This app is a scam. It stops recording your driving trips so you aren't providing any information needed to obtain their so-called "discounts." I've missed out recording a combined total of over a week of trips and I'm only 2 weeks in! I have to uninstall and re-install the app every couple of days. All permissions are given within my system, the app just simply stops working for no reason! 😡

Over sensitive recordings, giving flase harsh breaks and accelerations. Overall my score is really good but annoying to have this pick up bad data. Plus, the system is stupid. For example, there are two hard breaks I know I had, one was because someone cut in my lane with no turn signal the other was because a light turned yellow in that no "no man zone", I decided better to stop than speed through as the light turned red. App also eats battery after closed, I have to manually close everything.

The app worked until our phone service got shut off for two days. When we reactivated the phones 2 days later, they were no longer compatible. So I bought a new phone, a version higher than my previous phone. Not compatible. Called to see why all of a sudden it's not compatible, apparently there's no gyroscope. But there is. So we called again, it's the operating system needs to be 7.1 or higher, its android 11. They say that's not the OS. No one will put in a technical support ticket for me.

The app isn't compatible with my phone which is just a Samsung galaxy series. I tried to download and activate and it presented me with a notice that it isn't compatible and because of that I have been automatically kicked out of the right track opportunity without being given the option to use a different device.

Not worth the trouble!!!! The app has tagged me for excessive accerealation while driving in a parking lot and in my driveway. It also has gotten me for braking going over railroad tracks. I was penalized more than I was rewarded. After my 90 days was up I was saving $204 (got up to $290 but kept getting unjustified penalties) liberty mutual raised my premium by $33 a year. STAY AWAY!!!!

Unable to download on my android but was able to use other companies app to track my driving habits. I think the app is a scam to lure you in thinking you can save on their policy. Because I'm unable to get this app to work my discount was automantic withdrawn from my policy & increase in payments within one day of getting the policy. I'm very disappointed.

Yeah the reviews about not recording trips are correct. Plus it's always saying you may not be getting updated information due to weak connection. 5G plus wifi and still nothing. Great way for the company to increase your premium since it won't record trips, so I'll file a lawsuit once the price goes up for the bad application. Yeah I'll be a Karen cause that's my money you playing with.

Similar to others reviews. Despite all the effort of installing, giving permissions, having to uninstall, and then reinstall... 3 months in and it hasn't recorded any trips. I drive to work Monday thru Friday. Multiple emails about not getting any data, and please allow permission blah, blah, blah. Liberty mutual has been fine as a company, but this app is terrible.

All 3 people, all 3 different phones, all Android. Says we have an unstable internet connection (wifi OR 5 bar 5G cell signal) on day 54 right now, and has not recorded a single trip for anyone. They tried to say we were using a VPN. Yet I sent screen shots stating otherwise. $88 is not worth the stress.

I like the ease of using the app. That being said, the app doesn't allow you to explain a particular trip incident. For example, I had a guy run a stop sign the other day and had to hit the breaks. Not my fault, but I feel I was penalized because I had to hit the breaks. UPDATE: What a waste of time! Ap showed my yearly savings as $123 per year, or $10.25 per month at the end of 90 days. Liberty Mutual only discounted $2 per month, then gave me the run around when I called them on it!

Seems ok but it seems to penalize you for stuff beyond your control. Like when you need to react to traffic; even if you had to brake hard to avoid an idiot blowing a red light, it assumes you have an issue with breaking... I get that it is a battery hog so not an issue for me. I guess we all have to delete the app after the 90 days.

This app is TRASH!!!! 🗑️ 😡 I downloaded the app (for the discount),& it asks for the activation code,but WON'T send it via email! It's stuff like this that makes me wanna switch Insurance Providers

App won't let me login. Request a new activation code, input my email address, says that account already exists. I input my Right Track password, says invalid.

I'm a computer programmer and watched this app work. It is very clear to me this company has no intention of giving a 30% savings even if you're driving is perfect. In addition, the app is not ready for real use as it penalizes you for things it should not such as accelerating normally downhill or breaking normally uphill. The company is very dishonest. It reminds me of a game I programmed in college called Craps. The odds were so in favor of the house I realized no one should ever play it.

The app works fine but does not account for children. Half the time I give my phone to my 6 year old while driving or my husband uses my phone because our 8 year old has his and it causes 90% of my trips to be a distracted driver trip, ultimately meaning no discount 🙄 stupid in my opinion. They really need to fix that!

Bad... Even Tha application is excluded from battery savings, it does requests me to disable my phone battery savings. I sent a question why one of my family accounts 8s expired less than 30 days, even it says that I have 90 days to register, and I did not receive any response yet. I am forced to use this application to reduce my insurance cost while I am driving but I feel like there's more behind it.

