Manually entered cards wouldn't scan at the retail stores. Unfortunately my login doesn't seem to work on my new phone so I had attempted to password reset a few times, none of the emails ever came through. The support contact email address have not responded to any of my follow-up emails, pretty hopeless customer support service!
App crashes a lot both in android and iphone
The app is user friendly and has a lot of company cards to add, now I don't have to carry around 5 diff. Loyalty cards in my wallet. My phone is more than enough. Thanks to you!
Love it! No more carrying loyalty cards around with me (not everyone has an app). All cards saved link to my loyalty card accounts with no issue. Really good idea to have everything in 1 place.
it was ok until I 'updated' the app. Since then I haven't been able to use it - it is stuck on QR code. Product support are as helpful as a chocolare frypan.
This is a really useful app for daily use. I don't have to carry my plastic cards any more, all I have to do is add all my loyalty and even membership cards in this app and that's all.
Downloaded in hopes to not have to carry all my cards around. Entered in manually. And also scanned my cards. But still doesn't work at retail stores to get my points.. lost out on points. .
I have added over 10 different loyalty cards and they all failed to scan at the registers.....no matter if I use the UPC or QR Code version.
it's pretty cool keeping all my rewards cards all in one place instead of having to carry around a whole bunch of different cards.. yeay! down the none!😁💙🤗
It's a very good app. The only problem is that sometimes when customers register they are not getting the email.
I can't find anything wrong with this app it's straight forward easy to use ,and takes loads of different cards.
I use this on a galaxy s9 in Australia. the barcode for Woolworths doesnt scan at self serve terminals so it's almost completely useless to me.
Easy to use and saves having copious cards in your wallet. Also good when you don't have your card on you.
I love my rewards card especially when I go to Woolworths because I use it every time I just wish the petrol Woolworths staff would remember to ask us for our rewards card when you're at the petrol station
This was a good app until the update. Now I can't even open it to see my cards and change them to another app.
The virtual card can be scan at the store but When i check the points in its own website, the points collected is not there...

I can't open you app anymore since the last update. No fingerprint, no code.
It takes so long to load up. Some times I just don't bother because of the loading time.

Not even able to register a new account, its said email used, phone number used and then login failed, this is my first time download and register, how come will failed?
Will no longer open past loading screen. Very frustrating.

Good app for having digital copies of your cards. I like it but only thing that prevents me from giving a full five star is the loyalty cards in the app won't show you your points earned. So really it only good for gym membership in my case.... If it can show points in the future I'll re score.
