They say it's an "Unlimited" membership, but it actually has its limitations. You can't purchase a ticket a week in advance when you're actually at the theater, so you have to use the app and pay the "convenience" fee. I guess Regal really wants to nickel and dime you for your membership... This app basically is only good for purchasing tickets, viewing showtimes and managing your rewards. It's not useful if you need to contact customer service or need some sort of technical assistance. The "My Account" section is particularly useless - especially the "Manage Payment Methods" and "Subscription Details".

I love regal unlimited, use it all the time. The only reason I gave 4 stars though is because there have been movies that I have not been able to use my pass with, even though it says any movie, any time, no weekly limits. Recently, I have been left disappointed multiple times getting excited over a movie and then realising it's not included or is being showing only on a screen that I have to pay more for.

An absolutely abysmal app. Constant loading problems, timing out, errors. I have never successfully been able to purchase tickets through Regal's app. When it's easier to physically go to the theater to purchase tickets for a movie showing the next night than use the app, you know you have a problem

I can't buy tickets through this app. I have tried different movies in the last 3 months. This time, a notification suggested a movie, I go to the times and everything is grayed out. I try other movies, same thing. What a waste of space app, I can use the mobile website, but can't use the app. I'd give you money for movies, but your app won't even let me initiate a transaction. Developers, you're wasting my time and Regal's time.

I'd give 5 stars if they brought back the mobile order concessions option. I don't understand why they removed it. Anyway, the app itself is easy to use. Hard to see which rewards are activated if you don't know where to find it. I dislike that all movie times aren't listed for one to see in the thumbnail. It'd be great to see all of them for that movie through the day

The app works fine but it has "exclusive offers" that never work. For example it says if you so these three movies you can get a digital code to view them for free on another app (movies) however I've met the requirements twice on different occasions and it's never given me the codes to any of the movies. I would rate it higher if it didn't use false advertisement.

The app won't display my tickets, making it absolutely worthless. When I tried to provide feedback, I received a message saying the app doesn't have my email address, (I guess I didn't really use my email address to login & didn't really save it to my profile) so it wouldn't let me send feedback. Consider this rating my feedback; your app is terrible. Seriously, this app is useless. Since Regal gives me no choice, I'll have to print tickets (which were emailed to me?) & take them with me.

Buggy, no support - makes unlimited frequently inaccessible, so don't pay for that hot trash. Even the in-app support button is broken and tells you to call a number that doesn't work. The developer feedback address here in the store is invalid and bounces back. This is a problem because the app is constantly returning unknown errors or errors with number codes but no description. It would be less of a problem if theaters could access your unlimited account for benefits but they cannot.

This app is garbage. It hardly ever works especially when you need it to right at the theater when something is going wrong because the tickets are issued don't even work. Horrible app and regal isn't any better about responding and fixing things once they go wrong.

it should not be so hard to claim crown club credits off a physical receipt. google says go to the website and its even harder to do so there. rewards literally the only reason to use the app but i cant help but feel its intentionally tedious to claim what im owed. (also, not related to the app but snacks are crazy expensive! maybe if yall lowered the price of a $5 bag of fruit snacks i will add a star qnd come back more often.. i can get tickets at a local theater for that price alone!)

App is pretty buggy especially when confirming seats. And the "convenience fee" I'd an absolute joke. I shouldn't have to pay an extra $2 per ticket just to book a movie on your app. Completely a money grab and is a convenience for Regal not the user.

I have used this app many times but today I purchased a ticket to Dr Strange. The app charged me but then never delivered the ticket. I cleared the cache and restarted app still no ticket. I deleted and reinstalled app it would not let me log in. I went to website it won't let me log in there. Says there experiencing high traffic. So basically I don't have a ticket but I have a receipt I paid for one. Thank you Regal.

Its been about two years since Ive been to the movies due to the stupid lockdowns and restrictions. Was an avid goer and a Regal user before that and the app worked great. What happened? The new app is terrible, keeps crashing I get the "Oops we dont know what happened" message anytime I click on a time. Get it fixed guys. This is costing you MONEY. Which seems to be the only thing companies care about. Fixing this terrible app needs to be your first priority before doing anything else.

I enjoy going to the theater for a monthly subscription, but the app is flawed. My visits have not updated after 3 movies, which would have upgraded my status. Card images will not load. And feedback in the app literally says you have to call because there is no email address for support. Disappointing and garbage. I've been a subscriber for over two years and I'm tired of this poor experience.

There are times where the app works fine, but then I go through a period where I can't see any upcoming movies. It is just a gray screen. Extremely frustrating! Doesn't happen on Apple OS just Android OS.

When trying to submit app feedback, I get the message "no email client exists on this device." False. Several email clients are on my device, and one of them is even set as the default! I'm not going to call you to give advice on your bad app, sorry. That would be cause for a 3-star review, but the 1 star is because I can't update my credit card. Or rather, I could add my new credit card, but the app won't let me delete my old payment. Storing that info forever? Automatic 1-star review.

I installed the updated app on Android 11, I can't login using my existing credentials, I tried updating my email, still no good. I can get the password reset email confirmation. But the app won't take accept the credentials. The older version of the app still works on my old phone. No response from customer service support for email.

See, I got a new debit card. This app goes to a white blank screen and locks up when you try to add a new card. Brilliant. By zeroing out the ability to specify a payment method, you've rendered the app completely useless.

I downloaded the app because it wouldn't show where I bought my tickets on fandango and it still don't. Also, I'm noticing it's offering a trivia game to play every week and it doesn't play or even direct me to a game at all. I have sent and email but I only got an email back saying that the email doesn't exist. I don't get it! This is why I hate putting new stuff on my phone

DO NOT USE THIS APP OR SUBSCRIBE TO UNLIMITED. The theaters are terrible beyond belief and you're locked into 3 months of payment for unlimited. There is no option within the app to cancel this subscription, you have to call or email which is incredibly underhanded. You have to pay a convenience fee of 54 cents for every ticket you purchase even if you've already shelled out 18 dollars a month for unlimited. The bathrooms are gross the seats are terrible the food is expensive even for a theater.

The fails to load when attempting to finalize a purchase. You have to wait for an email to confirm, which leads to buying the same ticket twice. No way to refund unwanted tickets in the app.

This is a nice app. Not the best layout/ design but it serves its purpose. However, my theater has an area for picking up food you ordered through the app but the app has NO WHERE to do so! Very annoying! It would be very convenient and I don't know why the theater has that section of I cannot utilize it. I do love the convenience of being able to add friends, the ability to choose seats for all of us, and pickup the tickets all at once. This is very helpful.

You know how it is. They tell you your app no longer works and you need to download the new update. Then you delete six other apps to free up space for the update. But you don't need the bloated new update because the previous version worked fine. But app developers need to keep getting paychecks...

Always read the small print it says Unlimited movies but there is there is a convenience fee of 54 cents on all movies and if you go to the grand or the 21 plus theater there's a there's a 50 cent charge for the grand and a $5 charge for the 21 plus which is not worth it The AMC It is the same price and you get 3 movies a week with no convenience fee or any extras It's also when they say free upgrade it's just like a 70 cent difference between the medium and large Which is false Advertising
