Scan & go is better now. It used to automatically scan so quickly that sometimes it added two of an item that I only had one. Gas payment scanning works well. My biggest complaint is when scrolling through a list like the Instant Savings list. If you click on an item & then go back, it takes you to the beginning of the list instead of the item you just clicked on. If the item was 400 on a list of 500, you have to scroll all the way through the list to get back to where you left off.

Love the app, but one thing urks me. I hate when after I look at an item & press back it puts my back to the top of the list after looking through previous items. I could have went through 30 items, but constantly get put back to the top of the list just to scroll on the way back down to the next item after the previous one I just looked at. It's so annoying. I would love to keep my spot. 😞😑

All right back to five stars lol, when the app is working it is super duper fantastic. When the bugs happen that's irritating. Overall though I genuinely do love the app and makes it convenient, I don't have to have my wallet I have my info there and I hate lines so that definitely is more convenient. The only thing that needs some work is when exiting, you need a scan and go line and a regular line. At all times!

Great experience with Sams Cub, including pick up service. I gave them a 2 star earlier only because the app was not working correctly even though it did the week before. One by one items became "out of stock" as we worked to get it resolved. Today, I was able to select a pick up time ( it was now highloghted to do so). Thank you.

I love how convenient this app is. When you get gas all you have to do is scan the QR code and confirm the pump number and it does the rest for you. The scan and Go for in the store is pretty awesome too. It cut down on the time that I was there since I could scan the items as I put them into my cart. I've never had any technical problems with this app, so kudos to whoever designed it.

I first must say the employees at Sam's were exceptional. Even though my experience with the Scan and Go upset me they were extremely professional and helpful for what they could do. I am use to using the Scan and Go and heading straight to the door to leave... This time I had to go to the register. I do understand that this maybe for security reasons but it was inconvenient. Also, the point was to skip the lines - I would no longer advertise this if this is what is going to happen.

Please, please, please fix this app! Problem is, after clicking on an item (for reading full details) then "going back" to search results, the app takes you all the way back to the BEGINNING of the list! Seriously, how inconvenient! A person is scrolling through hundreds of items adding to the cart etc. and the first time you actually open an items full view page, it then takes you ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE BEGINNING. IT SHOULD TAKE YOU BACK TO WHERE YOU LEFT OFF. PLEASE, PLEASE FIX THIS!

Slows down at times which slows me down, and diffucult to get continuous scan to work. Ghat made for difficult check out. I may have been better off standing in line. Need to find a way to make navigation easier to find in the user interface. And when you check out, you get popups that are annoying. When I'm Rest to go, it's time to get the F' out of dodge. in North Carolina app needs help. Changing my membership to Costco.

When you call because the code provided via email doesn't work, and you can't get another code because the app locks the option, that's a big functionality issue. When you call and get transferred to a tech supervisor and get told, "we've never heard of this issue," that's a problem. When you go to look at reviews and find out that your problem and dozens of others are being reported here and absolutely nothing is being done about it, time to delete the app. Constant ads. Avoid at all cost.

Half the time I open the app it pops up a screen that says help us keep your account safe and a button to press and hold. When I do that, nothing happens and the screens stays there. If I try to click the x in the corner, it comes back. When this happens, I can't use the app at all and it's very frustrating as I only use the store pickup or scan and go options

Significant problems in 2022. The frequently ordered items list used to be hundreds of items long and now it's only 17. More than half of the time when I try to add an item to cart from the frequently ordered items, it fails to add. I'm not able to use all of my Sam's Club credit in the app to pay for a purchase. It was working great until this year. I hope they figure stuff out soon cuz it's being very frustrating.

This app drives me crazy. I try to use it and it wants password card numbers. It's constant. I have to reset the password nonstop. I get very frustrated with it. Then it won't accept my card always something!! I try to get gas with the app and it won't allow me in. I soon in with everything nope! Happens too much. Worst app. Also I don't like it to access my everything. Why?! My choice!!

The app makes check out a breeze and has gotten better with the option to disable continues scan. Rarely there will be any item that doesn't scan. The scan and go feature makes it easy to get in and out of the store. There are some items in store that the app will not show as an option if searched. The gas feature works well and makes fill ups and record keeping easy.

Very slick, easy to use. I've encountered no bugs. You can self scan and checkout is super simple. The stuff you're going to use every time you go in the store is up front and center, you don't have to do a lot of menu searching. Very useful app, much better than I expected to be honest, hope they keep it that way!

