Since the most recent update, the app literally will not open on my phone. I have to completely uninstall and reinstall the app every time I want to open it. The my real rewards logo pops up and then the screen just stays white. I hope this is a glitch that can be fixed soon!
Great way to keep track of points and work your way up to free merchandise. Wish my points wouldn't expire so quickly, but besides that I would recommend this app to anyone!
My 60s discounts never appear on my phone. When I call tech support about the issue, there is only a temporary resolution. They will appear one minute and disappear in the next.
I don't know what it is but since i've updated I haven't been able to get into the app. The logo loads and then nothing happens. I hope this gets fixed, I have android if that helps at all.
Convenient to use! The only thing would be that it makes quite a while for the coupons to load.
Since the last update I'm unable to post on the WOA on my Galaxy A51. When attempting to post I get the "Are you sure" message but "Go Back" is my Only option!
App don't work correctly that often, sometimes it won't load and once my discounts wouldn't load when everyone else's in my stores would.
The only issue with this app, is sometimes the 60s barcodes don't work to scan it
This way of earning points for free merchandise is much better than any of the older ways!
Updated the app and now it won't open at all. Same thing happened to my coworker!
Can we please hurry and get an update!!!! Us employees need to use our points! Seems as if the app took away 500 points and wiped sway my regular poonts to 0.

I lost all my points now i have 0 and i saved all my points i had at least 2000 points.

Horrible. It was working fine at first but lately it hasnt been working at all. Blank white screen. And when you fill out goal cards it doesn't save after pressing the save button. Please fix this!
