Update made it pointless. After the last update, the cast to device option disappeared. The whole point of this app was to cast radio to my smart sprakers but now it seems it has been removed. However, the ads have multiplied by 10 it seems. It was a great alternative to tune in but will have to switch now.
great quality on my laptop, all stations come in clear, ads are slightly annoying but do not interupt station from playing, most anoying thing is thar i was forced me to choose a star rating which took me to the play store. i shouldnt have to leave a rating if i dont want to.
I've just downloaded and will review my rating after some usage. (Edit) well after listening to it all through a 16 hour shift I really enjoyed ease of use and the vast array of stations and genres 4 stars is extremely high for me I give 5 stars to things I'd swap my wife for 😂*edited* yup excellent app for all your favourite Irish stations I'd even say it's the best free to air app. A rare 5 stars from me
This application is very good and quite helpful, but there is a problem and needs to be fixed. When I play this radio in the car via Bluetooth, the sound is clear and detectable but the bass, treble and vocals cannot be adjusted via the equalizer in my car. My car is volkswagen polo, so please help to fix this. And also please update the theme of this app.
When driving car i cannot use up and down arrows to switch between favorites radio stations, its very useful to implement, like any other media application. Another issue, when i play a voice note the radio lower its volume, while should be muted instead and resume after voice play finish.
When I travel, I use this exclusively. I am not tech savy, so the only problem that I have is that, even with a strong network, there are frequent intertuptions on a pitcular station.
Too many ads now. And useless notifications (when it seems interesting I tap on it, but it just opens the app but it doesn't show me the content mentioned on the notification). I have been using your app for many years but now I will change to TuneIn Radio app instead.
I was hesitant to download this app because every radio app has low ratings but This really is a great app, it only has an ad if you jump off the radio page onto something else. Ads DO NOT interrupt radio playing. Plus you can play the radio stations literally everywhere in the world. Pretty neat. Clear sound.
Used to be great, especially for the sleep function, but now I can only access British stations unless I had them bookmarked before a recent update. From their bio it says "Our motive is to ensure Any Radio, Anywhere."!!
I like the app, works very well, but i don't like the new update with the new look. You can't see the recent channels you listened to if you click on the channel that you're listening to. You will have to go back to the list to choose another chance
Works well for me, though the interface is a little unintuitive. I tried a few other radio apps before I found one (this one) which hosted BBC Radio 3. Also hosts the local stations I like, such as KPFA, KFJC, KALW. Biggest downer is that the app takes several seconds to start up. Not sure what they are doing during that initialization, but it's quite disconcerting.
I have had this app for about a year. I don't know why I haven't gotten rid of it sooner. Multiple ads before getting to app. Even worse, keeps cutting out ever 15 minutes. Not due to loss of signal. Sometimes I have to restart it to get it to play necessitating plowing though ads again. This app is total trash. Terrible Pathetic
Just another tune-in clone. No FM tuner, just another one of a million online streaming apps. Seriously, is it really that difficult to write a simple FM tuner app that does not rely on data and streaming, but uses a standard FM radio receiver present in many phones? I know it may seem "old school" to you kids, but some of us prefer good old fashioned radio, that works when the data networks don't. Uninstalling. This app is useless to me. The world does not need another useless clone.
This app used to be ok. Now when it loses connection to the webradio you have to close an add first before you can reconnect. I could not press the close button in an add thus making the app unusable. Removed the app. Bye
In general, it feels like home. I moved from my home town and i always miss our radio stations until i found this app. Good job! However, the ads is annoying though.
It is a great up. With local radio stations and also good audio quality. Only negative thing I have experienced is that it is getting affected by other apps that are using data when the network is not that strong, also I haven't seen any record option. Otherwise, it is a good app.
Works well accept cuts out periodically for ads. wish they had a paid version. Ads are really enjoying getting it started each time I open. Would gladly pay five bucks or whatever to be done with them and a better user experience.
New ad experience is greedy and disappointing. New publisher? No longer a good app choice. Edit: you are correct I could choose to pay you for no ads oh, but I chose another app with a better ad-supported experience.
Still the best radio station directory app! I stopped using it for a while because the number of ads got out of hand, but they've eased back on them. No other app has so many stations organized in so many ways. Particularly like that they have a Christian Rock category -- check it out! Also love the built-in Sleep timer!
Great app, thousands of radio stations. I mostly use 2, but it's great to explore a little. I have changed phone twice this year and I never forget to install it.
Never used to pay attention ads and fund drives ;age crept up on me and time's a-wasting ....so good being able to hear the latest hits,oldies.orclasicals with no more effort than the touch of a finger!
It's true...it's fantastic...take no notice of the complaints. The world of radio that i have always sought is now within my grasp. Please keep it as glorious and simple as it is. Ads...??.Who cares if they are as non obtrusive as in this app. As for non stations....its the whole world here...everywhere has to sleep sometime. Great job team....Thank you ## The last update (2022) has changed my previous words.....Now it is awful....And no option to revert. So disappointed.😒
Guys, I feel good about this product. Appreciate the efforts. But I can't login in-app! I registered through web and can't be authorized here... (login/pass wrong it says) Therefore I can't activate Premium. Help
Constant stalls and difficult to stream to a Bluetooth device. But great when it works.
Meh, it has my NPR station and so far the quality has been great but I could do without the ads everytime after I click on only one thing. I get they need to cover their costs but this is probably one of the worst ones I've seen in a while. I'd be willing to buy the app if it gets rid of the ads but I couldn't find a way. I might move on to a different app if there is one with this business model.