I like ordering from the store ahead of time and picking up the groceries it's faster but when I go to shopping cart-online, I can't pay with my EBT Card like I can with the Walmart App (weird, same company). There's a choice for Credit/Debit, and Gift Card, but no EBT. I can use EBT at the store but not online. It's just more chaos to deal with. Other than that, the store itself is amazing! I love shopping here. Quick and easy most of the time but very long lines when it's busy.

Your new security features in the scan & go part of the app to force people from time to time to transfer the items to a register to finish because you want us to use our card at a register defeats the whole purpose why it is so fast an useful. Last two times I have gone I was forced to go sit in a long line because scan & go told me I had to transfer it to a register to finish the transaction. I understand security and such but that is ridiculous.

At one time I would have rated this app 5 stars but several months ago the scan and go option does not show on the app. No one in the club can help and neither can technical support. I used this app for several years with no problem but now it does nothing but aggravate me because I can't use it and have to stand in line for a register! The improvements that were made have only created problems.

Was a great app for skipping the ridiculously lines. A recent update seems to have an issue using the scan and go feature. It only opens the reader for scanning a QR code at the fuel pump. Even swiping right from the main scan and go screen (to use the barcode scanner in store), it still only opens the QR reader for the fuel pumps and I cannot figure out how to change it. Very frustrating by now having to wait in line to scan all of my items.

I renewed my membership using the app and it accepted it. But when I started using it to purchase items, it didn't allow me to scan. It kept on saying "Your membership expired. You need to renew at the customer service desk." When I went to the service desk, the rep said it was just renewed and does not expire until next year. I tried using the app again but it didn't work. I wasn't able to take advantage of the discount from using the scan and go app.

This app was a game changer! I went in got what I needed, scanning as I went. I knew what I was spending as I added a few impulse buys. Seeing the final amount helped me control myself. Clicked check-out, and I was finished. No need to wait in a long check out line. I would suggest counting your items as you put them in the cart so you don't have to touch everything a second time. This app cut my shopping time in half!

Very easy to use. The app scans UPCs quickly, easily, and accurately even from odd angles and without the phone being held still. It isn't picky about how close the phone is to the UPC. It keeps a running total of your purchases.

I've been using the Scan&Go app ever since it was created. Amazing! The one thing missing is to add "In Club Purchase" history to the app. There was a person using my card for a long time and it wasn't until I went into my account online that I found out someone else was using my account. The app only shows Scan&Go receipts. Should show both types of purchases. It would help in order to be notified about someone making a purchase in my local sam's without my authorization.

Great....WHEN It Works! It asks to scan member ID bar code OR manually type it in. Both options display message basically stating, "Problem encountered, check back later"! The result is the app can't be used! Tried reset password to login in and gives message about "invalid email format" and it's the email that I always use! Walmart and Sam's are great with getting customers in, but horrible getting them out! This app should help, but it is forcing me to same long 2 open out of 10 lanes

Thinking I'm canceling membership. Used to be able to place an order for pickup and pay when there. When the app "updated" you can no longer do this. It's no longer "convenient". I have different payment methods that you cannot do on the app. I'm disabled. The only way I can "shop" is to "pickup". So it's not worth the outrageous cost of membership fees when I can't shop here. Why they had to suddenly change this is beyond me. I've ALWAYS been able to place a pickup order and pay when there.

Very poor product organization and even worse search, can't even pull verbatim results. I searched the exact string of a product on the home page, and it couldn't even pull it up. I'm not even certain how it could fail so spectacularly. Browsing is a chore as it takes you all the way back to the top of the list if you click a product.

Scan and go no longer allows checkout from within the app. I've reinstalled and re-entered my payment information and it still says that I have to checkout at the register. This has been happening for over 3 months now and none of the bill totals have been even close to the $750 max for scan and go. Please fix this.

SCAN AND GO Is a joke..... for the longest time I couldn't even use it because the ICON was missing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app without success. I have reached out to the Sam's Club employees still nothing. Then last week out of the blue it appeared. I used it last week and then today the icon was missing again. I went to the service desk while all the employees are very nice and try to be helpful they was again couldn't get the icon on the app to display. SAMSUNG FOLD 3

This app is a game changer for how I shop at Sam's. I now use scan and go for everything. Gas, scan and go is the way to go. Grocery, just use scan and go to skip the lines. Even if you procrastinate like me and go late or last minute, its super fast. The scanner is responsive and quick, it's easy to take things out the cart or clear the entire cart out. This is a great app if they can Introduce smasung pay into the app as payment method, that's the only thing it's missing for me.
