Rite Aid Pharmacy

As of now, it's still "searching" for my prescriptions, endlessly. This is so frustrating. Also you can read your responses. It only shows half the response field. Very anyone. And your security questions can only be seen if you rotate to landscape. But then you have to rotate back to portrait to respond. This app NEEDS A LOT OF WORK.

I have been a rite aid customer for over 20 years. I have used their app since it came out which was great.However I have noticed ever since the past 2 or 3 updates have made the app impossible to use. I tried uninstalling the app to see if that would help, but NOTHING. I can't use the app at all! The app keeps telling me that I changed my password (which I didn't). This needs FIXED ASAP!

Update: I logged out and reinstalled the app, that helped. - Frustated. Now the app is telling me my login credentials are wrong and I need to contact customer care. However, the customer care email listed in the app is no longer being used! And I missed their open hours for phone call. Then I find that my credentials still work on the website, so it's just the app being trash. Not helpful at all when I rely on it for my prescription management since my local Rite Aid is understaffed and busy.

AWFUL APP!!! Leaving foreground erases everything, filters, all! 🤬 Clumsy, super NOT-intuitive UI. Search can't use barcode product ID numbers🤬! Script Refill not on 1page. If refills used up, need "history", many pages many taps for each one!!! 😱 The usual ADVERTISING hiding as "helpful updates"😤 Can't find way to check stock for pickup at local store at all!

SCAM 2nd edit: go to pick up my items that i already paid for with money missing out of my account and they tell me payment isn't approved and they cant give me my items, your apps and site is complete trash. 0 stars Edit: after wasting over an hour with this app and with the store now being closed it now magically let me select in store pick up smh. Horrible app won't even let you select in store pick up or use the coupon they blatantly advertise.

Ok. Definitely not as good of a UI as the Walgreens app. There's no way to view already-requested/pending refills, so it's easy to accidentally make duplicate requests. Ideally i could see when i made a request, what day/time I requested pickup, and the current status of the request.

OK but frustrating and lacking valuable features. I have prescriptions at 2 different RiteAid stores. I have only been able to see Rx's at one - the other does not appear. Store personnel could not help. I accidentally pressed STOP, which canceled receiving notifications when Rx's were ready. I couldn't find anything in app about how to restart notifications. When I check the website to find availability of an item, there is no information about local store, or sometimes item not listed!

I used the Riteaid app to scan a prescription barcode for a refill. The app accepted the refill request, suggesting it was going to be processed. And then many days later after no communications, I checked the app for a refill status, and found the request was nonexistent. Also after several days of trying, the app still will not turn on biometric log-on, even though the correct password is utilized. All "very frustrating"... 05/17/22 This useless app still doesn't work properly... 🤯

Can't login to my account, everytime I try, it says error: contact customer care. I tried clearing the app data, no change. Uninstalled and reinstalled, no change. Tried a different phone, STILL NO CHANGE!!! FIX ASAP! EDIT: The problem is not my account, It's your BROKEN APP!

Unable to login for several days. I tried to submit refills and cannot login. All get is: Error Something went wrong. Please contact Customer Care. I saw an update this morning. I was hoping that it would fix the problem. No such luck. I was able to login to the website, so I know my password. Something is broken with the app.

It freezes up on one page. It freezes up then crashes after you find an item. When you try to hit the back button your whole search is lost and you have to start all over again. This app pissed me off so I'm deleting it.

Horrible app! Constantly gives error messages when trying to refill prescriptions, demands my password has changed when I never changed it and when trying to resolve issues all ways of contact are incorrect. Just call your prescriptions in, app is a horrible waste of time

Never shows refills ready to be filled or picked up. I must call to verify. I don't get the texts anymore either. Can't choose a store to shop from. The app could be great, but is buggy.

App does not work that well. You can not access your membership information. It only displays your cash bonus but your card is not available to view even if you are logged in to your Rite Aid account. I have loyalty rewards and the app does not recognize my account and asks me to create another rewards account to move forward even though it is showing my account and this is frustrating. Please fix this! 😡

I'm not even complaining about its extremely slow speed. But this app is not working, it constantly hangs, drops you, loses information, shows incorrect information. For example, my shopping cart is empty, and it shows one. I used to think that the Stop & Shop app was not good. Now I realize that it's actually great compared to Rite Aid because this one is a total disaster.

After the update yesterday, I cannot see my rewards. I'm already logged into the app but when I try and transfer my rewards, it tried to make me sign up. Which doesn't work anyway and leaves me with an error message. So I cannot transfer any of my points on the app.

Paced items in the cart, go to proceed to checkout and nothing happens. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and still nothing. Tried ordering 3 days in a row. NO GOOD! Guess I'll have to drive around to the brick and mortar stores to get the quantities I need. 🙄

What is the point of this app? I would love to see what prescriptions my family and I have with Rite Aid, when we lasted picked them up, and the ability to reorder a prescription by clicking on the list of prescriptions used here. I would also like to see when a prescription is in progress, ready for pickup, ready to be reordered and if there were any issues with them. I can do NONE of those things. I can only scan prescriptions I have the last label for... this makes the app basically useless.

Have had a great experience until today. App won't let me log in. Almost like I never existed. Says doesn't recognize info when I haven't changed a thing since having app. Trying to refill a prescription. Help! Thank you Rite Aid! App is up and functioning! 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service!

all i want is prescription management. I should be able to see how many refills remain AND be able to request delivery through the app. neither of which are functions in the app yet. PLEASE build these into the app!... also i sbould be able to see what is on auto refill!... please make these changes in the build and release an upgrade!