Do not let anyone handle your phone while using the app it will count against you my passenger handled my phone to choose music and I was charged with hard stops. This app just stresses me out while driving . It's not safe to use if your always worried about triggering the app.

After wasting 30 minutes of my time it says my device isn't compatible with this app. So I guess they are gonna charge my account more. Don't know what it will be but my question is why did it let me download the app if it wasn't compatible and just what kind of device is compatible with it. I have an android smart phone. I've tried to leave feedback on the app about their junk, but that doesn't work either (just get an error message). I've installed, uninstalled and re-installed and it says its recording my trip, but when I open the app it says "seems like you haven't driven yet"...I've driven over 100 miles. I uninstalled it a 3rd time, and now I can't get past the registration code. Just watch the little circle spin, and then nothing. Then I read all the other reviews...Wow...pretty useless app.

A Broken LIE. The app itself is broken, and is just an illusion of saving. You can be perfect and about once a week it will just ding you for random things that never happen, to cancel any savings. App failed to track about 20% of trips. In app reporting of bugs itself doesn't work. With perfect results screen still I only got 13%savings. Keep in mind 5% is just for signing up, so 7% gain for perfect? 30% possible is a lie and false advertising. They will not call you back, even if they say so.

I have yet to have this actually record any of my trips (It has been active for 2 months at this point). It shows that it is "recording trips", but they never show up. I reached out to support for assistance with no response. I keep receiving emails from Liberty Mutual saying that they are unable to connect to my account to obtain the driving data, but nothing ever gets resolved.

Overall, I think this app is a rip-off I have not saved anything at anytime and Liberty Mutual knew this first at hand. Something better will come for me real soon and I will be able to afford it. I can only tell people don't believe the right track app.

It's a fairly good app. However, it doesn't matter how slow you're going or how far apart you are at keeping a safe distance, if someone suddenly pulls out in front of you or cuts you out in traffic, you MUST brake hard to prevent an accident. Awareness should be recognized. My savings were REDUCED by 11.00 on the LAST day of using the app because of that awareness. SMH

Poorly done app. Some drives it said I was great. Others it said my driving needs improvement. I am almost 40, I drive pretty consistently. Deleted app. To me, the app seems designed to deny you any significant discount while they get a mountain of priceless data. I encourage you not to download this. Its a poor bargain.

This is something that should be done by ALL insurance companies! I've always been a careful driver, but now I'm being rewarded for doing something that every driver should do. Thank you Liberty Mutual!

Scam - They make up things, when you know you've been driving perfectly but they give your trip a bad rating then you know that it's a scam and that's what's happened to me. I'm 64 and drive very well, my record proves that. Going to find a new insurance company! I hate liars and scammers!!!

Sometimes has random incidents where it says I didn't brake very well at intersections and the track shows me zigzagging all over the intersection. Obviously I didn't drive across the intersection in all directions. Just shows this app reports false negative driving behaviors and reduces your savings. This has happened 3 times in the last 10 days.

This app is absolutely horrible. For the first 40 days of my initial driving period, the app rated me as great on every single trip. The last two weeks, I've received "OK" ratings every other drive showing multiple accelerations and heavy braking on the map, where they never occurred. Every time I get in the car, I'm mindful of the device in the car and drive so painfully slow and steady. I'm frustrated as my discount was projected to be so high and now it's plummeting.

I like the app, except for the fact it doesn't take into consideration why you make sudden stops. For example, I live in Maine, and alot of times you come around a corner and there are turkeys in the road. Stopping for them suddenly is a gig on your score when it shouldn't be. There were a few other situations that were similar, and the only solution was to drive very slowly around turns, which would be more unsafe. So again, it's a machine without consideration for why you had to stop suddenly, or accelerate suddenly. Pulling out of driveways onto busy roads requires a sudden acceleration, and that's another gig. The app is accurate mostly, but needs to be tweaked for unusual situations relevant to your driving area. Or at least a way to contest the results. The app says I have a $194 discount, but the email says its $104. I will be contacting LM to correct this. Overall, I would use it again, with the hope they correct the above mentioned issues.

This app and the whole right track program was a terrible waste of time. It's nearly impossible to enter the freeway and merge in safely without triggering an acceleration infraction. It also encourages you to run red lights if you have an intersection with a short yellow. The app makes you believe you are getting an additional discount for all of your careful driving and the app's privacy invasion, but in the end our premium welt up slightly. The app drains your phone's battery very quickly,. It also woke us up at night because it started "tracking our trip" for no reason. I put it on two other family members phones and it wouldn't track their driving most of the time anyway. I recommend keeping your privacy and avoiding this ill-conceived program. Any discount you might receive isn't worth the inconvenience and invasion of privacy.
