Worst experience ever!! I made a purchase and made the payment of Rs. 2499 using this app. When I had canceled my purchase after a few minutes, the amount got refunded back to my account. The refund details were clearly shown on my transaction history and still I have been asked to make the payment again for something I have not taken. Right now I have been charged a fine of Rs. 800 as the late payment fee. And now you're threatening me by telling that my CIBIL Score would be affected.
Worst app when compared to other apps. Always cashbacks are not credited and I have to go behind and ask them. Then my credit limit decreased suddenly which was really a setback. Only payment is done seamlessly. And that too we cannot enter any other upi to pay the bill. And now, wallet to bank transfer is not working. They have disabled that option when I needed. So frustrating!
I had given this app 5stars in the past. But this is the first time I have faced an issue . And the issue is not even registered. If there was any negative stars option. I had given it -5 stars. I hope people who use this app learn from others feedback. And senior or the company doesn't even care about the customer problem. It's not there duty to take care of the customer issue. They just want there commission everything else is not there matter
Very ok ok app...half of the time it doesn't work properly...less options compare to other apps ..it freezes in my case more so gets frustrating nd simply i open some other app for that moment... But if it doesn't help at right time or gets stuck to try later,wats the point of having something which doesn't help at right time...
Iam facing an issue regarding to telengana state electricity bill payment. Unable to fetching and paying the bill. This issue facing consecutively from 2 months. In the notification it self shows bill amount and due date but when i proceed to payment it will shows "we had a little hiccup". I hope you will fix this bug soon.
It is the second time that my payment has failed. The point is that both times amount have been deducted and it is not refunded. Even the customer service is very poor. Please don’t deduct money if order cannot be placed. Why i have to pay money for the order that i didnot received. I feel this app is a waste. It fools people by sending messages that amount is debited but in reality they didn’t pay any amount. They just want us to pay back the money that we didn’t utilize.
The worst payment which I ever used. The zip wallet logic is worst than anything. Once created an account in this app automatically 3k zip amount will be added. If we just click on mobikwik as payment option for any online payment, on one tap the transaction amount exactly the transaction amount is 350 from that zip amount which is 3k will be debited. And then they will add due amount 100rs added on top of it. Did I asked to pay for me did I enabled that option, Why you fooling the users?
What a SCAM! Installed this app and added money to purchase a product from myntra, couldn't do that. When I tried transferring the money back to my account it says and i quote "we had a hiccup" on multiple occasions! I tried transferring money to another account and it's the same. What rubbish is this? This is by far the WORST WALLET. Such deceit. I will be taking a legal action against the creators of this app! Doesn't let me deregister my account either! Fraudsters!
Very bad app for bill payments. I complaint so many times, but they couldn't refund the amount, and took too much time. Finally I repayed the same bill amount through Paytm app, then only my bill payment was done successfully.
Worst aap ever. Every i making payment through wallet money deducted but merchant is not getting any money.so everytime my order cancelled. But worst thing is to clear the monthly due i have pay the total money. Not even a single money was refunded. And in issue part they are always trying to solve the issue but no other reply for their side. Biggest cheaters
The app was very useful with lot of features but from past 3 months zip feature was not working it was showing zip was down due to operational reasons I have contacted customer service regarding this issue but no response from them very much disappointed and some times transactions are also being unsuccessful
I had paid rent from my zip wallet to other person and money got debited but still it was not credited to the opposite person's account. I tried calling the customer care regarding this issue but did not get any customer care helpline number. One of the worst paid apps I have ever used and I would really recommend people not to download it. From my point of view this is a fraud app
Don't use this app. There is option to transfer money from wallet to bank but you can't transfer. Creit card bill payment will delay for long time. No option to come out from auto recharge. Many many problems occures.Customer service do not respond.
UI is good, but balance check and some other options should be add on the main screen instead of the sidebar, it's inconvenient. And the app is not displaying any payment requests and payments received notifications for UPI and wallet payments in phone notifications, need to open the app to check and do the payment process everytime. Please fix this.. Getting PAN and Aadhar name mismatch error even if the details are correct and accepted by other payment apps such as Phonepe, Paytm, etc.
