrs straight bout the last 3 mo. It would continue not to work it's also difficult to contact anyone or get any results at all and they continue to charge us. That's primarily the reason I won't pay for a yearly subscription. That being said I do enjoy the app but communication is important and if you can find a way to fix that cliche. Then I'm ready to work, but only thru monthly payments 4 now

Too many problems to list.... Avoid. Better options available. 1 crashes quite frequently 2 have to create 2 invoices when you take cash as payment 3 customers phone number doesn't show on an invoice. Have to edit the customer info to view it, but you cannot even do this on your phone. 4 phone app has limited functionality

I love using this App, its almost perfect for my needs. HOWEVER, I live in fear of the bank account becoming unlinked, and it LOSING all my carefully hand-crafted data. I cant believe this product is sold with this fatal flaw - a shame as it seems so easy to solve, even with a proper export/restore function (the existing one is useless unfortunately). Resolve this problem and you have a five star product! As it is, I've been forced to change to Sage (which is very good!)

A frustrating app (and desktop version). I have a simple business providing a service to clients on a daily basis. My issue is that I need to have a product called "handyman services" alongside the date the service is provided. So that a week's invoice will have the date + service description. The only way that is possible currently is to include the date in the service description. Hence I would end up up with a million and one products - one for each day!

Unfortunately the update didn't do anything (for me anyways). Website works fine but I can't create invoices using the app. Selecting customers or work type doesn't actually add items to the invoice. Would be a lot quicker if I could use the app.

I canceled quick books twice in 2 mouth through the app, and I'm still being charged. You call customer service and they hang up 3 times, and don't pick up any calls. This feels like a scam. Please do not use this app. You have been warned.

Just recently haven't been able to login at all without the app freezing my phone and have to force reset my phone. I have the Samsung 21ultra. Please fix!!!!!!! I have already deleted app and all files and reinstalled with no luck.

Unfortunately, the app is quite useless. You can't really do any of the things that you can in the desktop browser. Also, when trying to add receipts it just has a loading bar for ever (I waited 10 minutes and it was still there), and never uploads the receipt and won't let you leave the screen so you have to just restart the app. I wouldn't advise getting QuickBooks if you want to manage your accounting on mobile, on the go, but I do like the desktop browser version

It was good until I had to resync HSBC. after going thru my bank to confirm the app hangs and doesnt sync. I've tried 4 times this morning and been unsuccessful. I see now this has been an issue with LAST YEAR that hasnt been fixed. We'll is tax time in the UK and if I can't use this then I'm not paying. I've paused all payments until this issues is fixed. I'm not paying for a service that doesn't work.

I have had an ongoing subscription for years now, but had to put my subscription on pause since I wasn't using it due to the pandemic. The subscription automatically restarted, but the app doesn't recognize my subscription, presumably because their ripoff rates have increased. At this point, either Google Play or Intuit owes me a refund for the past month as my "subscription" doesn't seem to be valid anymore. This is a scam and theft!
