I wasnt getting the push notifications initially which I got used to, but now the app just doesn't work. The cameras are offline or "connect close". Tried reinstalling, connecting to the wifi or ethernet and still nothing. I can see the cameras on my TV connected to the DVR, but this mobile app view refuses to work. Purchased originally in 2020 and now it is no longer working.

If I could give this app 0 stars I would. It's basically a useless piece of garbage, actually it's probably worse than that. I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall and even then it still doesn't work. 99.9% of the time my device just says connect close and doesn't show any video at all. Seriously considering selling the entire system.

I'm still not getting alerts like I should. I get alerts part of the time, but no sound most of the time now. I'm getting really frustrated with having issues so much with this app. Please fix it. I'm still not getting alerts on my phone like I should. It will not let me set up my email. Please fix these issues. I wish there was a better app for this system.

Only complaint is that you can't view the cameras on the app when not connected to the same wifi (away from home). I find this app most useful when waiting for a package to arrive. I can easily have it up so that I don't miss the delivery. Update: Now I can view away from home.

App works well when it does, but as others have stated there is connectivity issues. I have found out that if you restart your DVR home system, the app starts working again. Only for about two days though. Not sure what can be done to address this issue but I'm sure there is something.

Good app, works well with my cctv system. We are not able to share the recorded cctv via e mail, it says file is too large. I had mentioned before the app does not allows you enter a specific time when you are searching, I think that functionality would help.

Crashes NVR sometimes during playback. App crashes allot. Reboot needed to use app again. Im impressed with the cameras when they work. They say one camera or cord can cause the other cameras to flash. They need to remote in to your personal computer to troubleshoot anything. Customer service will request you email if you continue to have problems then not respond when you do. 3 months, 2 NVRs, $3000, trouble shooting same issue, offered refund for cameras that work leaving me with the broken

Notifications do not work until I run the app then I get all the notifications at once. Since last up date not able to see the recorded info. They fixed the recorded info thank you.

I absolutely love this app because it allows me to check on my property and dog most places that i go, the only issue that i run into is poor cell phone internet connection in certain areas, otherwise the app work fine. ☆☆☆☆☆

I guess there was a recent update, because now you get a notification but when you go to view it it says no video on file. Even if you tap the blue HD button nothing happens. Please fix this?

App completely stopped working. No matter what I do I can't see my cameras from my phone anymore. None of my settings are incorrect. I triple checked them so it has to be something that happened with the app. Totally useless.

Works sometimes. Plackback is no fun, most of the time it just freezes. Notifications are hit or miss. There is room for improvement here

This app has improved since i started to use it a few years ago, but lately ive been having trouble casting my camera view page to my TV using my chromecast, and it has never worked when trying to cast it to my smart fire TV. I EVEN downloaded this app on the FIRE TV and it just force closes everytime i try to open it. Someone please fix these casting problems so i can see my cameras on my TVS. PLEASE :)

Installed system 2/25/2022. Have been trying to connect remotely on my Note 8 phone, but keeps saying connect close. Have reinstalled and tried various things, but nothing is working. I emailed the app developer 2/27/2022 and have yet to receive a response. Is there another app that can be used with this system? It defeats the purpose if I can not view my cameras remotely!!!

So slow and freezes constantly when playing back - very disappointing especially considering the cost of it. Also turns offline whenever it feels like it

This was a brilliant app once upon a time... Had rated 5* last time around. It is working well on IOS. But on android no display of any cameras despite of uninstalling and reinstalling the app and filling all the required data again and again. Very frustrating... Hope you guys will help in finding a quick solution.

Terrible app...and it Still crashes and refuses to connect without manual restart. Fix it. In response to ZhangHao, I have emailed without a response and walked through every single trouble shoot there is. Do not purchase ones that require this terrible app. Update: They just responded to an email in October. Do not buy anything that requires this worthless app. Take down what you have and immediately throw in the trash... where this awful app belongs along with their terrible customer service.

Update to system. Bought new phone and now after 4 days was able to manually update and connect. QR code did not work when scanned. Original was 4 stars. Good but wish system allowed more than 8 cameras and longer distance from router. The setting of watching specific area and sending email does not work.

Do NOT update app no play back as of 2022..had 4 months. good cameras. good night vision. the software little hard to navigate. when reviewing the days footage it needs a box to enter time along with scroll bar. if it has i would like to see flag option for motion detected. overall great cameras

This system has been amazing for the most part. It has recently started not allowing me to view my cameras remotely. Whatever the problem is (new modems/5g issue/whatever) I paid entirely too much for this system and all of the extras to beef it up for it not to work EXACTLY as it is supposed to....and the app is ABSOLUTELY part of what I paid for to work. Please fix this.

Main gripe is there is no sound coming from the system. Not sure or how to enable the feature correctly( yes, there is a button/toggle but nothing as far as voices) but would be nice to have.

We have yet to be able to access our cameras remote. It will be connected for a few houra and then all of a sudden it stops. Also here lately I can not watch playback on my phone. If these were fixed it would be great.

The app will not open at all. Have Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and get same result. I like the security system and would like to be able to use remotely.

Unable to open after reinstalling app and adding device. Worked great until a week ago. Then the app wouldn't show recorded video. So I reinstalled. Now nothing. DVR works fine but app tries to open for a second then closes.

The function of this app depends on the quality of your internet. If you have good internet, it's great. The app works wonderfully with my Cobra 8 camera system from Harbor Freight.

Motion triggering is inconsistent on some cameras even though the area motion zones are set correctly. Missing what should have been recorded.