Earlier I gave 5 stars but my reviews have changed. I regularly use mobikwik since last several years. Inspite of maintaining perfect repayment history with mobikwik, they have blocked the zip pay later services citing technical issues. It's been more than 2 months and not able to resolve it. Sounds that they don't want the customer to use services. If you don't want to offer, please remove the option of zip instead of showing the message " unable to use zip due to technical issue"
Worst financial app ever used by me is this one. Not simple as Amazon pay / paytm / google pay. Shows minimum charges low for the first time, later same is increased to highest. Credit card rent transfer also get credited to mobikwik wallet with rent transfer charges. It can't transfered back and Later to use that amount you have to pay for it. Be sincere with this App. Developer do respond on playstore review but my complaint pending for a month still they are processing the request.
One of the worst transaction app Mobiwink.. I wasn't able to add bank account after KYC. So i tried to deactivate the account and try to create new account so i can add the bank account.. But unfortunately after deactivating the account I was unable to create or login with the number.. It's just showing USER DISABLED, I tried to contact the customer support and it's one of the worst worstest support ever!.. Such a sick of them poor service really very very worst... I should give -5 star to app.
Pathetic App pathetic service. Not even provided email address for the consumer to connect with. The number is always busy and never connects. In help section details of the transaction are not even updated so cannot even raise concern from their. Don't know what do whom to connect.
Worst app ever made . I transferred some money from my Google pay account to wallet of mobikwik. The amount was deducted but was not credited In my wallet. I tried calling customer care number several times but nobody responded ever . Their email is not recieving mails as it is full ( as told by Gmail when I tried to mail ) . I am totally disappointed with this app and want strict action against them.
Very very disappointing application. I was using MobiKwik for the past few years and had the same credit limit of 1500 but it's more annoying when inspite of paying my dues on time this time the app is having problem while applying for boost loan as well as activation of credit line. Now I can't use MobiKwik anymore and have written many a times to the customer service but every time they assure me that my problem would be resolved but till now no solution to my problem was given. Very bad.
Tried credit card bill payment , when I was trying I was notified that it will be settled in same day and it's been 3 days stil it is not settled. My card due is by today and now I should be paying penalty and it will impact my credit worthiness as well. If you contact the customer service, they re pathetic and they will never provide a solution rather than lame excuses. I am feeling bad that there is no 0 star to give
Pathetic App! I have done money transfer and it is pending. I have raised ticket for the same but no response from 2 days. No option available for escalation of ticket. No customer care number available. I got one from google but no one is picking up the call
Editing review further - wish there was anymore negative rating, despite of clear records there CX service is still lying about defaulting payments, Very scamful app - All bills are always paid on time still services are getting blocked for no reason and this is the second time something like this has happened, no proper cs to contact, worst experience
I have been using mobikwik app last 5 years, I never face any big issue. Transaction is fast, using in credit card payments, recharge also insurance premiums pay, it's easy and fast, really like it.
Pathetic. Do not install this app. If you are fine with being obstructed with feedback/offer pop-ups each time you open the app to make a payment, you can install this app. MobiKwik is losing its reputation due to such unfriendly user interface and lack of interest in addressing key feedbacks from customers. This is the second feedback and nothing has been done. Totally disappointed.
Pathatic application, They even delete the review,they are least bothered about customer satisfaction. I recharged my phone and went to payment page ,where i did not get option to select anything, i had 2.5k in my wallet,still i ended up money deduction from there loan service , i reached out to customer care, they said they have raised ticket, and would get response soon , but even after 2 such calls and waiting for over 2 months ,still issue is not resolved.Totally disappointed with the servic
Very bad service. Many instances where my payment wouldn't go through and if I tried to send money back to my bank account, it never let's me do that because of some error or another. There has been many instances where my money has gotten locked in this account without a possibility of getting it out in any form. Pretty pathetic service actually. Going to Uninstall soon.
