After update does not work. Open the app and keeps telling me to update but I already did so now if I follow the link all I get is option to uninstall. Moving up from 1 to 4 stars. Problem got fixed and seems to work fine now. Still gets disconnected every so offten but at least it works most of the time as intended.

If you wearable product can't support other device please don't say your product support android 5.0 and higher. I have Samsung watch 46mm always disconnect from phone and the notifications receive delay 20 minutes. The app is very unstable watch always keep disconnect when want to connect need to restart the watch evertime. When using the app download watch face it will disconnect straight away and on phone will show requests time up. Reset the watch few time and can't copy data back to watch.

Unreliable isn't a good enough description. Installed, reinstalled, cleared cache. Reset and Re-paired Galaxy S3 Frontier watch. This used to work fine. Not sure why it has become so flakey. But guess it's time to ditch Samsung watch.

My watch is only a few months old and has become virtually worthless with this awful app. It insists I must update to use it, but when I try it only gives the "uninstall" option. I've tried reinstalling several times and it does nothing. It is not communicating with my phone at all, not showing calls or texts. So now I just have a digital watch that needs to be charged every 36 hours. My kids' cheap knock-off watches from Amazon work far better.

It keeps pop up update, after updated and it told me not working to update my watch. It happen many times and Waste of time! Annoy!

So it's happening again. When I open the app it tells me to go and update. But the only option that comes up is uninstall. This happened about a year and a half ago and went on for almost 6 months. Please Samsung get your act together. I really like using the fit but for goodness sakes why can't you make it work.

every single time I open the galaxy wearable app it says there is an update and brings me here, even when there are no updates. Having to close and re-open the app multiple times is getting annoying. Sometimes I have to go into the app to connect my earbuds or even to just check the battery life.

Cannot update app at all. My phone still communicates with my watch mostly but I cannot use the galaxy wearbles app at all, just says update and takes you to this page. So I can't do any customization on my watch because I cannot update the app. It seems a lot of people are having the same issue though.

Total garbage always disconnects and then tells you to update it Everytime you open the app. Why ? It's got auto update on so what the hell is the issue. Samsung products are just trash, Google play and Samsung allow nothing but garbage and then have weak so called supposed support that never gets the issue resolved.

Keeps randomly disconnecting and won't restart the connection. The only way I can get the watch to connect is to use the Galaxy Wear app. My latest phone is reporting this app as 'never used' so it's clearly not managing the Bluetooth connection to my watch.

Update. Try doing a force stop on the galaxy wearable plugin service for your watch and then launch the wearable app. It took me to the update for the app and allowed the install. Problem solved. So Samsung's update option is to uninstall. You'd think that with the mountain of money they have they could pay someone to fix this issue.

The most unstable app on my phone; it keeps taking over the entire Bluetooth connection so that my other Bluetooth device can't connect and when phone calls come in they will only go to the watch, where I can hardly hear them and callers can't hear me. When i try to change the output to the phone in my phone app, the watch won't release them. I love my watch hardware, but this app is a constant aggravation.

App is completely broken along with all other Samsung Wear and Plugins. App fails to connect to my Active 2; doesn't see the watch upon searching. Samsung Wear apps are broken bloat and useless.

After updating, the app forgets that I have my galaxy watch connected to it. The app tells me to reset my watch, and lose my activity and steps data. The previous version of the application didn't had the best UI but this version doesn't have the functionality. PS: instaling the old apk fixed the issue. To Samsung: If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

I just got the new Galaxy 4 and it keeps asking for updates and I keep updating it and it just keeps going back to the same thing over and over. I can't complete the setup on my phone. Please fix or assist ASAP!

Not sure what bug fixes were done but they have successfully stopped my gear fit 2 pro from working over night after an accessory's update over the same night. Have tried to uninstall several times and pair again but to no avail. Am at a lost as to what to do now to fix the problem. I use this watch all the time so to find it not working after it was going fine the night before is a bit upsetting. Please fix, thanks.

Terrible last update experience. The galaxy watch won't stay connected to my Huawei pep pro phone anymore

Bought the galaxy watch, I have a Huawei p20 pro. The watch constantly disconnects and reconnects. Sometimes a few times a minute, sometimes a few times every ten minutes. Even as I write this it's has disconnected and reconnected twice. I have changed all the battery optimising settings on my phone ignore this app and the other two apps i apparently need to have the watch and it does the same thing over and over. Installed on my wife's phone, exact same thing happens.

App claims to need to be updated but when you press update it brings you here, and there is no update. Watch has become an expensive paper weight as it won't connect without the non existing update. Many people seem to have reported this already......

I bought a Samsung Active 2, which I really love but it's impossible to use it as a "smartwatch". The issues are related to not receiving notification on my watch (I receive them only if I access my phone (Huawei P30) ...which is not the smartest way to do it). Another issue is that the app is draining my phone battery much faster than other apps used before for other smartwatches/bands. This is really frustrating! I will return the watch because of the app :(

I thought the battery drain was just in my head. I used to be able to go 2-3 days without charging, but the only way for it to last is keeping the power save feature on. I don't know what they've done in the way of updates but this watch was once a great tool; now it hangs in charging mode more than I think to put it on. Highly disappointing.

I wouldn't have noticed except my "Pushbullet" app shows the notification, on my MSi laptop, when something is being transferred. It doesn't show anything on my mobile, at least not that I have been able to determine. I'm also running a Samsung Galaxy Watch, Samsung Note Book and Samsung Note 9 and haven't had any problems at all, nor have I noticed any battery issues which seem to be the main problem for other commentators.
